The customer service here is first class! I can't say enough wonderful things about the Manager Cassidy, Isaac and Tracy. I made an online order for a pickup and use my gift card, my brother-in-law who was in town was going to pick up our sandwiches. For some reason when I put the order through the it asked if I wanted to sign up for their club and get a free 1st time sandwich and receive point. I did, and that's when everything went down hill. I couldn't find the order that I paid with the gift card and showed I never placed an order. I called the store and immediately Tracey checked for my order and let me know they had not received it, however he was concerned about the card being charged, asked if he could speak with his manager and get right back to me. My brother in law showed up at JJ's right after I got off my call with Tracey, and told me that Cassidy the manager immediately apologized for the confusion and any inconvenience we had with trying to order and made sure he left happy. He told me they were very attentive apologetic and most importantly professional! It is wonderful to know that there are still people out there that take pride in their jobs and know EXACTLY how to treat customers. We ordered the kickin ranch wrap and it was super runny juicy as if it was a soup they put on the tortilla. Not happy with it, threw half away. I used to love love their crunch jalapeño wrap, but I don't see me going back for a 10 dollar disappointment service was good they got the order right. read more

My Husband and I eat at Jimmy John's once in a while and usually the food is good but we picked up our lunch there yesterday and let me tell you we were hungry and looking forward to a good lunch but instead we were let down, they gave me the wrong tortilla for my chicken wrap I didn't like the flavor of it, i wanted a plain flour tortilla plus they forgot the tomatoes and they also charged me more money for trading the provolone cheese for cheddar cheese which isn't cheddar cheese, a lesser cheese than provolone ? On my Husband's ham sandwich they totally forgot the lettuce. You pay for food out because it's a treat and you look forward to a yummy meal only to be disappointed. Staff had no empathy for the error. They only suggested I comeback and they would write my name in a book. I assume it happened often enough that a book exists for consistency errors. They said they had 20 orders ahead of mine. While I understand that they should prioritize for people who are ALREADY THERE! Would have been nice if I could rate the food but never got served! Got to drive thru with no one there. Lady got on the intercom and said that she would be with us in a. Unite. We waited for 10 minutes and got no service so we backed up and left. Would love to say this is a one time incident but have gone here several times and have had horrible experience with customer service. Tried this place numerous times over two years, not once have they gotten the order correct. The employees either have low IQs or have the lack of comprehension of the English language and lack basic job skills. The manager is equally inept and ignorant. If you say NO Mayo, the receipt will say NO sauce, and you get Mayo. This last order today, two sandwiches, one of sandwiches ordered, was a Veggie with no sauce period. We got into Kingman after a long day of driving. We stopped at a hotel next door to the Jimmy John's and placed an online order "for pickup as soon as possible'". After waiting 15 minutes with no update, I went to the restaurant, only to find out that they hadn't even started making the order. The excuse was "we had a delivery that we had to take, and then it got busy". I don't care if it got busy, but deliveries DO NOT take precedence over customers. A little disappointed at the lack of concern when your order isn't made correctly. Ordered a couple of sandwiches today around one o'clock. I ordered an Italian club and ordered it dry. At dinner time it was obvious that it wasn't dry but had mayo dripping off of it. Called a talked to the manager and he said they come with mayo and oil and vinegar, he couldn't explain why my sandwich wasn't dry and didn't really act like he cared. Next time I will play thirty two questions when ordering, but I still think dry should mean dry. read more

My boyfriend and I lived in Minnesota up until a year and a half ago.. the closest Jimmy John's from where we lived was a 6 hour drive, so we never had this place. the closest thing we had to it is called Erbert's and Gerbert's. the first time I had Jimmy John's I had the Italian Night Club (#9). it was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed the meat to veggie ratio, and the dressing was amazing.. my boyfriend didn't seem to agree, but his loss. I like that the salami didn't have a funky after taste, like the salami at other sandwich places. he got the Big John (#2) hold the tomato, I believe. he said he really enjoyed the sandwich. we really enjoyed the freshness of the bread. the second time we had it I got The Vito (#5) I feel like they put a little too much lettuce on the sandwich and not enough dressing. it was still good though, my boyfriend got The Bootlegger Club, no tomato please (#14) something I recommended and he was happy with it. my boyfriend and I do this weird thing that if we discover a new place we'll eat it till we get sick of it. the next time we get JJ I plan on getting the Country Club (#11). the only thing that disappoints me is they don't have soup. if they had soup I'm pretty sure I would live off this place.
