Called at 3pm to see if they had the $3 personal pan pizzas on Tuesday and was told YES.. awesome! Dinner will be planned. Called back around 6 to order dinner and was told they quit doing it 4 months ago. Even though I was told a few hours prior they were doing it. Upon entering the Pizza Hut on Andy Devine (yes there are two in Kingman) we were greeted by Johnathon, the manager. His pleasant greeting set the tone for what was about to become a fantastic experience. He and his staff did an outstanding job keeping the pizzas, pastas, breadsticks, and salads well stocked and fresh during our stay. Many times we were asked by the wait staff if everything was ok, there was anything we needed, and to clear our dishes. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, bathrooms were kept up, and employees seemed efficient in their work. Finally, the value for a pizza buffet can not be beaten (10.99 on weekdays, a little more on weekends) at least in Kingman. Choose the Pizza Hut on Andy Devine the next time you're in Kingman. I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in a good minute and went with a group of people and the buffet and salad bar was very good and a great value. You can have a salad bar AYCE pizza for less than the burger joints "combo meal" and their French fries are better than the burger places. If you are hungry or want a good salad you can't beat it. The overall sense is most focus is on takeout but the food kept coming for the buffet so we happy. read more

I can't say much about the food, as we were not allowed to eat here. The manager does not allow service animals in the dining room. Despite the fact that there was only one customer in the whole restaurant and we had all the right paperwork, she insisted that she could sell food to go, but Pizza Hit does not allow service animals in the restaurant. Apparently Pizza Hut prefers to go against federal law which states that service dogs are allowed in restaurants. At any rate, we took our business next door to Jack in The Box where they were very friendly and appreciative of the business. Brought grandson in for his free Book It pizza and we got the buffet! The food was fantastic and fresh! Even one of the workers stopped by our table and served us a fresh out of the oven slice before taking pan to the buffet! Our server Molly per usual was absolutely wonderful! I will first disclose that we are a group of 4 that just finished backpacking for 3 days in the Grand Canyon. Therefore we were ravenous and just needed hot calories. The special going on right now is $5 each for stuffed garlic knots, boneless chicken wings, medium one-topping pizza, among other items if you get at least two. We ordered one of the stuffed garlic knots and Parmesan boneless chicken wings, and two medium pizzas with added toppings. It is as expecting for the price. Nothing much to say. Rude service from the time we walked in. Everyone in our party had the buffet we where almost done eating when we had to ask if we can have our drink order taken & was told they would be with us shortly. When we pointed out we have been seated for quite sometime the waitress argued & said we were just sat. We spoke with manager about the poor service & was offered a discount but when we got our check (that we had to go to the register & ask for) we had been over charged for drinks we did not have. We stopped at this Pizza Hut location on our way to Laughlin, Nevada. The restaurant was located in a stand alone building close to I-40 and adjacent to a gas station. We noticed that the "Open" sign was turned off during business hours but that didn't deter us as we saw other customers going in and out through the main entrance. The inside of the restaurant was clean and I found the red brick interior to be appealing. Booths were located along the walls and tables, as well as buffet stations, were towards the center of the dining area. Several flat screen TVs could be seen along the walls and the restrooms were clean. We ordered a 14" meat lover's pizza, stuffed garlic knots, and two Pepsi drinks. The total cost of our order was $22.94 (not including the tip) and the service was friendly. Our food arrived hot and was delicious. It appeared to be a good value for the amount of food we received during our visit. read more

This place is terrible. Old dried out crust always, very little cheese and topping as they do not start even loading the cheese till 4 inches inward from the outer crust leaving you a pizza of all mostly crust I have never seen such nonsense before. They not once but twice served me hand-tossed crust instead of pan crust that I paid extra for hoping I would not notice. All this is bad enough but they are also very very very slow preparing orders even with no other business in the establishment at the time. Pizza Hut is not up to par anymore for good pizza nationally and definitely not here locally. read more

The staff here was so great! We called ahead to order and reserve seats with 17 and they said it was no problem. We greatly appreciated it since we had just hiked around the Grand Canyon and we were tired and very hungry! When we got there our tables were ready and the pizza came out minutes after we arrived. Family hungry and traveling and so we stopped by to get something familiar to eat. There were a lot of things we didn't expect, first it's a dine in Pizza Hut, second the service was excellent! Dorothy was our server and she definitely was awesome! She was very friendly, respectful, helpful and so down to earth. If we lived here or came here often, we would definitely come back here for the service. From California to Arizona...Dorothy gave us a great impression on how the people of Arizona and...Pizza Hut employees are/should be. Thank you for the awesome service! I'm sure if I had never experienced a really good Pizza Hut this one would be just fine. That being said I have, and this one is not. The salad bar is pretty bad with bagged iceberg lettuce, no cheese, and wilted vegetables. They are also not good at honoring coupons, always having one excuse or another. And these coupons seem fairly necessary given the prices at this place. Even the cheese bread sticks which are a family favorite have become very light on the cheese and are often overdone. One other thing to note are the restrooms which are reminiscent of being back in middle school. Never clean, plenty of space between the doors for little privacy and no mirrors. I would skip this place and find one of the many other establishments in town that serve delicious pizza. read more

Purchased two pizzas, one deep dish with extra sauce, one regular. The regular pizza was fine, the deep dish with extra sauce was not deep dish, and they did not put extra sauce on it. Just went on the TV deal with 50% off. So the price for a $20 pizza ended up being $10. As far as the pizza it's self it was just okay.
