This is a good store that has improved over the years. When you come near the counter there is now a shout out "welcome to 5 guys" or some other greeting. If you used their App to place an order... in the old days you'd stand in the pickup area and hoped someone would acknowledge you. No more as the employees seem to be waiting and watching for pick up order customers. The food... Very Good. Always a predictably good burger made as I ordered it. Even their dogs are very good. Spendy yes... but you'll likely remark "this is good" after your first bite. Writing this review has me thinking I need to order some 5 Guys... it is lunchtime for me. read more

Talk about southern hospitality... it was 20 minutes before they closed and they still treated us with a smile and kind words. We were so hungry and so many other places were closed when we drove by.. first time getting a burger here but so glad they were open. Got the little cheeseburger and a large fry ( easily enough for four people - which we did share with the others with us). Burger was delicious and fries prob some of the best I have had... Stopped in for dinner and it being my first time I was very well pleased. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed with friendly customer service but one man really stood out. He must've been a Manager but he went above and beyond to make sure my food was made correctly. The food was amazing I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and it was amazing. My burgers cooked on a regular Dollar Store skillet are better than these. The fries were burnt, too. On top of the horrible food the tables were not even wiped-off with even a wet paper towel let alone cleaned with any semblance of a disinfectant against COVID19. I was a nervous wreck afraid of walking out with ANY illness on top of COVID19. We only stayed because our family spent $68! I came to Tennessee with my family on vacation and we stopped by this five guys location and it was such a belittling experience. Cindy the cashier body shamed me by making the comment "there's no way you can make a two patty burger go down with that body" inferring I was too skinny to eat a burger , and when I defended myself she just gave me a dirty look. You gotta love 5 guys burgers, it's like heaven in earth when it comes to hungry bellies and in a hurry, their service is just amazing. There's no way to beat the tasty peanuts they have and is all you can eat, then you get your burgers (or whatever else you want from their menu) and add everything they offer, at least that's what I do, my burger ends up looking like the tower of Pisa (lol). They are pretty fast even when having a lot of customers, and then when you get your food and ordered your fries, OMG! They are delicious and they give tons of them, they really nailed it on the fries. I have been to many different Five Guys across the U.S. and you can't go wrong with a burger here. No matter the location the quality is the same. Corporate has done an exceptional job ensuring their brand is properly represented. This store has to be the largest one I've ever been to. The amount of seating has to be 3-4 times of the normal size store and they have a fireplace. I ordered the usual - cheese burger with mayo, ketchup, mustard, onion, and fresh jalapeños. Despite how busy the place was the wait time was not bad at all. They have burger making to a science and are able to push them out the door. Right in the middle of it, surrounded by holiday chaos, restaurant chains, and commercial overload, I found myself on the verge of hangry. Something had to be done...STAT. My initial Yelp search turned up that the highly rated, non-chain restaurants closed pretty early. I decided to hop on the road and just drive until I found something that would suffice. My car led me directly to Five Guys. We all know this place. Burgers you make with whatever flair you desire. Stuck in a rut, I always order a cheeseburger with grilled onion, jalapenos, hot sauce, and tomatoes. It's never the wrong decision, especially when ordrered cajan fry. Be warned: A regular size fry is enough to feed an entire small village for a year. If you can eat the entire serving on your own, you should quit your job because you have a solid future in competitive eating. Now what made this visit to Five Guys "review worthy" was the impeccable service! We were greeted as soon as we entered the dining room, which was pristine. The man behind the counter was friendly and quick to take our order. The food was delivered promptly and the manager even made his way to my table as he went around the dining room making sure all of the patrons were having a good experience. Just as good as any other Five Guys. Wonderful burgers and fried as always. This Five Guys is about twice the size as most and was packed solid when we went. Wow! What fast and wonderful service they had with the volume of people that were there! They did about 50 orders of around 4 persons each in small time we were there. This Five Guys has a cute Fireplace in the corner along with plenty of outdoor seating. Unfortunately it was wet/dreary outside so inside was very full. Although Five Guys is not the most healthy, it is some of the best burgers you can get around! read more
