We ordered two cheese burgers. Not the little burger the regular. The burger was razor thin. I felt I was eating a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Burgers are supposed to have meat right? This is my fourth and last time. five Guys burger are not known for a lot of beef but this was ridiculous. Very sad burger. Updated. Changed from one star to three. Decided to give a third location a try just in case the other two were bad. I get my burgers plain and well done, just cheese, burger patty and bun. As with the last two Five Guys, again the burger was completely devoid of any kind of flavor. None whatsoever. The fries? Awesome. The peanuts? Great The burgers - expensive and tasteless, a great combo. As with my previous visits, after two bites I tossed the burger as it wasn't worth the calories. Coming in on an off time I got to see the workers catching up and doing their jobs. I had no problem with the service, food or hospitality. They were cleaning and organizing. While enjoying some friendly conversations. I really came for their fries and they were still bomb. No problems here at this fast food joint. read more

Haven't been in a long time and was with a couple friends who wanted to stop in. The store was nice and clean and the people taking the orders were very nice. They were even taking steps to get burgers going faster for people further in line which I thought was cool. The burgers are good, but dang they are expensive! Basically $10 for a decent fast food cheeseburger. Not including fries or a drink. Fries and a drink will put you at nearly $20. The burger is good though, and the fries are hot and fresh. Good seasoning. I just can't see paying that much for a fast food meal very often. read more

Spent $50 on dinner last night only to realize when we got home that they gave us the wrong burgers. None of our modifications listed on our receipt were made (add bacon to the cheeseburger, extra pickles) and the buns were soggy. I've always had a good experience at other Five Guys locations, but this one really disappointed. Would not recommend. read more

This location is clean, has a cute outdoor area, and tall ceilings indoors with extra seating. Cashier was nice and helpful. Service was relatively fast but not as fast as say a McDonald's, of course because the burgers are custom and made when ordered. The regular burger was around $10 for 2 meat patty's and unlimited add ons. The little burger for $8 includes one patty but other than that everything is the same proportionally. Burger was tasty, I wish the bun and meat were warmer. The quantity and quality of the add ons were nice and large. I also wish the fries were crispier. Probably won't get a large order of fries again, probably a medium to share. Overall I would return for a burger because I definitely left full and satisfied. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating and it's a good spot for a fast food place. read more

Not going into specifics but...if you pay with cash, pay attention, and double check your change! Management feedback, subpar and should have courteously, and timely accommodated better for a national chain. Always liked 5 Guys food, but after a drawn out, humiliating experience with this location, never to return. read more

This is a brand-new store, open about two weeks, but it is already running smoothly. The cashiers seemed a little new, but everything else was trouble-free. I usually go to the 29th Street store in Boulder; this one is very similar, but the dining area here is a good bit smaller. The food here is just as good as Boulder, and I think the fries are actually a little better here (more crispy). Prices are the same as at Boulder, which I consider a little high for what you get (about $16 for a "little" cheeseburger combo). The location is in a strip mall at the southeast corner of US 287 and Arapahoe Road (part of Nine Mile Corner), and parking may be a little tight at times. Right now most of the storefronts are still empty and there is lots of parking. When I was there a food wholesaler 18-wheeler pulled into the parking lot to deliver for Five Guys and blocked off a lot of parking spaces (there's no "back" or loading zone for the strip mall). However, there is lots of parking available opposite the strip mall at Lowe's Home Improvement. The one really bad thing about this location is that the background music is extremely loud; otherwise I like it. read more

Hi, I came into five guys ordered 2 milkshakes, nothing hard but I watched as 6 workers worked behind the line getting orders out and even added a couple of free milkshakes to a customer. I was the only one left out of 4 other patrons. One of the workers said what are you waiting on, I said 2 milkshakes he said I am sorry we forgot. Total waiting time 30 minutes. Visited this location one afternoon a couple of Saturdays ago. The tall gentleman at the counter was great but the woman working the grill took a very long time to fulfill a simple hamburger order. When I did finally receive my order, the patties were burnt and the order was completely wrong. When the woman handed me my bag she seemed to make some sort of derogatory gesture and remark towards me. Very surprised by the disappointing visit. read more

Best Five Guys I've been to. Employees are great, food is fresh, and the service is fast.

The prices here are very high. 2 single patty burgers and a large fries was $32. This didn't even include drinks. The burger was ok but not worth the price. read more

This store location is smaller than ones I have visited in the past. It was very clean and supported by four employee's. The Cheese Burger and Fountain drink were on point. The Cheese Burger was really enjoyable. I will return to this location in the future. read more

First time we had been to a Five Guys and over ordered! Large fries are really BIG! Start with smaller versions of burgers and fries. What we had was delicious, but next time, I will order small. Well run. The line guys knew what they were doing. Not cheap, but fresh. read more
