It was good, clean and satisfying. No complaints. They have one of those nifty new Soda dispensers they are cool and have tons of options but personally I always think they make even the simplest of requests such as ginger ale odd tasting. There fries are the best not greasy and filling read more

Good burgers, but they keep letting people break social distancing guidelines.... think illl return only once vaccinated

Never heard of this hamburger chain before. So I decided to go in and try it out it was nice and clean other than I went to get a napkin out of the napkin holder and messed up one of the co-workers napkins and he looked all pissed off because I messed up his napkins and then goes over there and start slamming things around. The hamburger was awesome and I'm sure the french fries would have been really good too but the young gentleman put way too much salt on them. And I think the prices are a little Hefty. read more

Tasted good but, let's Not go there again. Too much oil and fat. The fries were skin on, which taste fine while hot. then they turn gritty Burger meat was great. The top of my bun was actually cold, and had so much grease it was slick and shiny. +for having mushrooms at no charge. For $22 for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks though I thought they were pricey. read more

I had never been to or heard of 5 Guys Burgers until last week. My friend was raving about their burgers and fries. We went yesterday and had lunch... Bacon Cheese Burger with our choice of FRESH veggies (from a long list) and HOMEMADE FRIES!! All I can say is OH EM GEEEE!! This food is ONOLICIOUS!! I will definitely go back to eat before I return to the islands! read more

It's Five Guys what else do I need to say? Been to this location several times aways great customer service. Very polite, Fast and friendly. Burgers and fry's are aways on point. Location is clean. Over all good experience. read more

I am very happy with my 1st time visit here never thought this place was any good heard people say it was really good but the price is too expensive but honestly if the food Quality is fresh why not I enjoy my bacon cheese burger and fries were amazing they definitely don't serve fries that sit all day cooked to order I will definitely be coming back employees were friendly and store was clean was worth the 25 bucks for two bacon cheese burgers which I didn't know came with double patty and the large fries yum!!!! read more

It's about time someone actually made their burgers fresh instead of leaving them in a warmer or salt brine. Granted you pay a bit more but it's worth it! Potatoes are fresh cut idahoan, locally sourced veggies according to their person I talked to. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh and crispy. Lines have been out the door and wait times are a bit long as well as packed seating. While you wait help yourself to the free peanuts. It's still new so the novelty hasn't waned yet. The online app works well. I have been here on 5 separate occasions since opening and the food is extremely consistent fresh and tasty. As Arnold said, "I'll be back!" read more

Five Guys is always good, but I felt the need to review this particular location because it is definitely the fastest and cleanest location we have ever visited. I was very impressed especially considering that this location is right by the mall, it's a Saturday, and it's 2 weeks til Christmas. The team is super efficient and seem happy. Management must be doing something right! Good job you guys. read more

1st time delivery from here, never again. Burger dried out and cold, clearly pre-made. Fries also cold and dried out. Fast service doesn't make up for bad food. read more

I wish I could give less than a star. For all the hype I thought this place was going to have a real burger, but what I ended up with was two bland circles of cardboard on top of some unmelted cheese squashed between soggy bread. The super special five guys fries were literally fries with salt. Fries with salt that require a special name for some reason. Maybe the special name is for the extra gallon of salt they pour on them? For a cheeseburger and fries is about $10 and you're better off spending that $10 at any of the local burger places that have been doing it for years and you might have some money left for a shake as well. If your entire experience with burgers is jack in the box then maybe this place is like the high point of your day, but not recommended for people that like a good burger. read more

I am a vegetarian. What, you might ask is a vegetarian doing at 5 Guys? Well, sometimes we join our friends who are meat eaters at restaurants. And on those occasions it would be nice to have at least one offering that is suitable for vegetarians. Five Guys almost goes out of their way to insult the preferences of non-meat eaters. There is no veggie burger, only a pile of fried onions and mushrooms. Come on guys, you can do a little better than that! read more

This review is actually a 4.5. I am almost always extremely happy with my burger here. Sometimes the eating area is a little messy, but I understand they are busy. As long as they keep on making these delicious burgers, I will definitely keep coming. read more

Eh. The fries were nothing special. We ordered regular and cajun; both were soggy. The burger was ok; I ordered jalapeños on mine. Unfortunately the pieces were so huge I had to pick them off or they would have overpowered the entire sandwich. With so many other options in the area that have better product and better atmosphere, at a better price point, we likely won't be back to Five Guys. read more

Hubby and i just had dinner here. Both our burgers were dry--definitely not the "juicy" they generously self promote--and the staff forgot to put bacon on his bacon burger. For skinny fries, they were overly greasy and not at all crisp. Ok, so we tried 'em. Not special enough for us to return. read more

Food is amazing, service is solid, but when it's busy there's nowhere to sit and no system to manage getting people a spot. (Unless you want to sit outside in the rain) read more

$21 for a burger Ned fries & shake! Super expensive and the portions were small to average. Burger was on the greasy side and had tons of ground cartilage. Shake was small. French fries had a generous portion but were a bit soggy. I won't be back read more

Burger was decent. Fries were pretty much inedible The space looks cheap and was done on the cheap The service was extremely slow Places that charge for water will always automatically lose a star from me. The soda is massively overpriced as well...AKA they will rip you off for wanting anything to wash the food down with. The most annoying thing was the kitchen manager every 5 minutes loudly telling the crew some version of " GREAT JOB TEAM!" when they in fact were extremely slow. read more

3rd time eating at a five guys establishment. The Olympia location served up undercooked fries and the burgers were so over cooked on the outsides that they scratched your throat going down. Tried a chocolate shake but it was overly sweet. Cost us just over $50 for a family of 4 with 2 single patty burgers, 2 double patty burgers, and 2 shakes (ice waters only to drink). This location needs some training in the kitchen regarding the cooking. Will not be returning. If I want a good burger I will go to Hops n Drops or Stack. read more

My burger was just like any other five guys burger which I have had, fresh, tasty and delicious. I do think five guys offers the tastiest burger in Olympia, and two of us ate for $14. All I have left to say is that i agree with everything OlyStacyB has written. read more

In the time of COVID 19 no use of gloves or masks by curbside server or kitchen staff. Told that hot spots get wiped every 30 min. but otherwise no change in procedures. read more

I'm a big 5 Guys Burger fan, but this Olympia location was not up to the standard that I've gotten used to in the Lakehood and Puyallup locations. The burger I usually get is the cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms and A-1 sauce. The burger I got was way overcooked and not even that hot, probably precooked and left on the grill. It was dry and I couldn't taste any A-1 which is hard to miss. The fries were a little over salted too, the quality control is not up to par. I'll give it another chance but I may have to keep taking the trek up to the 'hood if this one bombs again... read more

Yummy burgers and fries at the Olympia Five guys. This place is busy. I used to miss In n Out, well this place helps. It's a great option, I wish they had a drive through though. read more

I love this location! This Five Guys was slightly smaller than other ones I've been to, making it seem cozier and warmer. The food was, as always, great. The fries were well-seasoned, and the cheese on my cheeseburger was melted nicely. But, the thing that went the extra mile here was the politeness of the employees. This was the first five guys I've been to where your order number was followed by "please" when it came up. Very nice touch! The restaurant was also very tidy. I didn't see one table that was left more than five minutes without being wiped down. Great job, guys! read more

Been to a lot of different five guys locations. Usually they fill up your fry cup and dump it in the bag and then refill it again so you basically get 2 cups. This time I only got 2/3 of a cup. Food was as good as other times and so was the wait and service but I felt like I got short changed on the Cajun fries. read more

Great burgers. Free peanuts! Friendly staff. No drive through. Simply. Fun. Satisfying.

I'd heard the 5 guys was coming to olympia, so I checked it out last night. When I walked in the music was so loud I could barely think, and when I walked up to the counter, It was so difficult to decide what to order, what with the volume of the music and the fact that everyone behind the counter and in the grill area were yelling at the top of their lungs. I mentioned it to the girl who took my order, and she laughed it off, stating that they are instructed to be loud... I felt like I was in a bar at midnight, it was so difficult to carry on a conversation. As for the food. I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger and an order of fries, the person I was there with ordered the BLT, well with the exception of the bacon the burger was good, the bacon was so over cooked that it crumbled and was dry. It was like it was cooked ahead of time. The fries were a little on the soggy side, like they had been sitting in the basket over the fryer for a length of time... I will give it a few weeks and give it one more try, but at the moment it's not looking promising.. read more

It's a party in my mouth and everyone's invited! Seriously, the day Olympia finally got a Five Guys was one of the best fast food days of my life. The burgers take fast food back in time to an era when burgers were made of food and the fries are too too awesome. This is what food is really about. read more

We are addicted! Love the food especially the fried. They might have crack in them. Just kidding! I also love the energy and friendliness of the staff they must be trained and treated well. Oh, and they play good music and don't mind if you sing along! read more

Burgers are always delicious and service is quick! Cajun fries are some of the best fries I've ever had. Love it for a quick bite!

I just had lunch, paid $5.89 for the "little" cheeseburger. I asked what the difference was between the standard cheese burger and the little cheeseburger...I was told the little cheeseburger has only one patty. The truth is, the bun is 6" diameter, while the beef patty was at best, 3.5" in diameter. My entire meal cost $12.92, I was VERY disappointed in the burger. I would have taken it back, but just as I sat down a school bus of high school students wandered in....I won't eat here again. read more

Good burgers but extremely overpriced. Not sure why this is labeled under "$$" should have added a couple to it. $8 bucks for a SINGLE bacon cheeseburger. I guess I was hyped up by friends when it first popped up on the west side of Olympia, nearly spent $15 just for a meal that consisted of fries, a single burger, and a drink which didn't even keep me full for 30min and I'm 120lb. I was expecting far bigger portions for the price paid. Eat here if you want an empty wallet and decent burgers with laughably inflated costs. read more

Really,I liked the whole experience - from the juicy double burger with the works (at no xtra costs,) to the super tastey Cajun fries with malt vinegar. When you are in the mood for a great burger,Five guys is where it's at, Om nom!! read more

No doubt about it, this is our favorite local burger place. It's just simply the best tasting burgers with awesome fries and endless sodas. Don't forget the peanuts too. Everything is fresh clean and fun. read more

The burger are good, so are the fries. Pass on the shakes. I would rate this place highest except it is always so COLD inside!!!! Seriously...bring your mittens and a big coat, no matter what it is outside. FREAKING COLD!!!!! read more

What's not to love?! There are Five Guys all over the south so I was happy they finally opened one in Oly. They're one of the best around - quick service, great fries and burgers! read more

Love Five guys...Greasy and the fries are excellent. Quick and responsive service. very good location

Great burger place! French fries are the bomb, burgers are excellent, seating is way too tight! My only complaint is some customers. Order, then grab a table when it comes available, don't squat on a table for 30 minutes waiting for your friends. read more

The best! Fast service, orders are always correct and customized. Flavor can't be beat and the fries are hand cut and perfectly cooked. And then there are the complimentary peanuts while you wait the short time for your order. Will go out of my way to eat here. read more
