The workers look like they are possibly convicts who are here for community hours. Also the metal chairs and lack of a heating system adds even more to the jail vibe. Probably the best burger that I have ever tasted! Cajun fries are right on as well. The only place that I can think of that has a burger as good as five guys is In and out on the west coast. The thing that probably impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the place and the staff were beyond nice and accomodating. Just for that fact we will be back and the food is awesome! read more

I love this location. Restaurant is clean! Staff has always been spot on in taking care of any spills or dirty tables immediately. The service is fast and friendly and the burgers and fries are always delicious, fresh and hot. My only complaint is the noise level in here, maybe that's just the style of the chain with the blasting music? Nonetheless as far as food and service this place is spot on. For a few bucks more than a typical fast food burger go on in and actually enjoy something with some flavor. read more

5 star burgers no question, yea it's a little pricey but it's 100 percent worth it Any and all toppings free and excellent hot dogs, especially the bacon cheese dog is something from outta this world. After last nights meal at this Five Guys, I am not going back.Slow service. High prices for average food. Way too much salt on the fries. Second time in a row. The place had few people. I know Five Guys are slow but this was ridiculous. Answered the survey online and I got a call an hour or so later from someone that wanted to explain Five Guys culture to me for 5 minutes. Skip the culture lesson. How about working on the value and the service? Offered me a free meal . No thanks. Last ever trip to Five Guys. For the price I can go to any other restaurant. My favorite used to be Burger King but after having five guys burgers for the first time I see now that Burger King and every other fast food place is nothing compared to five guys. This place has been my burger go-to since I first discovered the chain a few years ago. I eat at many different location. This location in Flemington needs to better train its employees on quality control and food texture, taste, and appearance. Yesterday, had 2 severely overcooked, smashed thin, and dry meat patties on my burger that crumbled apart and fell out of the bun. Plus, I had asked for additions to the burger, which were very skimpily provided. Also, this location has a tendency to strongly over salt the awesome fries, which really don't need salt. My main concern is what happened to the juicy real beef tasting meat served previously? Is Five Guys following the business model of cheapening the product being offered? At $7.15 for a plain burger I expect better quality than I received today. If I want a smashed burger, I'll go to SmashBurger. I want Five Guys to ensure quality and consistency across the franchises. read more

middle of nowhere Five Guys during a long drive? count me in! awkward physical location, just off some main drag. staff was super friendly. and i don't know what it is, but east coast Five Guys have way better tasting food -- unlike crappy west coast Five Guys. i got their veggie sand (yum!) and hubby got their burger. we shared a large fry, since as you may know, their large fry takes up a WHOLE bag. read more

I usually go to the Five Guy's in Hillsborough which by the way is Cheaper for the same food. I realized because I always get the same order. My regular fries were so salty that my mouth was burning after eating a couple and my bacon cheeseburger all the way was bone dry. I ended up throwing away my fries and half my burger. I will stick to the Hillsborough five guys, just a bad meal at the Flemington location. read more

I WALKED OUT OF THIS STORE. I entered by the soda machine's and went into the bathroom first which was gross, there was toilet and hand paper on the floor, the toilet and sink were dirty , and the soap was nearly out. Once I started to go to get in line I noticed almost all the tables were dirty,the fry station was a disaster, where they were wrapping the food was a mess, and the grill was gross. I waited behind the line while I looked at the menu and notice how "disgusting" the food area was.There were plastic bags, foil, food, and wrapper's on the floor. The garbage can was overflowing and where they were getting the toppings from was covered in produce that had clearly fallen off other burgers.What finally made me walk out was the employee's whose aprons were filthy, pants were sagging,shirt's hanging out, there hat's were covered in white powder and overall gave a really bad impression. If you are a business and you are going to have an "OPEN KITCHEN" and allow the customer to watch there food being made, then that kitchen and it's employee's need to be spotless. I turned around and left.This was my first and last time ever in this Five Guy's. read more
