I have waited for more than a month to give this review because I didn't want to vent quite so loudly. As someone else said "$30.00 for lunch is rediculous". We passed by the In & out burger because they had a line of people at least 10 deep out the door, do we came to 5 guys. When we walked in there was only 3 customers in the place. We ordered our food and my wife told them that I preferred a single piece of lettuce instead of chopped lettuce on my cheeseburger. The music was so loud that the order taker could not understand us, so we ended up with one cheeseburger and one lettuce wrap. I returned to the counter and the fellow still couldn't hear me. I went and got my wife's burger and showed them and shouted "LIKE THIS"! They then managed to, produce the driest burger I have ever tried to eat. I complained on their website and the owner/manager said he would comp us a meal if we came back, but I didn't bother to take him up on it because they sucked when they were charging a very high price, what would a free meal be like? I now wait in line at in & out for hamburgers because first they are better burgers, two they don't charge a fortune and they don't have music so loud that it hurts! Whoever the young guy with the man bun is, needs to get off his high horse. Both him and the manager were VERY disrespectful to 2 other employees. This poor girl was obviously new and spoke Spanish, however her English was very clear. Mr. Man bun continued to yell at her to speak English and to stop what she was doing. I was the only one they were cooking for and he was treating her like she was holding up a line. The manager then came out and joined in with him, making her almost cry. When I was being rang up a separate young man, also new, was doing a great job. Then once he was done checking me out Mr. Man bun started yelling at him as well. The poor kid was trying to do the steps properly but Mr. Man bun told him to get out of his face. If 5 guys supports this behavior I will never eat here again. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

This is by far the worst five guys I have been to. I have been to five guys in a few states and never had a bad experience. Was traveling with the family and stopped here. The restaurant is dirty and not the standard cleanliness for a five guys. I walked to the restroom and the back kitchen was filthy. I probably should have moved on but we were hungry. The guy we placed the order with could not get the order right and was definitely on something. The burgers were actually cold which is a mystery to us because they cook it in front of you. They were super greasy and just didn't taste right. A few of us had stomach aches afterwards. I would pass on this location. read more

Best Five Guys I have been to by far! I went to the one in Flagstaff before and was disappointed. The place was dirty and the employees were the run-of-the-mill, just doing an everyday job. I decided to give the place another shot and loved the one here in Kingman. The staff were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care that I was getting a great experience. Both of us ordered double patty burgers, next time we will order singles, but we totally enjoyed our food. On the plus side they offer 15 different toppings for their burgers. We prefer the thicker type fries that 5 guys offers and they were great. Mindy the cashier was very pleasant and did a good job of explaining the menu to us. Enjoyed the oldies music although it was a little loud. I think it would have been nice if they had a drive thru for people on the go. We will return. read more

This review is really for a general observation of the restaurant. The restaurant name says it all. That is all you'll get here: burgers and fries. No shakes, no onion rings, nothing but burgers and fries. I thought their selling meme was funny: free toppings! Show me a fast food restaurant or any other that charges for toppings. Did not like the big red computer drink dispensers either. I think there's a strong fan base for this chain but I couldn't see any reason to go back. Not special. read more

First off its expensive.Second everything is seperate and there is no combo option. On to the food and drinks...The drink selection is great and there are a lot to choose from. The fries on the other hand are delicious but a bit salty and they are not dry. The burgers are amazing,flavourful and juciy! Off topic from the food there are acctually five people working! Previous experience at 5 guys lead me to this one.. 5 guys normally has great burgers and staff, unfortunately this one has neither.. Cheese burger was not edible in an sense of the word.. Fries were just plain bad.. Staff was not happy or just did not care as to what they were serving.. Cost was 13.00 bucks and change. Left most of the burger in the trash as well as the fries. Only good thing was the ice tea. Still hungry I went to the in & out down the street. Double double, fries, and ice tea was 7.00 bucks and change.. This is without a doubt the worst 5 guys I have eaten at, and I have eaten at them in 3 states.. Never again at this one... Damn shame.. read more

Driving thru Kingman and had read many reviews of this place, so was anxious to try. My brother ordered the burger and of course the fries. I got the fries and a grilled cheese. My brother thought the burger was good. He liked the fries but would prefer without the skin. I loved the fries! Great taste, they actually taste like potatoes! What a concept! The grilled cheese however, not so good. Very sticky. Good grilling but the cheese wasn't that great. Overall, I would go again. Great service, clean, fast. read more

This location in Flagstaff is not anywhere close to the other 5 guys I have eaten at! Normally I would give 5 stars but this was not very good! The service was Great! The burgers just ok! Six months later my husband & I decided to give Five Guys-Kingman another try. It was a mistake. They got our order right (finally), but we ordered a large fry, which is normally enough to feed three people, but evidently now their large fry is smaller than their small fry used to be, which barely feeds one person. For the money you pay for this meal, you should be receiving the full serving that you're paying for, because this restaurant isn't cheap. Apparently they've decided to rip their customers off to generate more revenue. Quality has gone downhill even more. read more

Worst food ever! Burgers were lukewarm, soggy bread, :"grilled mushrooms" were not grilled but cold,and from a can! Fries were limp and greasy! Drinks were dispensed from a machine that didn't have the right ratio. Cherry Coke was pure cherry and orange flavored water was impossible to drink because all it tasted like was bitter orange. We threw away the food after a couple of bites and went to a different restaurant. I will never be back!!!! read more

This was my first ever Five Guys experience and it was enjoyable. I had heard mixed reviews so my husband I figured we should try it ourselves. We weren't jumping with excitement but we weren't disappointed either. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but that's because their toppings are NOT "free", they simply charge a certain percentage to cover the cost of whatever toppings you order. However the large fry was huge and worth $4.56, it could be a meal all it's own. They definitely have great options as far as size of your burger and toppings, and people love options. They have a great amount of drink options too, some of which I have yet to try. The service was great and the cashier took the time to explain the menu since it was our first time, which is good because I was going to order a regular cheeseburger instead of the little one, so no food was wasted. They also have a veggie sandwich option which I think is great and really speaks about their care for their diverse customers. The place was clean and the staff was well kept, everyone was friendly. As far as taste of the burger I would say In-N-Out has it best. But really I have no complaints about this place and would recommend it. It all depends on what you're in the mood for. read more

Ok I like,to go regularly, don't expect very fast food each order is made fresh. I usually go for lunch and style get my food in a reasonable time to eat and make it back to work in 30 minutes. I love the fries, small order usually more than I can eat. I order the anak cheeseburger otherwise I can't come close to eating it all. I had never been to a Five Guys before, so when it opened in Kingman, I was excited. A new burger place that wasn't McDonald's is always a bonus. However, for the price, I am sticking to In 'N' Out as the burgers are better (even though they don't offer all the wonderful toppings) and the fries are tastier.
