Amazing Italian! I felt like I was back in NYC. Meatball sandwich - Great marinara and homemade bread. Hubby had carb free. Service was friendly and helpful. Luigi, the chef, came and checked on us. Family friendly place...we had a party of 11. Quick service.

8 oz. Ribeye w/Green beans and Risotto (the risotto is excellent!)

The service was great and food was excellent. We will definitely be coming back! We loved the charm of the old hotel.

Lovely spot! Chef's wife was our waitress. Delicious cod, chicken parm and veggies. Cheese cake onto it off. And a guitar and violin duo..

Took my two daughters and myself to dinner the other night, we had such great service and the food was amazing. We love our fried raviolis and cheese breadsticks, dinner was chicken Marsala. Best chicken I have ever had, and very filling! Everything was very delicious and delightful so blessed we have an incredible place here in kingman to have dinner as a family.

Asked for my filet steak to be cooked to medium rare this is so overcooked and was super chewy.

The service and atmosphere was very good. I enjoyed the cheese bread and my mom liked her shrimp dish but my filet and my daughter's ribeye steaks were not good at all. My filet was way too over cooked I asked for medium rare and it came out well done, the ribeye was so fatty my kid could barely eat any of it. I even mentioned to the staff how overcooked my steak was the gentleman seemed to be too busy to offer to remake the steak so we got a box to go and the check. My dog enjoyed the steak more than I did. I guess this is why you should go to an Italian restaurant and stick to pastas. If I returned I would try to stick with pasta dishes only.

The Low-Carb Special is my very favorite! Actually, everything on the menu is great, but almost every time I come here, I end up ordering it. Delicious and filling! You won't be disappointed.

Mattina's was a pleasant surprise and overall a very enjoyable dining experience…read more The atmosphere was nice and about what you'd expect for the area. Nothing overly fancy, but comfortable and inviting. The bread was fine--good enough, though not something I'd make a special trip for. They didn't have the wine I originally wanted, but their staff quickly recommended a comparable alternative. Their wine selection is actually quite respectable. Our server was outstanding. Attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a good experience. My one notable complaint has nothing to do with the food. We were seated near the kitchen, which normally wouldn't bother me at all. However, one of the hostesses wore a very strong perfume. Every few minutes the scent would drift by and completely overpower the aromas from the meal. It wasn't an unpleasant fragrance, but when dining, the aroma of the food is part of the experience, and it became distracting. We started with the Caprese salad, which was excellent and properly prepared. The mozzarella was so good I actually asked if it was house-made. It wasn't, but it certainly tasted like it could have been. My wife and I split the chicken piccata. The chicken itself was perfectly cooked, and the seasonal asparagus was fantastic. If I'm being exceptionally critical, the piccata sauce was slightly thicker than I prefer and leaned a bit too heavily on the lemon. The extra acidity overshadowed the capers somewhat. Likewise, I was a little disappointed to learn the pasta was not house-made and arrived slightly past al dente. These are admittedly minor critiques and the sort of details most diners probably wouldn't notice or care about. Dessert sealed the deal. The homemade key lime pie was outstanding. The filling had a fantastic balance of tartness and sweetness with a smooth, creamy texture that was clearly made in-house. I even verified that with our server. It was a home run and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The fact that I'm discussing details like sauce balance and pasta texture should tell you that the overall meal was very good. The strengths far outweighed the shortcomings. Excellent service, several standout dishes, and a dining experience I'd happily recommend. We'll definitely return the next time we're in Kingman.

Although we were not dressed in suit and tie and formal wear, we were both dressed nicely, slacks, dress shirt and a nice summer dress. Everyone else was in shorts, jeans or picnic attire. I'm no snob, but once in a while it would be nice to dress up a little for date night out. I guess I'm from an era of the past, where once in a while you could put on a jacket and a tie and feel like a date out was a special occasion. Years ago you would never have thought to go somewhere nice and not respect that restaurant without a stylish attire. I believe it is just a time of causal everything and showing a little style is a thing of the past.

I ordered a personal pizza called the Classic Pep with some breadsticks with marinara and a drink. The breadsticks were basically a 10 inch cheese pizza with more dough and less cheese, but they were still pretty good. The pizza came about five minutes later and the personal pizza was a tiny pizza, maybe around seven to eight inches, and the pizza was good, but not too great for its small size. Still had leftovers, though. Service was good. When someone comes into here, they have to look at the menu upfront and order at the counter, find a seat of their choice and fill their drink and then it goes from there. Pretty simple. Floyd's seems to be a Stubborn soda fan, which I approve of. The man at the counter actually recommended the breadsticks, and now I realize that the pizza isn't enough to fill me or most anybody. It's mostly an at-the-counter style service, except they bring the food to you. Inside was great. The entrance is a little tight, but there's two sides of the restaurant and I sat down in the right side from the door, so I can't say about the left side. One of my favorite things inside was the drink machine had those levers on it, it just felt much better to pull that for drinks than pushing a button. Overall, Floyd's is a great place to eat for everyone. The food is good, the service is great, and inside is comfy and wooden. One thing I would hope for Floyd's is to make their pizza bigger, their personal pizzas are much like those kid menu pizzas. I'll probably try a sandwich next time. Thank you.

I decided to try their Meatball Sub in a Large, which came with French fries. I already knew from ordering spaghetti a few Vito's dinners ago that their meatballs and sauce were delicious. It was exactly what a meatball sub was made to be, the tasty meatballs paired perfectly with the fresh sauce, all between fresh, lightly toasted bread. I will have to get this again. When I entered, I was sat down immediately and within a few minutes was asked my drink. Reminder that there was a full house inside. The waitress Tiffany was very kind and convinced me about my decision to get the meatball sub, which I now appreciate. She had my soda out very fast, and she did a great job. Inside was very nice. It was comfortable all around, with some of those beautiful paintings and one of those funny little fat chef sculptures you might see elsewhere. They had the AC to a very nice temperature, and I had no issues at all. Good smells filled the room, and so did large parties of people. Overall, Vito's is one of the best Italian places in Kingman or anywhere close to Kingman. Every meal I've had there was nothing but excellent and rich in flavor. I plan to come back for another amazing meal. Thank you!

Just a little extra made into it. Sometimes the bbq isn't enough. Gives me price and time. Two minutes later I'm getting a call that the cooks are refusing to make my pizza ?! WTAF is that? I'm paying for it? " yeaaa the chef is just picky and it is his business.." No the owner is rude and doesn't deserve business if that's how he treats people. Service obviously needs to be rethought. One scoop of marinara on bbq pizza apparently is too much on one man's ego. Horrible business practices.

The waitress was so cheery and accommodating to seat me closest to the window facing west. I appreciate her opening the blinds too. Even the cook staff, wait staff and visitors were stunned as much as me over the gorgeous sunset. YOLO, now for the food and service. I splurged a bit more than usual on myself and went with the dinner Basil Chimichurri NY Sirloin Strip. So glad I did!!!! So glad to custom my order with the waitresses input. The side salad was very good. Then the sauteed asparagus was delightful. Instead of ordering the curious Cactus Blossom as an appetizer, I took her advice and ordered a smaller portion as one of my sides. The steak arrived just as I ordered it. Perfection and delicious. I didn't mind trimming the fat as it was necessary for flavor during the cooking. Too bad the small hill of trimmed fat equaled 1/4 of the whole steak. The second most priciest meal on the menu but that's okay, YOLO.

I had the Saturday night special prime rib dinner with garlic mashers and bacon-wrapped asparagus. The beef was well-seasoned and had a nice fresh-herb sprinkle. Along with a nice dessert my total bill came to about $50 with tip. I went back the next day and got the shrimp pasta in vodka sauce and it was quite good...mild but fresh-tasting. I also ordered a pizza to go, and it wasn't very good. Lacked flavor and seemed "flat" for what is usually a tasty item. I don't think pizza is their thing.
