All Arbys are pretty expensive now in Brave New Clown World, this one is relatively standard and they still have the national specials like the $8 Three Meatsa Treatzarria or whatever and the 2 for $7 sandwiches. Aside from having regular pricing, it's a much nicer place to sit than the McDs across the way if you want to dine in. Probably the best fast food option right in this little truck stop area overall. read more

First, being a GenX foodie, i was raised not to eat Arby's at all. But due to travel circumstances, i gave them a try. Not only was my meal absolutely delicious the difference in the menu offered versus other fast food establishments was by far surprising and greatly appreciated. I had the Roast turkey rance sandwich, curly fries and strawberry lemonade. Everything was fresh and hot. they have this yummy horseradish sauce that i will using forever. Being that my stomach has been able to tolerate some of my favorite spots I am a fan of Arbys and just found one close to the house. read more

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same thing, which is fine but when it got here to me( a block or so away) it was already lukewarm. Felt yukky after eating it. Just really not the best. read more

Rude staff, and when the manager was informed, she doubled down and didn't bother to address it. I guess talking down to your customer is the way for this place. Too bad. We love Arbys. read more

Absolutely the best service by Mark! He was prompt, helpful, informative & thoughtful. He helped us pick out our dinners, was super friendly, and without my asking, brought me a bag to put my leftovers in! I mean - really!? His service was fantastic! 5 gold stars to Mark! read more

Do not really eat Arby's but it was fast and something myself and hubby both could agree on! We decided not to dine in but they do have dining in at 50% capacity and drive thru as well. There are no tables outside to eat . Drive thru was fast and they were courteous and were wearing masks and gloves. I felt comfortable because many fast food places are not wearing gloves I ordered a wrap with turkey and Swiss cheese. My hubby ordered a roast beef sandwich with cheese and curly fries. I had sweet potato waffle fries. Everything was really fresh, hot and very tasty. Sorry did not get a picture of my husbands sandwich he ate it before I could even get a pic of it . Over all good experience read more

Came here around 9:30 and listen to the cook yelling, complaining, and cussing the entire time I stayed here.

Some of the people are friendly others are not. So on there service they get a three. Food is always good. Manager not friendly at all. Store clean. Bathroom need to be cleaned more often. read more

Hadn't been to an Arby's in years but I had a craving for a sandwich while visiting family in Kingman, Arizona. What I had was pretty good. The rest of my family said they liked what they had. read more

I know Arby's is not a super discount restaurant, but $13 for a fast-food sandwich, large fries and drink is insane! I wanted to ask the cashier, about the price before paying, but she seemed to be very new and knew nothing. I'll pass on Arby's next time read more

A great first impression as we were warmly greeted by a very friendly staff member. We absolutely love the fact there not a single kiosk. We got to place our order from a real live human being. Nice appearing restaurant. Great tasting food. We will certainly be back. read more

Wow! This location knows how to feed a crowd. We stopped as we were driving through town on a road trip. The line was long but moved super quick. The manager was out and encouraging her team through the lunch rush. The food came out quickly and soon we were on our way again. read more

Kingman. What the heck do yall folks do for fun here? Not to bag on you guys or your town but I have been to much more prominent towns that DON'T have an Arby's. So I am thankful that your town has one. There's not too many choices that can beat a good roast beef sandwich. Yes, there is LITERALLY not too many choices in Kingman. Sure you can go another exit down and go to McDonald's or Taco Bell or Golden Corral, (Im still scratching my head why Golden Corral has locations in some of the smallest towns but that's a completely different review), but to me a decent roast beef sandwich will usually beat out the above mentioned with quality and decent prices. So I order my usual. The biggest beef n cheddar on the menu. That's pretty much what I order every time I hit up Arby's. Everything was good except for the bathroom. THERE WERE NO PAPER TOWELS AND NO SOAP! How does that happen? So minus one star. Of course they fixed that after I mentioned it but someone obviously dropped the soap err the ball there. read more

It's Arby's. You know what it is. You either like it or you don't. I like it very much and this location did nothing to diminish that. The service was great and My sandwiches were delicious. I would totally eat at this location again read more

Manager was so very rude , insisted I remove my service animal from the restaurant. I've never been treated so rudely in all my life . Food was nasty and overpriced. Curly fries had no potato substance, it was only fried gristle something. Never never will I go to barfys again read more

Sandwich's looked like a 2 year old assembled them and there new crinkle fries are the worst I've ever had.Only go if you're starving definitely not worth the money read more

The food that is offered is very good, hot, freshly made, but I'm disappointed that they've discontinued the philly cheese steak and the potato cakes. I've been eating at Arby's since 1973, and the potato cakes were always one of the things that got me to eat there. At least (at the current moment) they have decided to bring back the delicious Reuben sandwich. As far as the Roast Beef, it's unequaled; delicious, tender, with a slight buttery flavor, I've always loved it, all by itself, no sauce or seasoning needed. The apple and cherry turnovers are also good, I always buy a few to bring home for breakfast the next morning. read more

Stopped here nearly every time I'm through Kingman. No problems. This time I order a roast beef sammich combo. Got terrible stomach sickness later from the meal. My buddy visited the day after ( even though I told him about it ) and had the gyro. He got sick later as well. Something is unclean inside that place. read more

We ordered two sandwiches and fries to go. Got home and realized that not only was one of our sandwiches missing, but the sandwich we did get wasn't even one we ordered. The fries were over done and hard. So, we called when we got home and they said they would send us two vouchers in the mail for replacement meals. Guess what never showed? The vouchers. I called back the following week to ask about them and they said that they didn't know what I was talking about. Horrible customer service. Skip this restaurant. read more

This is one of the nicest fast food places I've ever visited. It was super clean. The employees seem happy to serve and happy to connect. They seemed happy to be working there and happy with each other. The food was good and well prepared and came out really fast too. It was super cutely decorated for Valentine's Day. I have tried Arby's in many locations and this has the nicest staff. The food is consistently great!

I'm a truck driver so I eat at a lot of different arby's. This is one of the worst! I ordered 2 turkey gyros, the pita was old, the Turkey was not flavored with the gyro spice and it was a smaller portion of meat than I am used to getting. Maybe because I ordered it to go they thought they could screw me. read more

We stopped in to get a sandwich, we paid with a 20$ bill then the manager came over with no gloves and a mask pinned to her shirt (should be on her face) put the 20$ in her back pocket? Then turned around and started bagging food!! Didn't wash her hands. All the Arby's team members had a mask pinned to their shirt. What a joke! We should be staying safe right now and if we are choosing to give our hard earned money out we should be assured you are taking those safety measures. We tossed the food! We will never stop in again. read more

We stopped in Kingman on the way to Las Vegas for a quick lunch. Consensus in the car was Arby's. I'll have to say - they are consistently good from location to location. We had the French Dip, regular Roast Beef sandwiches, and Beef/Cheddar sandwiches. All were very good - hot & fresh ! Staff was very friendly and the orders came out quickly from the kitchen. If you like Arby's food - you can't beat this location. read more

Another one of my occasional road trip to Vegas stops. Arby's is Arby's. Sometimes that is just what I am in the mood for. It's different than a hamburger and consistent throughout the chain. This particular location always has a happy crew. I didn't know that many folks could have a happy disposition in Kingman. Being a bit cold out I was able to find a seat in front of a window so the sun could warm my back. Be warned that this place is one of a few in Kingman that touring buses stop to let the passengers stretch their lags and get a bite to eat. I am sure I will stop here again. read more

I have gone to this location three times in the last month for a chocolate shake and they never have them.

Wonderful experience. I am not an Arby's fan, but this Arby's was very clean, well maintained and appealing to be in. The food tasted great, but maybe because I was starved. No, it was good and food also looked appealing. I got the Angus Roast Beef with Three Cheese & Bacon. My husband got some roast beef thing with onion rings. Our daughter got a steak fajita flatbread. Our son, since he was having stomach issues, got a chicken slider. We also had onion rings, jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks. It was a bit pricey for all of this at $33, but probably no more at another Arby's. We were not able to finish everything and took an onion ring, some mozzarella sticks and poppers to go and they kept well for the next few hours. I was hungry again and ate late at night these things and they still tasted good, not greasy cold. We got good service. No complaints there. The bathrooms were nice. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you. We usually go to McDonald's or Carl's Junior so this was a nice change to stop here instead. read more

Visited Arby's yesterday for the second time in 11 years. Was dis appointed the first time so we haven't been back. Good news is staff were nice & polite and the place loooks clean. We were drawn in by the TV's ads & paper ads on their new Hawaiian sandwiches. We ordered it to go. Our house is 10 min. from the restaurant. Don't know what the sandwich looks like before it was dropped in the bag. But the time we got it home. It was deflated to about a quarter of an inch thick & hanging out off the side looks like a piece of bacon fat. I pried it open & inside were pices of fatty brisket with a couple of tiny piece of soggy onion rings on top of soggy bottom bun. So so disappointing. Where is my fluffy Hawaiian bun & meaty brisket. Guess maybe I will see you again in 11 years or never. Should have taken picture of the mess. Would the bun be fluffier ir the meat meatier if I ate it there? read more

Extremely fast service! The manager greets every customer with a smile and the seating area is extremely clean. The only reason I did not give five stars was it did have a slightly strange musty smell in the restaurant. Other than that, a perfect spot to stop during a road trip. Clearly the manager takes customer service very seriously and it pays off. read more
