We liked it, we have one very similar to it in San Diego. This one's on route 66. The food was good. Definitely a good breakfast place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of families there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We would go again if we have the chance.

It's a greasy spoon. I almost turned around and walked out to be honest with you when I saw two people in red Trump hats. Wasn't sure what I got myself into, but went ahead and went in. Got a California club sandwich that was freaking amazing and had a server who was really nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sure they could clean up the place if they wanted to make it look a little better[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but the food was excellent especially the chef with a handlebar mustache. Thank you.

Unassuming 50s-style diner with decent food. Portions are nicely sized and coffee is hot and made with freshly ground beans. I'm visiting Kingman, but I will say this is a "regulars" spot, where everybody knows your name. Old school booths make up a large portion of the restaurant and a HUGE counter seating also available. Staff is friendly and efficient. I support the mom and pops and this is a good one...off the beaten path but very accessible!

Coming from Orange County, CA, I've eaten all kinds of food, but this restaurant is something else. We ordered the fries, steak, mushroom burger, and a root beer float. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely caring. We had some leftover eggs for the baby to go but forgot to take them with us. When we went back, they cooked two fresh eggs for us to take instead. Amazing food, amazing staff. This place is definitely going to be our go-to stop every time we pass by.

TY Rutherford's for providing us with a GREAT first time experience on route 66! TY Yelpers for steering us the right way. We stopped in on our way from Vegas to the GC. After reading reviews I knew what to expect. Hearty food, reasonably priced, great service in a historic spot. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly young man who offered us a seat & the bar or we were asked to wait just a few minutes for a booth. We opted to wait. This place was poppin! But as promised we were seated in less than 5 min. Our booth was clean and had everything we needed ie silverware w napkins and we were given menus by our host. The table had a colorful Route 66 logo on it. Very fitting and it jived well with the rest of the ol' school American diner decor. My hubby ordered the highly recommended Country Fried Steak breakfast and it was just as hearty, tasty and perfectly cooked as the reviews said it would be. I didn't have enough appetite for such a belly full so I had 2 scrambled eggs and coffee. My eggs were served hot as was my coffee. 2 VERY important musts for each am I right? The answer is Yes! Our server was incredibly busy BUT on it! Super friendly, zero mistakes and very accommodating. She was a sweetheart. All in all, this was a great experience and we would definitely stop in again on our way through Kingman.

Meatloaf was decent but sadly falls apart.

The young girl with a lot of tattoos is quite the personality. Absolutely rude and acts entitled. I watched my food sit on the heat lamp area for quite a while and asked if I can at least get my kids food. It's truly unreal how customer service seems to be dying in these small establishments.

A philly cheese steak omelette was my order. Overall I rate Rutherford s 66 Diner a good four stars. My breakfast was good, prepared quickly, fun old school atmosphere, good prices and the waitresses were super friendly.

Do they serve breakfast all day?

Yes, I believe they do.

Open Thanksgiving Day?

Yes they are open Thanksgiving day, plus they give out free meals starting at 11am until they run out.

Does this place have power outlets for laptop users?

No. If there are plugs then it is a coincidence but they did not install extra plugs just for laptops

But to me the are often raw. I went to try Culver's for a soft serve. I was actually shocked at the crow inside and out and the huge staff. The menu interested me. Fried cod and fried shrimp. I decided to try the shrimp. Oh my gosh delish!! I took a lick of my chocolate cone... oh my gosh toooo good! Give it a try

I…read morealways wait patiently for lent season, since that means one thing on the menu "Walleye" I am Catholic, and observe Fridays as no meat days, through the year. So that means it fish Fridays for me! Well after calling the store yesterday, their beloved Walleye arrived for the lent season. Needles to say, I planned my day around getting a Walleye dinner. In the past it has always been exceptional. Cooked perfectly and delicious. Well, that was not the case this time. I ordered the 3 piece Walleye dinner, so I make it a 2 day meal. First red Flagg, was the increase in price. It really jumped, but I wanted my Walleye. I wait all year long for this, and I bit the bullet and took it home for a feast. I live 20 miles out of town, so I put the pedal to the medal, so it would still be hot. Well, when I opened it up, There were 3 pieces of fish. One large on and 2 very small ones. I guess I should have gotten the 2 piece dinner instead. Being a senior citizen of a very fixed income, that will be the last time I would order the 3 piece dinner. I will stick with the 2 piece or just have the sandwich. The other issue was how it was cooked. It was very greasy, and the filets themselves were not really as thick as they use to be! My question is, did the tariffs have something to due with the huge price increase, and the smaller portions. I believe Culvers gets Walleye from Canada. We see on the internet all the time about fast food chains increasing prices and cutting portion size. I am not giving up on my beloved Walleye. The next time I order a Walleye dinner, I will open it up before I leave. I don't want to be shocked again!!! Please watch the grease, that was never there before. .

The burger was huge. The patty was tender and juicy, but the onion rings and overly sweet barbecue sauce made it a bit too rich. I remember having a similar burger at Mr. Bartley's in Harvard Square, and I was also quite disappointed. This one was much better though, at least the patty was good. Philly Cheese Steak: My friend ordered this, and it wasn't as good as the Philadelphia original version. The beef was a bit tough, and there wasn't enough cheese. French Fries: Freshly fried fries. In the US, you can almost always get piping hot fries, so this was especially reassuring. Vanilla Oreo Shakes: The milkshakes are one of the restaurant's signature products, and I was very satisfied! Overall, it's smooth and creamy, sweet but not cloying, with a rich Oreo and vanilla flavor. But seriously, could you please use a bigger cup? Why use a separate cup to make it seem like a large portion? Caramel Sundae: My friend ordered this. It's made in a classic banana split style, with a rich caramel flavor. Although it was a little on the sweet side, it was still delicious.

We dined outside on their large open patio, which had a relaxed and comfortable vibe, exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. I ordered the Caesar salad topped with chicken, fresh romaine, shaved Parmesan, crunchy croutons, and a solid dressing. Simple but well done and the portion was HUGE. For drinks, I had a Prickly Pear Margarita, which was refreshing and had just the right balance of sweet and tart. My sons ordered the Sud Soakers personal pan pizzas. My oldest got the Carnivore which came loaded with house sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon. It was rich and hearty without being overwhelming. My youngest had the Margherita, which was light and fresh with house sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and sliced tomato. My husband ordered The Bichen Burger, which definitely lived up to its name; lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, pepperjack cheese, grilled jalapeños, and their signature "bichen sauce." It had a nice kick and was packed with flavor. Overall, it was a perfect stop: great food, generous portions, fun menu, and a really nice outdoor setting. A great way to end the day before heading back to Las Vegas where we were staying.
