Ordering was a breeze as I just reordered a previous items I've had in the past on the app at our previous store. We moved recently and chose a closer location to our new home. This stores recipe friggin sucked so bad, it didn't even come close to the Golden Valley store's recipe (GV, Scrumptious). I did leave a comment on Subway.com and was contacted by the regional manager. She suggested to ensure my sandwiches were prepared like the Golden Valley store, I should go to the store, place the order online, and then supervise the preparation of my sandwiches. Told the sandwich artist she could finish cashing out the guy in front of me, because she had completely finished making his sandwich and I had another one I needed made. I haven't been here for a while but they have nice new staff who make you feel welcome instead of bugging them! They now also have the points like many other subways do now! I have been to probably hundreds of Subway's over the years with all of my travels and this one is one of the best. While a small establishment in a strip center, the customer service was excellent. The veggie sandwich they made was very good--exactly what I want when I order a veggie sandwich. Typically I get so many vegetables that everything falls out by the end because it is so big, but they put just the right amount to make it close and stay on. Great job. read more

Admist the COVID surge, I went in to pick up a sandwich and the girl helping me did not have a mask on, even tho her co-worker did. I asked her if she could put on a mask, as my immune system is very weak from recent surgery. She seemed to be perturbed at my request and looked at her coworker who motioned there were some in the back. This Subway is the best it can get in Kingman and surrounding areas. They have a warm friendly staff. Janelle and Macie were amazing; both are professional, friendly and accommodating. My bf and I were travelling through town. This was our last stop before our final destination which was out in the middle of nowhere...about 2hrs from Kingman. We were starving and as we walked in we were immediately greeted by Noelle and another employee, but I didn't catch his name. They were both very nice individuals who made fantastic sandwiches. We enjoyed the environment while we sat and ate at the store. Before we left the employees fare welled us. 2 HOURS LATER: I am now at the hilltop parking lot on the Havavsu Reservation and realized I was missing my purse. The last place I recall having the purse was at Subway. I didn't hesitate to jump in my car based in faith alone that it would still be at the Subway. And can you believe it...sweet and beautiful Noelle tucked it into a safe for me. I recently found out she quit, I am sure to move onto big and better things, but I left my number for her to reach me in hopes to send her a Thank You gift. I am so thankful. It's subway so there isn't much to say that people don't already know. I will say however, that this subway is better then most. My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way to flagstaff. We got there right at lunch time and it was very busy. The staff was on top of their game and made the line (which was to the door) go incredibly fast. The place was nice and clean too. I did get my normal subway club and it was the best one that I have ever had. They truly are sandwich artist at this location. Good job everyone! read more

This was the worst experience in a Subway we have ever had and we have been huge on Subways for years eating at them in California, Washington and Oregon. I asked for a 6" tuna sandwich. The girl who put the tuna on put it so thin, and used so little that it was almost 25% bread showing AFTER she smeared it in. I asked for cheddar cheese and she sprinkled a PINCH of thinly grated cheese so thin that I could barely find ANY when looking for it at the table. Then I was handed off to the veggie girl. We spoke slowly, and still had to repeat things over and over and STILL she would ask "Tomatoes?". Speaking of the tomatoes, they were almost white with being unripe. Back to veggie girl - she put SO little lettuce and spinach on it that when I asked for more spinach, she rolled her eyes, sighed, and I got a whopping 2 more leaves. I counted 4 leaves total. Oh yay. I would post a photo of this sandwich f I could. It was the weakest thinnest sandwich I ever got at a Subway. We will NEVER eat at this one again. As a note - I wasn't even bugged by the huge breadcrumbs in the window sill, the olives on the bench seat or the water coming out of the lemonade dispenser. It was the very VERY stingy portions this particular Subway meted out by barely awake servers to the consumer that made this a bad experience. read more

Great for travelers on I-40. We got the usual fast service and fresh ingredients expected from Subway. This store is clean with newish furnishings and designer lamps over the tables. Can't ask for more with the set menu items. On our visit, a Saturday, it was real crowded at lunchtime with what looked like locals... always a good sign. Easy access from I-40 exit 51, using first shopping center driveway on north side of I-40. Once you enter the driveway, the Subway is on your right, in the corner of a mini strip mall. Exiting the shopping center to return to I-40 requires driving a bit north to the signal next to the bank. read more

We stopped by this subway because it had good reviews but it was totally gross and had terrible customer service. The guy making our sandwich had no expression and when my husband asked for extra mayo, the guy literally poured out the whole bottle on his sandwich. My mom had the lady doing her sandwich and the lady doing it had a cold with her boogers hanging out her nose and she used her shirt to wipe them off. So disgusting. Hands down the worst customer service experience I've had at any Subway. I noticed after the fact my sandwich was made completely wrong, I was charged for a different sandwich, and when I let them know of the mistake I was greeted with nothing but defensiveness and attitude. I was surprised at how much effort went into their part in explaining how it wasn't their fault instead of just listening to the customer and fixing the problem. The shift manager working and one of her employees should probably receive some sort of remedial customer service training. I'm not saying the customer is always right or that customers should receive any sort of special treatment. I'm saying paying customers should be able to say they enjoyed their overall experience. I did not. Normally I wouldn't expect a response to a review like this but with how argumentative the manager was, I can't imagine her passing up the opportunity to make sure she's heard. The first lady we encountered was not in a good mood and made it obvious. The second worker was either on some type of drug, depressed or extremely tired. And the guy cashier was eh, he got to the point and that's it. If you hate your job, then quit or do yourself a favor and fake like you're happy. Would probably give 4 1/2 stars, myself. I have read a couple reviews here criticizing the cleanliness and the service. My experience has been quite the opposite. I have been to this shop a few times, and on every occasion, the service was quick and pleasant, the sandwiches were quite good, and the condition of the shop was as clean as I would expect. Having worked in food service, I do know that sometimes things get hectic, and first, you serve the customers, then you clean up, after the rush. Perhaps that explains the other reviews. My visits are always in the evening, when business has slowed down. I enjoy their sandwiches and will continue to frequent the shop. read more

They were friendly and smiling... That's it!!! Making my sandwich, after I told the stoners 3 times what kind of bread, she kept putting her shirt on my sandwich...
