Ok so... unlike my previous experience with this restaurant, this time was good. I got the veggie burrito or something. It was kinda good! No hairs this time. Service was good. The DoorDash driver was really quick. The ambiance of my own house was pretty good (don't take this ambiance one too seriously). read more

We usually know what to expect from Chipotle, but this Kingman location was disappointing. We ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken rice bowl. The chicken was very dry, and the brown rice was extremely salty; it honestly tasted like too much salt was added by mistake. I ended up picking around the rice and throwing most of it away. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the usual Chipotle experience. I wish I had checked recent reviews before stopping here. read more

Worst Chipolte ever Very stingy with portions Taste was bad compared to others locations Not much else read more

Extremely small portions. Don't come here if you're hungry. Paid $14 for a steak bowl and got hardly anything.

I have to say I had the worst burrito I have ever had. The meat was cropped up in little squares. It tasted like S. I will go to any local taco shop in the future. Please close. read more

This this chipotle needs major improvements. The restaurant is filthy, bathrooms are not any better, and the food is not fresh. The service is not great either. We stopped by a few times when we were on our way to Phoenix and we were very disappointed. We don't plan to come back anytime soon. read more

So, I was traveling back from Las Vegas to Tucson, and decided to stop at this chipotle to eat. The first thing I noticed, as I came in, was a very dirty glass door, as well as torn seats as you were cued in line. As I approach the counter, the grill looked very dirty, and the fixing station where they put on lettuce, and other ingredients was a mess with food Everywhere! The person making the burrito was literally throwing ingredients in the burrito and making them so large that many things were falling out of the burrito, and making a mess. When I ordered my burrito, I purposely did not order lots of things in my burrito, because I knew I would be driving, and I was scared of how he would fill it. Even though I just ordered rice, bean, steak and cheese, he managed to put probably three helpings of rice in my burrito . The burrito shell itself was stopping wet, and almost impossible to eat and ripping open. I ordered a side of chips, they were cold and very salty. I couldn't eat them, and ended up throwing them away. I would avoid this location until the manager prioritizes, cleanliness and teaches the team how to properly fill a burrito. read more

It's decent. To improve: how about my burrito being warm. Hot would be great. It's always cold when we come through here. And how about cleaning the tables, inside and out occasionally. All these things are within the team's control. Do better. read more

I ended up not eating here because the food did not look fresh. A lot of the pieces of the meat are in the cheeses.. some of the food looks like it had bugs in it. There is one girl working so it's very slow.. it's too bad because my family went to In-N-Out and I wanted chipotle. read more

The food is good and the prices are right. I always get take out because it gets crowded.

Ordered a steak bowl and the meat was near-rancid. Obvious that it had gone bad when it was prepared + been left out for a long time. Service was okay. read more

Love the vegan options! I haven't been to a Chipotle in almost 10 years (since I became a vegetarian). I was hesitant to visit this one due to all of the negative reviews. But since our choices were limited, we decided to give it a go. It is located in an outdoor shopping center and is freeway close. Parking in the huge lot was easy. We ordered to go... a vegan sofritas burrito and a sofritas bowl. They were in good portion, well packaged and delicious! Service was friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. We would visit again. read more

Stopped at this Chipotle while traveling back to Bullhead City, AZ, expecting the usual Chipotle experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst locations I've ever been to. The kitchen was extremely dirty, food was very low or completely out of stock, and the quality and portions were ridiculous. I ordered a burrito expecting the normal large size you get at any Chipotle, but instead received something barely 3-4 inches long, with less than a spoonful of each ingredient. It was obvious they were skimping because they didn't have enough food. To make it worse, we paid $35 for this experience, which was absolutely not worth it. By the time my parents reached the front to order, there was nothing left to serve. They were told they would need to wait 30 minutes if they wanted food at all, so they ended up not ordering anything. Between the lack of food, poor cleanliness, and unacceptable portion sizes, this stop was a complete disappointment. This location seriously needs better management, inventory control, and basic cleanliness standards read more

Visited Chipotle on 4/23 @ 4:12pm. Walked in & walked out. The eating area was cleaned until we walked up to the serving area. It was a disaster! The serving area was a mess. Food covered the counter & around the food tray. Empty food tray with a few kernel of dried rice & a bunch of empty or near empty in the hot tray. Only 2 protein barely left in the container. At closer to early dinner time & most of the food are gone & not replenish. We walked out after the gentleman before us ordered his food & we saw the server almost scraping the bottom for babarcoa & rice for him. The gentleman before him step aside because he wants alpastor chicken & there were none. Just as we walked out we saw a cook brought out a bag of steak to throw on the cooking grill. But nobody made a move to tidy up the counter. There were only 5 customers in the place including us. read more

Saturday-long lines. Not enough employees Ordered 2 burritos. Cooked both tortillas at once, resulting in hard tortillas. Low in beans , steak, chicken, rice. Asked for new steak. Got the very bottom of the last batch first burrito was not rolled -I tried to re-roll. Needed a fork . Other burrito and bowl were subpar as well. Beans-less than 1/2 a scoop in each serving. Chicken burnt n not cut small enough 2nd worst chipotle we've been too. We are frequent chipotle customers. Kingman gets a giant thumbs down Also all tables dirty read more

I've been here twice and both times they are super slow. There's a huge line and both times they are always out of something. They seldom have chips available and multiple times. The food's the usual. We stopped over here coz we love Chipotle. Service is really bad. Where's everyone? There's only one guy making the bowls/burritos and ringing the customers. It's noon/lunch time and there's a very long line. This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen. It's like nobody wipes the tables / chairs after the customers have used them. There's crumbs and food particles on the tables and chairs and it was pretty empty when we got here. There was only 1 table that was occupied. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Order counter - Mexican Near Me - Kingman, Arizona

I am not sure why this restaurant has bad reviews. There is always a long line whenever I enter this establishment. The food is good and is quickly served. The server who was there was friendly, fast and understood my needs completely. He could use an efficient backup to bring out the trays of cheese, guacamole & salsa that were empty or soon to be empty. But he whisked away and grabbed the items.. A cashier did appear when he returned with supplies which was good to see. Anyhow. I would recommend this for fast food because it was quickly served and this server was amazing! read more

I was here a few days ago, and the girls working laughed at me for wanting fresher, guacamole that wasn't brown and told me that's all they had and it was made this morning! well, I wasn't born this morning and I know that guacamole doesn't turn brown that fast. so I took the loss on the eight dollar guacamole that I bought and just threw it out however I went this morning at 11 AM and the guacamole is brown again so I don't know how that's possible if it was just made an hour ago. safe to say that this location is up to something the chips were also stale and hard as rocks. just another pathetic chipotle that has no customer service and no fresh food. read more

As a person with food allergies, it is often very difficult for me to get good service even at expensive restaurants. Because of their good company policies about food allergies, there are times when I go to a Chipotle and it's just a breath of fresh air for me, the care that they take. I had that experience today at the Kingman location, and that's why I'm writing this review. read more

This place is only getting three stars because I love chipotle chicken. The chick behind the counter at the register was completely incompetent. I asked her for a Pellegrino she had no clue what it was. Then after I paid for it she didn't even put it in the bag so at least I noticed it before I walked out. I always ask for plain rice because I hate cilantro and they didn't have any. I would only come back here if I was desperate and severely craving chipotle. read more

I have never left a bad review in my life, but the rubber hair-tie and the 3x3" plastic wrap I found in my burrito forced my hand. The service was pleasant, but it became really clear to me really quickly that this establishment has some SERIOUS cleanliness issues. I genuinely had food poisoning earlier this week so if this does it to me again then this may seriously be my end. Jokes aside, cleanliness is a serious issue here. Additionally, I know that chipotle is known for being ultra salty, but this was nearly unpalatable, goodness. read more

I almost decided against stopping here on the way back from AZ due to the recent bad reviews, but I'm glad I didn't because everything was fresh and made correctly. In fact, they made the burritos even bigger than the location by my house! We ordered on the app and picked it up to go, but my husband noticed that none of the employees enforced wearing masks, so many customers were without (however, we noticed a lot of people not wearing masks during our visit to AZ in general.) :-( We would return to this location next time we are going to/coming back from AZ. read more

Food was good. Ambiance was fair. Service could use a brush up but was okay. Maybe they are doing the best they can given their situation?

Do not place an order through a food delivery app from this Chipotle location unless you want a bowl of air! I placed an order through uber eats and paid $14 for a bowl. I normally do not get rice or beans in my bowls and they pack it to the top without any issues. I received my order and noticed how light it was when I picked it up. When I opened the bowl, I was shocked at the amount of food provided; I could have finished it in about 4 bites. I called the store and spoke to the manager who informed me that unfortunately because I did not order rice and beans that's the only amount they could give me..I informed her that I have been ordering the same thing through delivery apps for numerous years and have never faced this issue. She responded with, "ya I'm sorry we have a limit for each item and that's only 3 ounces per item." On top of that I got charged for guacamole that they didn't even give me!! The manager didn't even offer a solution like giving credit or remaking and sending the order again. Poor customer service. Save your money and order elsewhere if you plan on getting Chipotle delivered from here! read more
