First time trying Papa Murphy's in Kingman Arizona on New Years Eve. I ordered online two pizzas and when I arrived they were ready for pick up. I was in and out within a few minutes which is rare for chain pizza places here in town. The workers were friendly and helped me quickly even tho they were busy making other pizzas. Remember this is a place you take it home to cook. I went with a 4 cheese regular crust and a thin crust shredded pepperoni. They were both great. We like ours crispy so you'll notice the thin crust burnt to perfection. I'd choose this place over little Cesar's , dominoes , or any other chain style pizza place. The atmosphere was fine, didn't notice a mess or anything like other reviews. If you're local and have an oven I recommend giving them a try. read more

Went to location to pick up online order. Was told they were out of larges. Asked to get a different pizza. Was told by rude employee (heavy set with beard/no name tag), he couldn't make it because he was cleaning make line, and we shouldn't order right before closing. (we ordered at 636PM, arrived at 718PM, they close at 800PM). Pizzas are great, our latest experience was not. Won't be back. read more

Store manager refused to honor the 25% discount that Papa Murphy's texted me a code for. She wasn't quite rude, but was not nice at all. If i were in her shoes, I would have offered a coupon, something, at least an apology. Something to make the customer want to come back. They lost a customer here read more

Delicious pizza. Didn't know they came where you have to bake them, but it was no big deal. It actually had toppings up to the crust. You could actually eat the whole slice instead of throwing half of it away like Papa John's. Next time we will just order 1/2 hour earlier to allow for baking. We truly enjoyed our pizza. I always make my own pizza but time constraints prevented it today. Have always liked Papa Murphy's and, again, not disappointed. Tried to order online but website would not let me so went inside and met some very nice guys working there. While waiting for the pizza I noticed that the floor needed a wash down but looked up and the ceiling vents and lights were spotless. So, pass on the floor. Waited no more than five minutes and it was good. Could use a bit more sauce but once again not disappointed. read more

We ordered pizza went to pick it up the girl that was unwrapping. The plastic had horrible teeth and was talking over the dough. It was pretty disgusting the whole place is dirty as really need to clean up these food. Places around Kingman the windows are dirty the floors are dirty everything about it. Ok apparently this place is going down hill fast. After reading recent reviews I'm pretty sure our experience tonight was not an anomaly. The literally dirty employees (hair and body) and the child on the floor behind the counter just seemed not up to papa Murphy standards. I just had the WORST experience at the Kingman Arizona Papa Murphy's I'm not sure if they used the wrong dough or if it was OLD dough but it was the WORST pizza that I have ever had from them I went online to their survey website and an employee Garrett called me and spent 10 minutes arguing with me about what was wrong "it was my fault for not letting it proof" I sent pictures of the pizza and received a second call from Travis I live over 30 minutes away so an hour to bring it back to them? Felt like a touch of ol' fashioned home made pizza . Friends I was with said they were going to get pizza. Pineapple and Canadian Bacon. Then sausage and pepperoni on a thick crust. They bring it back uncooked..??? Ooooh noooo...I thought!!! Tell me ...you didn't go to the grocery store and get that from the frozen pizza section. "NOPE" They said they went to Pappa Murphy's and you tell them what you want and then you go home and bake it in your own oven. They had the temperature settings for both the thin and thick pizza on the instructions. But, I still had a slight bit of doubt.. 20 minutes later the pineapple and Canadian bacon came out. OMGosh...mmmmmm...soooo delicious, light and flavorable. I engulfed two slices immediately. 10 minutes later that big momma thick crust pizza came out with nice sausages bubbling on the pizza and steaming pepperoni on a thick soft crust. The outside crust actually kept growing in front of my face almost two inches high. Soft to bite, yet moist inside, with a slight touch of crispyness. Each bite tantilizing. The pizza is fine but the people working there are disrespectful. We ordered pickup. When the guy brought out the pizza, he was not wearing a mask or gloves and made a rude remark to my husband about him wearing a mask. He was actually joking about getting the Covid-19 virus. It's not a joke! If you are serving the public during this time you should show some respect and wear a mask. Otherwise, don't work a job that serves the public. read more

Terrible customer service. I went in to get a heart-shaped pizza, the workers don't even greet me. I try to be friendly and say I want a heart-shaped pizza with zucchini instead of pepperoni. The worker says they can't do that. He says it like he's annoyed with me, like I did something wrong. I say, "oh that's a bummer, can I ask why?" He says they got a new manager who doesn't let them change those pizzas. he doesn't apologize or seem like he's trying to help me. He seems annoyed. I get it, people have bad days. So I wasn't going to leave a bad review or anything until I find out two days later that MY FRIEND BOUGHT A HEART-SHAPED PIZZA WITH ZUCHINNI INSTEAD OF PEPPERONI. It's just so unfair. Very fast service! Pizza is always good and the staff is always friendly. The Cowboy and the Greek pepperoni are great.

Tuesday is $10 for any large pizza. We love the deep dish with sausage and extra mushrooms. Always great food with excellent customer service. We will be back next Tuesday and the one after that..... read more

This is my favorite pizza place, I have never had any problems with the Kingman location. You get what you order, always fresh ingredients, cook it how you want it. The vegetarian gourmet pizza is delicious. My family loves the cowboy pizza also. read more

Store is always clean, ingredients look great, and they are quick. They don't lose their cool with crazies in the store yelling about pizza toppings either ... A million points to the owner for keeping a calm attitude. Great for a PM, especially in a small town. read more

I don't know what happened with this place but their prices are ridiculous $27 for two pizzas that I need to go home and cook I'm doing half the work and they're making all the money the pizza was good and their defense but $27 good for two pizzas I think not they have half the expense of a normal pizza place and they're charging three times as much guess what guys you lost another customer will not be back read more

Went in late on a Sunday afternoon. Was not busy and yet the woman that came in 5 minutes after my had her order before me because the people working did not look at the times on the order. All they could say to me was "sorry ma'am" Worst customer service ever. LOYAL in Bullhead, and was in Kingman and had to order from there as they would be closed by the time I got back to Bullhead. I had ordered two thin crust pizzas with toppings. First issue, I am sorry we are out of mushrooms. I said okay how about a card so I can get two stamps? I am sorry we are out but I can stamp your receipt. Then I see they are offering two sides for 7 dollars. I had seen they just had the one Chicken Caesar salad . I pick it up and ask can you make another please. AGAIN i have to hear, I AM SORRY we can't do that. What the heck? I said okay can i get the one for 3.50? NOPE. 5 BUCKS. Now I am upset yet stayed calm as there are more important issues in my life :) I get home check pizzas. NO EXTRA HERBS OR SPICE ON EITHER PIZZA. TERRIBLE service TERRIBLE customer satisfaction. So very disappointed. We love this pizza chain, but sadly I will never go back to our location in Kingman due to the overwhelming amount of stupidity among their employees. We had received a txt message for a deal on their delite pizzas. I had called around 2pm to ask if we could get the same toppings on a regular crust instead of the thin crust and the girl said yes and that it would be $10. Then I asked if I could get a delite with some of the toppings removed, and she said sure, that I could change some of the toppings around, no problem. Then my husband called around 430pm, right before I arrived in store, and told me that he got a completely different story, but the bottom line was that we could use the $3 off txt deal. So I wait in the line from hell to finally place my order and the guy argued with me about the two phone calls. He said he needed to clear it with the owner before he could give me the deal. While I'm waiting, along with 15 other people in line behind me, he was on the phone in the back room. I apologized to the people behind me in line, and they said it was no problem, it's typical. He came back to me and told me he could do it this "one time" like I was trying to rip them off. Then he went into a lengthy explanation about how they just had a team meeting and everyone was informed on how these discounts work, so nobody should have given me this information. Again inferring that I'm lying. So he wrote down the order then I tried to order my pizza, so I told him I want to change the toppings on one of the other delite pizzas, and he told me I could change 3. That's it 3. I was never told that there was a limit of 3. I told him to forget it, and he asked what I wanted to order, and again I said nothing, this is a joke. I walked out very upset, and told the people in line good luck. I have been eating pizza from this location since it opened. We usually order a hawaiian or cowboy with no changes. I just can't believe how they treated me on this visit. It has me thinking, Pizza Hut never has any of the advertised specials, dominos is a train wreck and can't get anything right, papa johns is ok, so that leaves little Cesar's, really. read more
