My parents wanted this for dinner so I decided to pop on by, I think I've only eaten here once before. When I pulled up there were a few ppl outside, because of covid 19 only four customers were allowed in at a time, which is understandable. There weren't many people, four inside, two outside. Once it was my turn after waiting ten minutes outside I had to wait an additional five-7 minutes because the girl at the register was on the phone. There were six employees working. No one treated me, I made my order, my mom is gluten intolerant so I asked for the patty only and bagged alone, she informed the rest of the staff and a women topping hamburgers said something really rude as if how dare I ask that. Then I waited ... and waited and waited... they were talking inappropriately, ignoring guest, ect. After 25 minutes (which is crazy there were only 8 guests that were there the entire time) they finally said my name .. I grabbed my food and left. They didn't offer a soft drink or anything for the long wait, maybe I'm being rediculous for thinking they should have offered a drink or even a thanks for your patience. The boy on the fryer grabbed my moms patty without changing his gloves (he had been touching bread prior). His coworker said something to him about it and made him go elsewhere and he would take over (made him change gloves). So needless to say fries were cold, mom mom had stomach problems all night, they forgot the bbq on my bacon cheeseburger. If you have at least 30 mins to wait in line while they cook you a greasy burger and even greasier fries, this is a great place. But if you don't have 30 minutes to waste standing in the line, then this is NOT the place to go. And do NOT place the bag (if you get it to go) on your car seat, as you will have grease ALL OVER that seat (can you spell professional cleaning??). The burgers are, quite frankly, "Meh", at best... 3-ounce patties on 7 ounce buns. I have had burgers at many other places that are FAR better than this chain. I prefer crispy, rather than limp/greasy, fries. While sliced and cooked on the premises, the fries are really not that good.. The only real benefit, I think, is that you get the tiny bit of potato skin left on, so you get a tiny bit of nutrition. Burger King is far better than this chain and they are MUCH less greasy.. And about 3x-5x faster. And much lower cost. read more

Service was friendly and prompt. Personally not a big fan of the fries, it's a HUGE portion still yet and I ordered the smallest french fry. The burger was really good and I wish I would have ordered a double and skipped the fries. Free peanuts are an interesting add, but not something I saw anyone capitalizing on. Two stars is being generous, but if you are looking for this kind of meal it's probably going to satisfy most people. As for my wife and I, we agreed that one visit is enough. Fries are potatoes for sure, but a few are enough as they are way over seasoned. Burger was ok. Nothing more. Worst part was the cheap-ass bun that disintegrated immediately and you are left with a handful of glop. Price is outrageous for a burger and fries. Absolutely horrible experience as a delivery driver working with them, and as you can tell by the feedback here, I'm not the only one dissatisfied by them, horrible management. I go there a few days ago to pick up my delivery, and I'm waiting there patiently, and the guy says after awhile of me standing there, "you need to tell us who you're picking up for, it's on you". I'm sorry, but it's not on me, make the damn food and tell me when it's ready or at the very least have a damn sign that says what you want people to do, don't just assume I need to hold your hand to get things done, ridiculous. On top of that, I go there a few days later for a delivery, and of course more issues, they say all their delivery systems are down and they aren't doing any. And like the not so bright management they have there, they couldn't figure out all you need to do is turn it off so you aren't wasting people's time by driving there. I even told them this, and they insisted they called door dash, then told me it's our responsibility, notice a trend? It's always someone else's fault here, no accountability. I really like the Hamburgers here. They cook them like you should. Nice and greasy, with plenty of lettuce and tomato. The burgers are some what heavy also. What got me is when you order a small fry they pack the french fry holder full of fries, then they get a second scoop and pour it on even more. They have free peanuts at this one, I don't know if they have it all the Five Guy's. I highly recommend this place for a nice greasy, hand full of heaven. read more

Look, if you're going into 5 guys expecting a gourmet dining experience you're in for a disappointment, it's just not that kind of place. If, however, you're looking for a relatively quick good burger meal, I think you'll be impressed. I do not like that fact that they refuse to cook a burger to medium rare, but it is what it is. For an over cooked burger it is still very good, especially if you're suffering from a case of the brown bottle flu, which I was. OK baseball fans, this is what I did. With all the potential flooding down my way I went through Omaha to get to Lincoln the last two days. Yesterday I went to Louie M's and had a cheeseburger and today I went to Five Guys, I gotta say for atmosphere and karma Louie wins. When it comes down to burgers (which I guess is the point) Five Guys rocks! The Cheeseburger I had (grilled onions only for toppings) was properly cooked, juicy and flavorful, the fries were head and shoulder's above Burger Lust. I used to be really big into this place, but it's progressively died over the years. I admire the simplicity of the restaurant. It's set up so basic just like their menu. It's one of those places where you get your burger fix and leave, that's about it. They have cajun spice season they can put on your fries to mix things up, rather appetizing opposed to regular. I recommend you just get one of the cheaper things on the menu because you really don't get that much extra by spending more. (maybe extra on fries, I guess). read more

Excellent! Tasty filling burger with a bunch of different goodies to put on top. The Small Burger was a single patty of juicy goodness. Definitely enough for me. The Small Fries are enough for one while the Regular Fries are DEFINITELY enough for two. Whole potato fries. Crispy, hot, salty. OMG. And you can put malt vinegar on them. Ahhhhhh! The staff is the best. Super friendly. Energetic. Checked on us several times. And they obviously liked working together. The manager here must be doing something really right. My one (very small) complaint is that the music was a little loud. But that's just me. Everybody seemed to enjoying themselves. It was like we got invited to a party at the cool kids' house. Maybe it was all the hype surrounding Five Guys from everybody I have heard rant and rave about it over the past year or two. But at $12 for a double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink in my opinion it had better be about the best burger I have ever had. The burger was fine, nothing special about it just a burger and call it personal preference but their fries cooked in peanut oil were just not very good, I threw most of them away.
