This small restaurant might look like a hole-in-the-wall from the outside, but it turned out to be a fantastic find. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a friendly bartender who quickly got me settled with a great margarita and a menu. We ordered our food to go, and everything was delicious. My husband had the fish tacos with rice and beans, and he couldn't stop talking about how flavorful they were. I was especially impressed by the menu's variety of vegitarian options--including a unique potato taco. I chose the vegetable enchilada, and it exceeded my expectations. The sauce was perfectly balanced and incredibly tasty. Honestly, I wish I had ordered a second dish to enjoy the next day. We were also served a basket of freshly made chips and salsa, which were homemade that morning. There's just nothing like fresh salsa that was on point! Thursday night dinner with a big party. Started with spicy margarita. The rim was nicely salted with tajin. The margarita itself was excellent. It was spicy and just the right amount of sweetness. I ordered the torta ahogada and pork carnitas tacos. They both were very good and smothered with their red sauce. The carnitas was perfectly cooked with crispy bits throughout. Only feedback for the dish was that is could have used a little more spice. I decided to order another spicy margarita and with on skinny style. Only three tables there. I told the Server/bartender I would order a drink in a few minutes and never came to check on us again. Not until she brought out the food. Even then she didn't ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Maybe because she was talking on the phone with maybe a manager? Mid way of eating she finally came by and asked if we needed anything. At that point it was too late to order a drink. Chicken Taquitos were good 10/10 recommend. Birria tacos not so much. You'll have to really impress me with Mexican or Tex Mex with many years of experience and I will have to go four stars here as it was as expected for a town with little competition. Great value and portion size. Personal service where you never felt like you were waiting despite only one hard working server on hand. They seems to have a large selection of tequila and cocktails. The menu was almost too vast. The food was hot and fresh. The chicken was a little more steed than I prefer but enjoyed my enchiladas moles. Found this gem as we passed through Kingman. It's located in the downtown, which had a few other restaurants. It was a short drive from our hotel. I loved the interior and all the subtle details. Drop ceiling over the bar and kitchen, the mural of Mexican actors, ornate chairs, and a beautiful bar. Service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Food was amazing. Everything we ate, we loved. The veggie fajitas were among the best I'd eaten -- perfect for my wife who doesn't eat meat. I had the Tacos Jaliscos and I enjoyed every bite. As if we weren't full enough, we rounded out our dinner with a plate of warm sopapillas. This is a great place and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in the area. read more

Homemade chips are light and crispy with the option of mild or hot salsa. 3 fish tacos combo is #1 rated for good reason, but interestingly is nowhere on the menu. Karina, bartender/server/cashier, created a perfect Patron Margarita with fresh squeezed lime served on the rocks with a lightly salted rim. In Kingman for lunch and found this little gem. Waitstaff were courteous and very attentive. Chips and salsa arrived promptly as we sat down. Mi Lindo Jalisco is very clean and decor is cute. The menu is semi-extensive, but in a good way, and everything looked to be tasty. There's a small lunch special section that covers most everything. I chose the 2 item lunch, a ground beef taco and cheese enchilada. Taco was well filled with meat & the expected taco stuff. The enchilada was delicious, any restaurant that can pull off a creamy, flavor filled sauce has my thumbs up . Beans were creamy and I would guess not from the can. Rice was very tasty. Hubby had the chilaquiles, which he enjoyed, he did add some of the table chips to sop up the extra sauce. I had the Jalisco Margarita/cucumber served in a cute decorated terracotta cup. This was seriously one of the best margaritas I've had. Just the right combination of heat from the jalapeño slices and cucumber. Margarita was a 5 star! read more

I tried to eat here at lunch around 12pm on a Wednesday. From what I could see the restaurant only had one waitress for an entire restaurant filled with groups. I was not greeted upon arrival. After waiting for a little over 10 minutes, I ended up walking to the bar to ask the waitress about seating, and she said she couldn't help. Which was weird because there was one table available that needed wiping down. It was kind of tacky, if you ask me, to have only one server for the entire establishment. Do not recommend; they need better greeting and serving policies. Not sure how this place can run correctly with a skeleton crew. It's unfortunate because I really liked the birria tacos last time. I guess it worked out because it wouldn't have been good for me to wait for that single server when the restaurant was overfilled with people. The wait times probably were substantial. read more

We've been going there since it opened and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. I favor the fajitas; my husband goes for the 3-combo dinner. We take half of it home and have dinner the next night too. Four meals for the price of two. The prices are very much in line with the going rate. The service is absolutely beyond reproach. Ordered the sea food plate, shrimp cocktail and crab enchiladas, if u don't mind frozen seafood wicked good, but for the original price, seems quite overpriced for frozen seafood. The service was good and the food was fantastic. I'm so glad we landed on this place. I haven't had a really good chimichanga in decades. I found my joy again. My husbands enchiladas were so good that he ordered another round. I've never seen him wipe the plate clean of the sauce until eating here. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I was in Kingman Arizona for the first time and was compelled to try some of their authentic Mexican food. I think Mi Alonso Jalisco really captures the essence of Mexican cuisine and at a very reasonable price. They serve fresh chips and salsa for the table. The salsa was a bit watery for my liking (it may be have been more authentic) but it was appreciative. I had the quesaditacos AKA birria beef tacos for the first time and they were delicious. The tacos were stuffed and the beef dipping sauce was tasty. Nicole the server was very pleasant, helpful and even mindful. After finding out it was my husband's birthday, she went a step further to make it special by bringing him a tequila shot, a dessert and an authentic sombrero hat to wear while we sang happy birthday! When we arrived, there was no greeting we don't know if we had to sit ourselves down or we had to wait. First time in this restaurant and last. When we finally sat down and some took our order we waited a LONG time for our food and I mean a LONG time! My niece's order came way after we finished our food.
