The beans were delicious. Not typical refried beans, but a really tasty pinto beans topped with melting cheese. Dad's "side salad" is ginormous! I guess there's lettuce under the tomato, black olive, red onion, and tomato, but I can't see it! His cod came out as two very large (hanging over both sides of the plate), and he was sure he wouldn't be able to finish one of them. He was wrong!
