Five Guys fries. Plentiful and delicious.
    Matt M.

Five Guys is a well regarded burger chain and this is its location on Mall Road in Florence. I had to get a carryout on this occasion although indoor dining options were available at the time I went here albeit at a limited capacity. They're a very traditional, no frills joint in that they do burgers and fries and not a ton else (they do have delicious hot dogs although I didn't get one this time.) Any burgers are their game and theirs are definitely one of the best. Although they a very extensive toppings list fkr you to choose from to put on your burger I went with only ketchup, mustard, cheese, and hot sauce. The meat is very high quality and is where all of the flavour is at. Juicy and cooked to absolute perfection it was the perfect patty. The condiments I chose supported it very well including the hot sauce which tasted like Frank's Red Hot or at least something very similar to that. It was fantastic. Unfortunately with my long trip between Five Guys and my house my fries ended up being soggy and disappointing. That's by no means their fault and I'll say right here that their fries are some of the best and most plentiful but you gotta eat them at the restaurant while their still hot. In any case the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient so a very good carryout experience from Five Guys in Florence.

So the forgot to put mushrooms and bacon on my burger. No biggie right? Just make a new one. What is this? What am I supposed to do with this? Make my own burger? What did I pay for? Worst Five Guys experience ever.

I like the fries well enough. And the burgers are decent. I suppose I need to order a burger with less on it, as I always make a big mess. At any rate, it could be a little cheaper for what you get. And I've had better burgers at five guys in California, but hey, not all locations can be winners, right? The employees are great. Just not THE place I go to when craving a burger. I just go when my friends want to.

Disappointing service, stingy with the toppings I got a 9$ burger in a pan and I didn't even get the normal portions of lettuce and tomato or onion that come with a Burger on a bun! Cheese wasn't All the way melted either. They weren't busy so that's not even a excuse. The place is a hazard floors are extremely slippery every90%of the tables were wet or had food on them. I didn't want to eat there but couldn't drive and eat either. Overall disgusting disappointing and don't go there.

The employees at this location are very friendly. The burgers are always piping hot and delicious. I usually get the "little" bacon cheeseburger which is anything but little. One of my favorite things about five guys is that they use fresh jalapeños instead of pickled jalapeños. It really makes all the difference. Pair your burger with fresh cut Cajun fries and dig in!!

If my family were to come visit from England and ask me to take them for the classic American burger this is exactly where i would take them. I have been here several times and the burgers are always cooked to perfection. You can get just about any topping you want and one order of fries is enough to feed a family. And if you're feeling extra saucy spring for the cajun seasoning on the fries, its magical. They even somehow manage to offer a vegetarian option which is fascinating and ingenious.

I have been to several Raising Cane's restaurants over the past year or so. I see them get a lot of…read morehate on social media. "Bland", "tenders are too small"... I can honestly say I don't get it. We love us some Cane's. Yesterday, we were craving some Cane's, so we found this location on the way home from being away for a short weekend and this place was packed! Couldn't get in the drive as the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Once we did manage to park, we quickly made our way inside only to find it packed as well. But the workers were on it. They know what they are doing at this location. Normally, spouse and I order the box. Has four tenders, slaw, fries and Texas toast. We always order and extra slice each. We also order an extra serving cup of sauce since you can never get enough. Yesterday... We did the Caniac Combo meal. Six tenders, slaw, fries and Texas toast. Extra toast. Then things got out of hand. We ordered a cup (yes, a cup) of Cane's Sauce. $5. Worth it. No regrets. Even tho the place was packed, the service was quick. While the restaurant wasn't necessarily noisy, one dip of a chicken tender in the cup of sauce and every sound melted away. Just two people with their Caniac meals and a cup of Heaven. The chicken was piping hot, as were the fries, the slaw is always great... but we added some Cane's Sauce to it and took it to another level. The tenders were large as were the portions of fries. Spouse couldn't finish the fries. They didn't skimp at all. We walked out with stomachs full. And plenty of Cane's Sauce left to enjoy at home. Definitely recommend.
