But the kicker is the hoodlums and loiterers at the front door table and entrance. Waiting on my order I noticed unusual activity from this group of 20 something makes. Both sitting,coming and going. I remember people making a big deal about this spot when it first opened and quite honestly, it their prices are high and in my opinion they're not justified but the quality of the food. My rating is more about the price. I stopped in with my 4 year old and for two cheese burgers, two drinks, and the small fries it cost $34. That's insane. The burgers were really good and I like how many topping options they have, but it still doesn't justify the prize. The fries were okay. They could have been a bit crispier but they were SO salty I could barely eat them. I mean - so salty my tongue is a bit numb after having one handful. Today hubby and I had a lunch date. We enjoyed the delicious food. Hubby got a Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and Mayo and regular fries. I got the Grilled Cheese with grilled onions, bacon, a patty, and Mayo and Cajun Fries. We both got a large drink I got Dr. Pepper and he got Mellow Yellow. I wasn't happy but let it go because they're friendly. Just watch out and order online or in person. The good: - Unlimited free toppings, they have a list with grilled and fresh vegetable options. Cheese is not free. -The flavor is good. - I would say their burger menu is classic, mainly consisting of cheeseburger or hamburger, some with bacon. If you're looking for something different, this place may not be for you. -They have shakes. -If you use Bank of America, you may find a 10% cash back deal for Five Guys. 5 Guys is one of the most consistent burger joints in the area. Each time I order from here it's made correctly and to perfection. I haven't eaten in the restaurant in awhile but when I ordered from them online, it is always ready at the time stated. However, it should be noted the exception to this are the fries as they always want to give you fresh ones. So if you go into thinking you're whole order will ready please account for an additional 3-5 minute wait once you check in. Maybe a 3/5 stars on working equipment but no big deal. Now I'm sitting and thinking this burger better be BIG for that price..! AND for sure I'll get the regular small burger - next time- to keep price in line for a quick lunch. Well it was BIG and the 'small' fries, while in small cup, had enough for another serving laying in the bag (sweet!). Now to eat this monster (pic attached)... "Now that's a tasty burger!" In my Liberty days, it was the only burger joint to choose from. These burgers are overpriced and not good. I can't say nasty. It's not necessarily nasty. They don't use seasoning. The bacon is cheap and paper thin. This was not at all what I expected for $13. Burger only. Lesson learned. It wasn't significant enough to take a picture. Worst customer service ever. My husband placed an order and it's not the first time we have placed orders so close to closing time. Mind you this was through the App. So we arrived like in past times and they tell him they had thrown away the food. And on top off this they could not reimburse him. Wow, double wow because this had not been our first time going through something like this but what they said and did was wrong. Especially because it came from their manager who was present. So mind you I was waiting in the car watching the whole thing unfold and then hear what they had told my husband. So then I stepped out to see if at least I could get some card and number to confirm we would be getting reimbursed and instead sow one off their workers take two bags of food with Receipts on them to the back and just ignore me. Yeah like I said not the first time we have arrived to one off their locations after placing an online App order right before closing and they had our food and on top off this made the fries for us. So yes I called corporate and what those kids did was wrong. Because even the manager acted like a dam child and did us wrong. Also this Spring Ckreek location messes up our orders too often and their fries are soggy as hell. Now my husband will definitely listen to me more often when I tell him how terrible places are because I do keep count. Was around the area and stopped by at around 8 p.m. First time here. The restaurant was clean. Not sure about the other reviews saying the place had dirty floors... maybe the store manager read the reviews and cleaned up! There were a couple of customers in the restaurant and no wait to place the carry-out order. The guy taking the order was friendly and gave some recommendation of the popular items. There menu is in both English and Spanish...interesting. I ordered a cheese burger, Cajun fries, and a drink. They have these new high-tech touch screen coke machines and I love them for the variety of drinks they offer. The carry-out order was ready in a less than five minutes. I attacked the Cajun fries right away and they were really good...maybe its because I was starving at the time. The reason for the 4 stars and not the five is because they put a TONNE of Cajun seasoning on the fries sitting at the top of the container holding them! Also, the cheese burgers were great, trust me, but they were a little soggy. The meat is really juicy and tender. Been wanting to try Five Guys for a while and well I tried and probably won't be back. The dining area is filthy! Food on the floor trash on the floor tables not clean only a few people in the dining area. it's 1:53 pm so lunch rush is over and no line to get food so I don't understand why no one has cleaned up. Also I have been to other establishments that are slammed busy but is always clean. These photos don't even show the whole complete mess. Thanks five guys now I know I wasn't missing much. On my way out the door I went to throw my trash away and yes it is a trash container but I had to push the door open and In doing so ketchup all over my fingers that was smeared on the door. I had a burger here today after sampling the competition (Mooyah) yesterday. The experience is largely the same, as they're targeting the same market. Fresh everything, no frozen potatoes or meat. I ordered a "cheeseburger" (their name for a double; a single is a "little cheeseburger") with mustard, pickles and grilled onions. Finishing off the meal was a regular fries and regular drink. As with yesterday, I filled up with Coke Zero and awaited my order. I will note here that my cost for the same order as I had at Mooyah was about $2 more here at 5G. One noticeable difference when I picked up my order: The regular fries is pretty darned large (as I knew from previous 5G visits at other locations). They were well cooked, with a little crisp but not overdone, and tasted great with some malt vinegar and my customer-provided low sugar ketchup. The burger needed a little salt, but overall was pretty good, with juicy beef and crisp pickles. The grilled onions could have used a little more grilling, but were still good. So, who reigned supreme? In this back to back battle, I'll give it to Mooyah by a nose, and a small nose at that. On any given day, I don't think you'd go wrong with either of these businesses. read more

I work for a delivery service--by and large, most people, most restaurants are super nice, professional, and prompt. Not Five Guys, not by any stretch. This location is a mess. One, the order was 15 minutes late--that impacts my customers, my earnings, and my ratings. When I "dared" ask how long, I was told and I quote, "we're working as fast as we can." You can see everything they are doing, and they were in no hurry, believe me. Two, they don't have a station to pick up online/to-go orders, so I had to wait in line. Restaurants that do it right--e.g. McAlister's, Snappy Salads, Zoe's Kitchen, etc.--they have a special spot for us. Three, attitude from overworked staff is entirely unacceptable. If you hate your job, go find another one. We work hard--we bring you a ton of business and we should be treated like other customers. We use word of mouth and we can leave reviews just like this one. As a customer, I would never visit Five Guys anywhere. As a professional driver, I have the power to decline deliveries--and you can bet I will. read more
