I ordered the Tour of Tijuana, which is a selection of three different tacos with a side of rice and beans, as well a handful of lettuce and some limes. I also ordered some of their homemade hot sauce, which made everything better. Everything was extraordinary, from the juicy, tender meats to the fluffy rice to the flavor of the hot sauce. This meal was very cheap for how amazing it was, with a taco that I couldn't finish and boxed it up and took it back home with me. I will order this again, no question. Service was excellent. When I came in, I was sat down pretty fast at a booth and although it took a little longer than usual, it was because a fairly large just entered the building. The waitresses were very polite and were helpful and fast, they did a great job. Inside was good. A large amount of space inside was mostly filled by booths and tables with a few TV's scattered around. It was also a very colorful space, with pictures and art everywhere. Amazing smells from corner to corner, comfortable booths and a classic Mexican restaurant feel are what you have here at El Potrillo. From amazing food and drinks, to fast service and polite servers, to a spacious, colorful inside and mouth-watering smells, El Potrillo hits every mark. We got one red and one green. The green one was delicious, the red lacking sauce but I could have went and asked for a small amount but chose not too. The shredded chicken could use a little more moisture but that's ok. Burrito was spicy but husband likes spice. Warning though, when I say he likes spice, he goes looking for spicy challenge, not many impress him like this one did. Good flavored spicy, not just heat and not overly vinegary. The rice was on point, soft, fluffy, good flavor. The salsa bar is small but clean and stocked. All the salsas have a unique flavor. The best part was the cheesecake churro bites. yes. $5 for a nice sized box of it plus icing. Thanks for lunch. Oh there was this one nasty lady that bitched about having to get her own utensils....they're next to the salsa bar and the soda machine. So that's a thing out here in Kingman I've noticed, you got to look at the demographics of these reviews and the ages of the folks leaving them...a lot of them are bitchy old white folks that don't get their way, or they just haaaaad to complain about the one little thing that went wrong out of the 8th time of being there that month. Yall know who I'm talking about...and the rest of you know I'm talking about you. Anywho, it's a good little Mexican spot, make sure you tell them lots of enchilada sauce.

No connection to anyone here. Wait staff OK, burro - unimaginative. In a previous review I stated the male day manager (Owner?) was a thief and I see that review has disappeared.
