Their burgers are always good so i can't say much about that but their fries used to be very soggy all the time but now a days it's very crispy and good. Their cajun french fries are always good. Very good experience despite their systems being down. They gave me a free drink and apologized they forget my bacon on my burger which is understandable since they were busy and their systems being down. They ended up giving me a plate with 6 strips of bacon. This is solely based on customer service, the food at five guys is always great. This specific location feels like a prison kitchen. Everyone is mean muggin .. Trying to look tough and never smile! I mean wtf.. Relax guy.. You don't like your job flipping burgers.. Not my fault.. And there's one in particular dude who has the gayest eyebrows ever.. Who knew a dudes brows can be threaded so shapely?!! He's the prisons pretty boy I presume.. Maybe that's why he's grouchy. The tables are always disgusting.. The floor is gross.. And the bathrooms.. Jesus the bathrooms.. It's like pretty boys tears, pee and doodoo all blended in one and smeared across invisibly, and only detection is the smell. Good lord. Where was the manager on 10/25/17 at 5:30pm? I had ordered my food online and had told the cashier that I was here to pick up my order when I arrived. It took the cooking crew 20 minutes to realize that I was still waiting for my french fries. It wasn't until I grabbed the attention of one of the workers staring into nothing in the back that they realized that I was even standing at the pick up counter. Even the cashier who I had told that I was here to pick up my order forgot about why I was waiting at the pick up side of the counter. The cooking crew should stop trying to pick up girls by giving away food. It's unprofessional and makes you look dumb every time you get shut down. It also makes you "forget" to complete customer's orders apparently. read more

I came here twice, the prices are definity higher than the other top one spot burger in and out, but then there is much more options of topping from onions to grilled onions, to japanos, and all the other common toppings. there is an option of two different sizes, and though i love me some burgers i gotta say the same one is enough. there is also peanuts while you wait, and you get to see them make it for you. The burger is great but after finishing it, it can leave you feeling a bit greasy. good for once in a while but definity more more than once a month would be over indulance.ps the fries here are pretty darn good read more

In comparison to burgers at shake shack, the burgers here are not as tasty or as delicious but they are close enough that your hunger will be temporarily satisfied. Cajun fries are a must-get here though! They also have complimentary peanuts. The guy who helped me was really nice. Service was also very quick and efficient. I must say this restaurant is very neat and clean. While sitting and observing the workers, everyone had something going on without any guest on the line. All work stations were properly cleaned, stocked, and maintained. The only thing i would have negative to say, is I strongly suggest workers with hair not only wear hats but also hair nets! I had a sickest and worst dinning experience in my life. It was like the gross movie scene. A cockroach fell from the ceiling and landed on my burger. Of course i freaked out and told the workers there. And their reaction was if i wanted another burger like i can eat another at that point. I'm not sure what is happening to Five Guys every where but this one seems to be leading the pack towards the downward spiral of lack quality and horrible service. The cashier despite seeing myself and my sister waiting on line for at least 3 to 5 minutes still found that her priority was to chat with her pot head friends, who after all that talking, decided they wanted "Curly Fries" :-/ regulars -I'm sure. The "manager" (if that is what we are going to call this guy), when witnessing our annoyance after we finally get to order instead of setting his ppl back on track, decides he is going to joke with us about how the stoners smell like pot..."really ?" To add insult to injury, "the managers" halitosis was waaaaay worse than the pot smelling yappers. When I finally get home with my order, after waiting for what seemed an eternity, I find that the regular fries my sister and I ordered to share were actually a small fry, cold and tasteless. So 5 guys, you are not Mcdonalds yet....but you are headed in that direction....I miss the friendly staff, I miss the great service....sadly this is becoming the norm at your restaurants. I usually go to this Five Guys often because it is nearby when I go shopping. I usually have an outstanding experience but today's service was just mediocre. While I did have to wait a while for my food (not many people inside and I was the only one waiting for food), I was really disappointed with the amount of fries I received. My sister had also ordered before me and was sadly disappointed when she didn't receive the usual abundance of fries in the bag. What's interesting to me is that the man working there behind the counter was training another individual and told him to make sure to give the customers enough fries otherwise they'll get upset. So why didn't he take his own advice? I enjoyed my burger but the lack of fries in my bag left a "bad taste" in my mouth. I'm sure patrons eat at Five Guys for the awesome burgers and the abundance of fries they usually receive so if this Five Guys wants my business and the business of my family members, they have to go back to giving their customers the amount of fries they deserve. read more

There was this one worker who was extremely rude, her name was Giavanna L. This was my first time ordering and eating at five guys. I ordered small fries and a bacon burger. She asked if I wanted 1 patty of 2. I then asked if it costed more if I ordered 2. She gave me an attitude and said "that's not what I'm asking you. I said if you wanted 1 patty or 2." I told her 2 and then she asked what I want on it. Since it was my first time ordering I thought it came with everything so I was confused. I looked at the menu to see what I can add onto it and she sighed and stared at me. I felt really uncomfortable so I just quickly added 2 things. When I received my food the small fries was missing but she didn't charge me so I didn't care as much, I was just upset that she forgot to add it. I didn't go back to order because I didn't want to deal with her attitude again. But being there as a first time customer I wasn't really satisfied with the impatient service. read more
