After speaking to some other people in the area who have gone to Ritz, they all share the same experience of the rude owner. I had an OK experience the first time, but the second experience was so bad. I will not be going back. Again, the shaken fries were great, but the burger was lackluster. If as an owner of a business, you can't be polite to the customer you shouldn't be in business in the first place.
