A typical Five Guys restaurant, that serves good burgers with fresh toppings. The service is good, the restaurants is clean and spacious. The fries are fried when you place your order and are served hot. The wait time was short. read more

Extremely disappointing and honestly disgusting. Multiple fries in my order appeared to have mold on them, with gray-white fuzzy/powdery growth and dark discoloration that looked nothing like normal browning or burnt potato. This was not just one bad fry -- I found several pieces like this throughout the order. I stopped eating immediately and threw everything away. Food safety should be the absolute minimum, especially at Five Guys' prices. Finding what appears to be mold on multiple fries makes me seriously question the storage, food handling, and quality control at this location. read more

First at 5 guys, never again. Oily burger, little flavor. Fry's were oily and weak in more oil dripping in the bag. Never again, never

This is only the second time I've been there. I was appalled that the price 5 - 6 years ago when I was there and I was appalled that the price now today. I mean, I only ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and the small fry and it came out to over $21. That's totally insane. Well I won't be going back ever again or maybe I'll wait another five or six years by that time they'll probably have gone out of business. Also, the meat was not well done cooked. It was red in the middle and the fries were just a ball of grease. I have to put stars down otherwise they won't let me send this but I'm writing this is zero stars no rating negative. read more

I'm done with 5 Guys! In particular this location. The fact that the burger here is no longer with $18 plus dollars for a cheeseburger and small fry is enough. But the kicker is the hoodlums and loiterers at the front door table and entrance. Waiting on my order I noticed unusual activity from this group of 20 something makes. Both sitting, coming and going. It was obvious to me in five minutes so,it had to be obvious to the restaurant staff. I assume they were turning a blind eye. I was verbally accosted by this group on my way out. As a result I called the police and reported it. read more

Today hubby and I had a lunch date. We enjoyed the delicious food. Hubby got a Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and Mayo and regular fries. I got the Grilled Cheese with grilled onions, bacon, a patty, and Mayo and Cajun Fries. We both got a large drink I got Dr. Pepper and he got Mellow Yellow. We didn't get hakes this time but have had their shakes before and they are delicious. Friendly staff that greets you when you walk in. Delicious lunch to grab with the love of your life 10/10 recommend. read more

Place always takes 5 or 10 minutes longer than the allotted pick up time to make one simple order. They even gave me the complete wrong order one time. All these burger joints around here are staffed and managed by incompetence and it's just beyond sad at this point. read more

As a part of a market research study, I was asked to check this spot out and give my opinion on the food, service, and atmosphere. I remember people making a big deal about this spot when it first opened and quite honestly, it their prices are high and in my opinion they're not justified but the quality of the food. I mean to be honest, their cheeseburger tasted just like the ones I get from Wendy's and their fries, definitely not as good as McDonald's or Wendy's. Now I understand that everyone has different taste buds so I still am going to suggest that if you like cheeseburgers and stuff like that then go check this place out. You never know, you might love the food. read more

Five Guys - Little cheeseburger - Burgers Near Me - Plano, Texas

Staff was friendly, everything was clean, the food was good but definitely had have better burgers, especially with the price of these. My burger was a classic cheeseburger so possibly others may taste better maybe not. Aside from the inside, staff, or service, the food is what's the issue, the company can definitely use a different starter bread or meat seasoning! But overall the burger was good and the cajun fries were definitely the best part! read more

My rating is more about the price. I stopped in with my 4 year old and for two cheese burgers, two drinks, and the small fries it cost $34. That's insane. The burgers were really good and I like how many topping options they have, but it still doesn't justify the prize. The fries were okay. They could have been a bit crispier but they were SO salty I could barely eat them. I mean - so salty my tongue is a bit numb after having one handful. My kid isn't so finicky when it comes to fries, but I really didn't like them. I don't think I'll be back here again. There's too many other burger options to pay this much. ‍ read more

Now I remember why I don't eat here! What a rip off! Only came here with the suggestion of a friend and quickly realize how overpriced very thing was!!! $12 for a cheeseburger, $4 for small fries and $3 for a small drink! I thought my "dad" eyes were just messing with me 'cause I didn't have my glasses on when I saw the prices! I even thought $12 for a combo would've been reasonable but just for a burger, really?!?! To top it off, their AC was broken and has been for quite awhile according to their staff!!! We can only imagine the conditions they're working in the kitchen!!! It was already like 100* outside!!! Hey corporate or if this location is a franchise! Get your priorities straight because you're all failing at running this place!!! The staff was great and that's why you at least got a 2 star!!! Otherwise, you don't deserve any at all!!! read more

Your slightly 'above average' burger. I called them to place an order due to the pandemic. I ordered 1 burger, they gave me 2 and charged me for both. I wasn't happy but let it go because they're friendly. Just watch out and order online or in person. The good: - Unlimited free toppings, they have a list with grilled and fresh vegetable options. Cheese is not free. -The flavor is good. - I would say their burger menu is classic, mainly consisting of cheeseburger or hamburger, some with bacon. If you're looking for something different, this place may not be for you. -They have shakes. -If you use Bank of America, you may find a 10% cash back deal for Five Guys. The not so good: -One of the burgers was undercooked. We did not feel well. - I paid ~$24 for two double meat burgers with extra cheese and patty. Fries and drink aren't included. I'd rather have them homemade.Basically, if you're really craving a cheeseburger and don't have much time or options, I'll recommend this place. read more

5 Guys is one of the most consistent burger joints in the area. Each time I order from here it's made correctly and to perfection. I haven't eaten in the restaurant in awhile but when I ordered from them online, it is always ready at the time stated. However, it should be noted the exception to this are the fries as they always want to give you fresh ones. So if you go into thinking you're whole order will ready please account for an additional 3-5 minute wait once you check in. Plus those extra fries makes it easy to order a regular and share amongst a friend or significant other. read more

Food is always fire. Customer service needs some work. Placed an order for myself, then a friend called and said his kids actually wanted some. So I just let them know I got a call and I need to order again. Dude from the back of the kitchen yelled across the kitchen and said "you're going to have to wait" a couple seconds later another line cook asked me to move to the end of the counter... "I just told you I got a call and have a second order. No rush whenever y'all are ready" I've worked in the biz I'm a patient man. If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen read more

Giving them a 4/5 stars, but probably should be 5/5 if not for pilot error on my ordering skills. In my defense it has been several months since I've visited so menu fog was real. Blame 5 Guys or me? I'll take part of blame since menu was in english. Sooo- I ordered a quick lunch of bacon burger, 'small' fries and a small soda...$17.23! Wait- what- did I just order? Now fully awake I was thinking of a good story for my better half on why I broke the lunch break bank. Ok Ok on with it. Next I was greeted with a 'one machine dispenses all drinks' setup. They have two dispensers but the other was surrounded by engineer types trying to get their drinks, unsuccessfully I might add. After two clear (not dark colored) coke attempts I found the silver Diet-Coke to be reasonably dark resembling the drink I'm familiar with and nearly tasting the part too. Maybe a 3/5 stars on working equipment but no big deal. Now I'm sitting and thinking this burger better be BIG for that price..! AND for sure I'll get the regular small burger - next time- to keep price in line for a quick lunch. Well it was BIG and the 'small' fries, while in small cup, had enough for another serving laying in the bag (sweet!). Now to eat this monster (pic attached)... "Now that's a tasty burger!" My only problem now was trying to hold the 'all the way' fixins, burger and bun together, while attempting to eat my fries while still warm, and slurp the lightest Diet Coke on the planet! Big fail on my part (looking for plastic fork), so I finished like a Miami beach dieter. Yikes! My buds were happy- sort of- but my brain was like heck naw. I will say the service gets 5/5 as I was able to order and get my food quickly. The burger was great and my server offered a pleasant greeting and smile. Note for next visit: "Aim SMALL miss small"! on the ordering. read more

Five Guys - Bacon Burger - Burgers Near Me - Plano, Texas

Well, that wasn't very pleasant. I couldn't remember why I stopped eating at Five Guys after college. Now I remember. I have other options now. In my Liberty days, it was the only burger joint to choose from. These burgers are overpriced and not good. I can't say nasty. It's not necessarily nasty. They don't use seasoning. The bacon is cheap and paper thin. This was not at all what I expected for $13. Burger only. Lesson learned. It wasn't significant enough to take a picture. I thought I would spare them the embarrassment. The employees were friendly and quick, though. I've been on a pursuit for a good burger for a couple weeks now. For my waistline's sake, I'm giving up on Texas. read more

Was around the area and stopped by at around 8 p.m. First time here. The restaurant was clean. Not sure about the other reviews saying the place had dirty floors... maybe the store manager read the reviews and cleaned up! There were a couple of customers in the restaurant and no wait to place the carry-out order. The guy taking the order was friendly and gave some recommendation of the popular items. There menu is in both English and Spanish...interesting. I ordered a cheese burger, Cajun fries, and a drink. They have these new high-tech touch screen coke machines and I love them for the variety of drinks they offer. The carry-out order was ready in a less than five minutes. I attacked the Cajun fries right away and they were really good...maybe its because I was starving at the time. The reason for the 4 stars and not the five is because they put a TONNE of Cajun seasoning on the fries sitting at the top of the container holding them! Also, the cheese burgers were great, trust me, but they were a little soggy. The meat is really juicy and tender. My cheeseburger had everything and although it was a lil' soggy, it was damn good. read more

Worst customer service ever. My husband placed an order and it's not the first time we have placed orders so close to closing time. Mind you this was through the App. So we arrived like in past times and they tell him they had thrown away the food. And on top off this they could not reimburse him. Wow, double wow because this had not been our first time going through something like this but what they said and did was wrong. Especially because it came from their manager who was present. So mind you I was waiting in the car watching the whole thing unfold and then hear what they had told my husband. So then I stepped out to see if at least I could get some card and number to confirm we would be getting reimbursed and instead sow one off their workers take two bags of food with Receipts on them to the back and just ignore me. Yeah like I said not the first time we have arrived to one off their locations after placing an online App order right before closing and they had our food and on top off this made the fries for us. So yes I called corporate and what those kids did was wrong. Because even the manager acted like a dam child and did us wrong. Also this Spring Ckreek location messes up our orders too often and their fries are soggy as hell. Now my husband will definitely listen to me more often when I tell him how terrible places are because I do keep count. Don't waste your money or time unless you are desperate or it's the only location closest to you. Good luck. read more

Worst experience here! I am seriously considering calling the health department! The bathroom was filthy (see photos) and smelled like fresh vomit. Wish I could give negative stars! All three of us got sick last night from the food! I kept having to repeat my order to the gal taking the order... and I could barely comprehend what she was repeating back to me. I told her four times we only wanted ONE large fry, was charged for three! Besides, the burgers were buried under three giant scoops of fries... ? Why?? There were three of us & one of us had to dig the burgers out from under the fries... The worst part was the burgers (sadly)! The buns were soggy wet (on all three burgers), and the meat was unrecognizable - see photos! Not even kidding! We eat at Five Guys on a regular basis this was horrible... NEVER again after puking all night! $40 for three people to have lunch?? And we didn't even get drinks! Wow! read more

Five Guys is not as good as I remember and outrageously expensive for something very average.

Every time I order FiveGuys burgers, I am pleased. Unfortunately, the cost is high. For a small burger, fries and a medium drink, the cost was $17.24. Devin is the best! Took care of me and my fiancé food was great staff was great love it here!! RECOMMEND coming here!!!!

I had a burger here today after sampling the competition (Mooyah) yesterday. The experience is largely the same, as they're targeting the same market. Fresh everything, no frozen potatoes or meat. I ordered a "cheeseburger" (their name for a double; a single is a "little cheeseburger") with mustard, pickles and grilled onions. Finishing off the meal was a regular fries and regular drink. As with yesterday, I filled up with Coke Zero and awaited my order. I will note here that my cost for the same order as I had at Mooyah was about $2 more here at 5G. One noticeable difference when I picked up my order: The regular fries is pretty darned large (as I knew from previous 5G visits at other locations). They were well cooked, with a little crisp but not overdone, and tasted great with some malt vinegar and my customer-provided low sugar ketchup. The burger needed a little salt, but overall was pretty good, with juicy beef and crisp pickles. The grilled onions could have used a little more grilling, but were still good. So, who reigned supreme? In this back to back battle, I'll give it to Mooyah by a nose, and a small nose at that. On any given day, I don't think you'd go wrong with either of these businesses. read more

Too expensive for this fast food. Yes their fries are good but my goodness, a kids burger for $8. A bacon cheeseburger for $11 and a regular burger for $10. Add 3 drinks at almost $3 per drink and fries for $8. That's $46 before taxes and tip. Note on the burgers, they started with precooked patties. Still good but not fresh. I can't believe how expensive this place is for very average food. Wow! Seriously you're better off cooking at home. read more

Been wanting to try Five Guys for a while and well I tried and probably won't be back. The dining area is filthy! Food on the floor trash on the floor tables not clean only a few people in the dining area. it's 1:53 pm so lunch rush is over and no line to get food so I don't understand why no one has cleaned up. Also I have been to other establishments that are slammed busy but is always clean. These photos don't even show the whole complete mess. Thanks five guys now I know I wasn't missing much. I had to come back and add to this review. Pretty good....$20 for two burgers, fries and drinks. Very laid back atmosphere. Menu options are burgers, dogs, fries. The burgers aren't super flavorful. They give you lots of fries. I like that they tell you where the potatoes come from. The sweet tea is super sweet - just how a Southern Girl likes it. Would I go back? Yeah, but I'd go to Smashburger In-N-Out or Twisted Root if I really have a taste for a good burger. read more

This location's crew is personable, but incompetent when it comes to making burgers that are on par with the FiveGuys that I'm accustomed to. For $13.29, I could've had a gourmet burger (or two) anywhere in Dallas. What I received was a soggy mess drowning in toppings and condiments. I ended up tossing the wet, overwhelmed bun and picking at my meal. I was so disappointed, I actually took the time to complete the survey on the receipt and declined to be entered in the drawing. I remember when this used to be a five star burger with addictive fries---today I received a substandard sack of disappointment and broken dreams. #DoBetter #GetTheSoggyFriesRight #WeakAssBuns #MilkshakesToo? read more
