    Five Guys-Cheeseburger/lettuce/tomato

The presentation and the patty is a fail. Many years I have been a fun of this burger joint. But this time and for the second time around in this particular branch, 188th/Fresh Meadows, the burger patties were overcooked and dry. It seems like they want it to make it crispy on the sides. Also, they need to make the presentation particularly the wrapping much much better. For one, they need to maybe, get their precut foil wrapper bigger. The reason, you'll see in the picture. Since the precut is maybe too small, especially so when you have a double patty order, they will flatten the sandwich to make it fit into the wrapper. The finished product then, when you're ready to eat at home, would look like it was sat on by an elephant! See pictures please, and hope that the branch takes their service more seriously

I watch them handle my food. I've been to this location at least a dozen times and they are always on point. The cashier is always really friendly no matter who is there. Floors and tables always clean. The staff that's preparing food uses gloves and cover their hair. Everything is very neat. I thank all the staff here for helping me feel I can trust what i eat as i always run in when I'm starving.

Ordered Hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes and A1 sauce and fries. The other burger had lettuce tomatoes, grilled onions and ketchup. The food was great the employee's nice, sat outside and took extra peanuts to go. Definitely will go back the next time I am in the neighborhood.

One of the better burger joints in NYC, burgers are always good I just wish you can customize the temperature, I've def had over cooked burgers once or twice. Kudos for free toppings! Fries portions are huge, try the cajun fries. Staff is friendly and ordering is pretty quick, took away 1 star because sometimes the wait for your food is ridiculously long.

I like the Five Guys chain. However, I don't like how dirty this particular franchise was. Please clean the tables more often!

My daughter got the ramen corndog, which unfortunately fell a bit flat. It was pretty bland, and all I could really taste was the breading. The employee at the register was very friendly and helped us narrow down our options. Take out only, no eating in. Their focus is corn dogs and donuts. They also have a few bubble tea and fruitade options. Prices are fair and they have several combo meals with even better prices. We tried their Combo3 B for $11, just under $12 with tax. Came with a mozzarella mix corn dog with panko breading. Half the dog was mozzarella and the other half had the hot dog. They have other breading toppings, with some being an additional $1.50. We added ketchup and mustard. Also came with two filled donuts, which we went with one Nutella and one strawberry cream cheese. You have option to put cinnamon or white sugar and we went with cinnamon sugar. All made to order and wow, sooo good! Corndog had a good crunch with each bite, good flavor. And the cheese pull, impressive! The donuts were pillowy, soft, light, and filled very well with each flavor. Not overly sweet, but just enough. Will be returning to try other menu items. I ordered a premium beef with sweet potato topping and a hibiscus refresher to wash it down. Service was quick, as no other customers were present and it hadn't even reached noon. The corndog and hibiscus refresher were served promptly within 5 mins. The premium beef tasted like a regular hot dog to me. It just didn't taste like it was 100% beef and had more of an Oscar Meyer beef/chicken/pork mixture taste. Moreover the corndog topping was pretty disappointing as the sweet potato topping was soft and not crisp while the corndog topping below was a little mushy and the hot dog itself had no snap of a solid casing. Their menu advertised that the up charge for sweet potato topping was $1.50 (in actuality, it was $1.90) plus they would discount $1 when purchasing a refresher in addition to a corndog; there was no discount applied to my order. On top of that, I had asked for no ice in the hibiscus refresher (as it was 49° outside today and nice and cool inside the food court). The lady behind the counter filled up the cup about 3/4 of the way stating that they usually put ice in so it wouldn't be strong. I said that it was okay and that I liked it strong. Despite that, she didn't offer to fill it up all the way. Customer service was lacking.
