The food was and the fries were phenomenal. The only issue I had was that the cashier was impatient. Dude was in an extreme hurry to do nothing significant. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant, however, at some point, you need to calm down and give people time to browse the menu so they can order exactly what they want. I would've added a shake to my meal, but, I was rushed for no reason whatsoever. Five Guys was a treat while I was growing up so I always feel nostalgic when I come here. The person who took our order was really friendly and he asked me twice to make sure I didn't want whipped cream on my milkshake (I thought this was funny). There were no mistakes in our order. We got a small fry and our bag was almost half way full with them! That was definitely the most fries I've ever been given in any fry order. I'm not complaining. This location was really clean. The counters were crumb-free, members changed their gloves multiple times, the floor didn't have any trash, and the bathroom was spotless. The only messes I saw were from previous customers not cleaning up after themselves. I was a bit surprised about the price. We got a little cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger, a small fry, small soda, and a milkshake and it was almost $40. I can understand the price because of how expensive all food has become, but I still found it pretty steep. Try a peanut butter banana milkshake! Yes! A Five Guys right by my work! This replaces the Jerry's subs that was here forever. I agree with the other review, the burger here is less greasy (aka. The bun doesn't disintegrate while eating) and where else can you get all of the toppings for free? Grilled mushrooms, onions (raw or cooked), green peppers, etc. It is better than most other fast cas/food burger places imo (BGR in Rio is still tops for me). Other burger places come and go (ie. Smashburger), but Five Guys is consistently good for what it makes. Cajun fries are awesome too! read more

Okay so I love burgers...like absolutely love. Five guys is usually the bees knees of burgers for me. This is the first time actually going to this new location. There was no line and the cashier was very nice! I usually get a little cheeseburger but today I opt'ed for the cheeseburger instead. They told me my number and I took a seat. It only took about 5 minutes to get my food. The cheese wasn't melted on the burger which I am not used to but no worries I peeled the corners off. The burger didn't seem to have as much flavor as other five guys. Not sure if it is how they cook it or season it. Still delicious though. The interior is very clean! "9 at the door!" They have arrived! This shopping center is becoming amazing. Thank you five guys! I can not believe they got our order correct. 5 hot dogs, 2 little burgers and 2 little bacon cheeseburgers, all with different toppings, and 8 different milkshakes. The food was excellent and came out fast. They are so attentive to all the little things. They continually made sure we had everything we needed and made sure that we were feeling welcome in spite of our large family with lots o kids. Luis and Fatima were amazing in managing the crazy that was our order. First of all Luis made sure everything was in the system right then he followed through to keep sure the order came to us right. It was loud so when I couldn't hear my number, so he walked it down the counter to bring it to me. Fatima patiently dolled out our milkshakes one at a time while her equally impressive colleague kept the fickle milkshake machine from freezing up! Wow. Solid Five Guys location. Clean and efficient. Polite staff. Easily able to pop in-and-out with your order. The food is made fresh, as with all its other chain locations. Nothing beats hot fries out of the oil. The parking space is pretty limited, but with mainly to-go orders, you don't have to wait too long for an open space. This little shopping center is very busy, with cars constantly weaving to-and-fro. Just be cautious as you're pulling out. read more

I was excited to see a meat-free option added to the menu, but found out that their "veggie burger" is a slice of American cheese and any toppings between a bun. I've been here twice since they opened. The burger wasn't super greasy like most Five Guys which I appreciate. I'm sure they're still working out some kinks since they're still new.
