We usually know what to expect from Chipotle, but this Kingman location was disappointing. We ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken rice bowl. The chicken was very dry, and the brown rice was extremely salty; it honestly tasted like too much salt was added by mistake. I ended up picking around the rice and throwing most of it away. Visited Chipotle on 4/23 @ 4:12pm. Walked in & walked out. The eating area was cleaned until we walked up to the serving area. It was a disaster! The serving area was a mess. Food covered the counter & around the food tray. Empty food tray with a few kernel of dried rice & a bunch of empty or near empty in the hot tray. Only 2 protein barely left in the container. At closer to early dinner time & most of the food are gone & not replenish. We walked out after the gentleman before us ordered his food & we saw the server almost scraping the bottom for babarcoa & rice for him. The gentleman before him step aside because he wants alpastor chicken & there were none. Just as we walked out we saw a cook brought out a bag of steak to throw on the cooking grill. So, I was traveling back from Las Vegas to Tucson, and decided to stop at this chipotle to eat. The first thing I noticed, as I came in, was a very dirty glass door, as well as torn seats as you were cued in line. As I approach the counter, the grill looked very dirty, and the fixing station where they put on lettuce, and other ingredients was a mess with food Everywhere! The person making the burrito was literally throwing ingredients in the burrito and making them so large that many things were falling out of the burrito, and making a mess. When I ordered my burrito, I purposely did not order lots of things in my burrito, because I knew I would be driving, and I was scared of how he would fill it. Even though I just ordered rice, bean, steak and cheese, he managed to put probably three helpings of rice in my burrito . The burrito shell itself was stopping wet, and almost impossible to eat and ripping open. I ordered a side of chips, they were cold and very salty. I couldn't eat them, and ended up throwing them away. I would avoid this location until the manager prioritizes, cleanliness and teaches the team how to properly fill a burrito. read more

Stopped at this Chipotle while traveling back to Bullhead City, AZ, expecting the usual Chipotle experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst locations I've ever been to. The kitchen was extremely dirty, food was very low or completely out of stock, and the quality and portions were ridiculous. I ordered a burrito expecting the normal large size you get at any Chipotle, but instead received something barely 3-4 inches long, with less than a spoonful of each ingredient. It was obvious they were skimping because they didn't have enough food. To make it worse, we paid $35 for this experience, which was absolutely not worth it. By the time my parents reached the front to order, there was nothing left to serve. They were told they would need to wait 30 minutes if they wanted food at all, so they ended up not ordering anything. Between the lack of food, poor cleanliness, and unacceptable portion sizes, this stop was a complete disappointment. Love the vegan options! I haven't been to a Chipotle in almost 10 years (since I became a vegetarian). I was hesitant to visit this one due to all of the negative reviews. But since our choices were limited, we decided to give it a go. It is located in an outdoor shopping center and is freeway close. Parking in the huge lot was easy. We ordered to go... a vegan sofritas burrito and a sofritas bowl. They were in good portion, well packaged and delicious! Service was friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. The food's the usual. We stopped over here coz we love Chipotle. Service is really bad. Where's everyone? There's only one guy making the bowls/burritos and ringing the customers. It's noon/lunch time and there's a very long line. This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen. It's like nobody wipes the tables / chairs after the customers have used them. I am not sure why this restaurant has bad reviews. There is always a long line whenever I enter this establishment. The food is good and is quickly served. The server who was there was friendly, fast and understood my needs completely. He could use an efficient backup to bring out the trays of cheese, guacamole & salsa that were empty or soon to be empty. But he whisked away and grabbed the items.. I have never left a bad review in my life, but the rubber hair-tie and the 3x3" plastic wrap I found in my burrito forced my hand. The service was pleasant, but it became really clear to me really quickly that this establishment has some SERIOUS cleanliness issues. Do not place an order through a food delivery app from this Chipotle location unless you want a bowl of air! I placed an order through uber eats and paid $14 for a bowl. I normally do not get rice or beans in my bowls and they pack it to the top without any issues. I received my order and noticed how light it was when I picked it up. When I opened the bowl, I was shocked at the amount of food provided; I could have finished it in about 4 bites. I called the store and spoke to the manager who informed me that unfortunately because I did not order rice and beans that's the only amount they could give me..I informed her that I have been ordering the same thing through delivery apps for numerous years and have never faced this issue. She responded with, "ya I'm sorry we have a limit for each item and that's only 3 ounces per item." On top of that I got charged for guacamole that they didn't even give me!! The manager didn't even offer a solution like giving credit or remaking and sending the order again. Poor customer service. I almost decided against stopping here on the way back from AZ due to the recent bad reviews, but I'm glad I didn't because everything was fresh and made correctly. In fact, they made the burritos even bigger than the location by my house! Each time i have came to this chipotle they are out of at least one thing that i like to add to the bowl. And they refuse to make more. I notice the times i came were after lunch. So if you decide to eat here after lunch time just be aware that you may be short on toppings. You may want to call ahead first. At my most recent visit on top of not having all the toppings, all of the drinks were completely empty. They still had HOURS before they closed (5+ at least). I even had to ask for napkins because there was none. And it was not busy at all lol i was the only one in there. All of the seats and tables were filthy so i had to wipe them myself before i sat down. Again... i was the only one in there.. they were just slacking. I will say they were all real nice so that's why i gave 2 instead of 1 star. Maybe they were new and not used to running a store just yet. read more
