At the same time, I think this is the charm of this place that I do find most other Korean franchises try to match the current "trendy" palate that is sometimes too much for me. Thanks ttobongee for sticking with the traditional yangnyeum - really hard to come by now, especially here in the States.

I ordered two orders of garlic bread, some sesame balls, and Vietnamese coffee with a gentlemen at the counter who was definitely friendly . Not long after more people showed up and started to fill up real quickly. I've seen two or three customers walking out with a couple of sandwiches and coffees, which left me in 10 minutes of waiting then I hear the gentleman asking the food prep in the back for the garlic bread. Everyone looked around and then he had to go help another customer. Another couple of customers walked out with a few more sandwiches still no sign of my garlic bread, then I heard the gentleman asking again if the garlic bread was ready, and I've seen one of the ladies shrugging her shoulders with no answer then he went on to help more customers as the place started filling up more. This went on for about 20 minutes. I finally got tired of waiting, so I went to the side of the counter, waiting for the gentleman to be available and ask him if I can just cancel my garlic bread but he asked me to hold on and turn to the back and ask the ladies in the back one more time if the garlic bread was ready, then I heard older Employee shouting at him, one order of garlic bread and then he said no 2 orders of garlic bread. She repeated what he said and said with a very annoyed tone . He went back to helping other customers, at this point she walked towards what I assuming where the toaster oven is and glares at me. As she starts to prep the bread she glares at me again with the most annoying look on her face so I looked at back in confusion as to why she was looking at me like that, she didn't even turn away when I looked at her. At this point, I was so confused. I asked the gentleman to cancel the order but he was so busy. He asked me to just wait so I stood there for five more minutes. I finally got the order so I decided to just leave with it, but I couldn't help leaving feeling very uncomfortable and confused. I sat there for 25 minutes for four garlic baguettes that take less than 5 minutes to prep while they prepared Atleast 10-15 sandwiches that I watched customers walk out with and then I get glared at by their employee? I didn't yell, complained or gave a hard time. I understand sometimes businesses can get busy but for a person in the front to ask three times for the most easiest thing to make was ready and get ignored, and my order was the very first order before anyone else is absolutely not ok. It's football season. I order a lot of chicken wings and sandwiches from here, but I will definitely visit other place. If your staff are preparing food for customers and they're going to make customers feel like a burden and they don't want to be there to work why are they even there? Maybe they should think about a different industry to work that doesn't involve customer service. I'm only giving another star for the cashiers effort, otherwise it would have been a 1 star review.

My son and I went to the Dublin CA location today around 11:30a. While I was standing at the pick up counter, I looked to my left and saw a man whom I later found out is the store manager (Cesar) in the back wiping what I believe was mold off of the hot dog buns with a rag or napkin! I asked what he was doing and he tried to play dumb. I said you cannot serve those to people, you need to throw them away! I don't know what the heck is going on there but I will not be back and I'm not sure how to report this. This location is a Franchise, I just called to ask for the franchisee information and the same guy, Cesar identified himself as the store manager and would not provide me the franchisee contact information. I'll reach out to the county health department tomorrow. This is wrong, wrong, wrong! read more

This was my very first time at Five Guys! The person who took our order was nice. I kept asking for things they didn't have there. Such as avocado and ranch. I love avo on my burgers and ranch with my fries. I also asked for my fries to be extra crispy and he said they can't do that either. So I wouldn't say that Five Guys as a company is customer friendly, but the person working there was! He agreed about fries with ranch and he asked the cooks to make my fries extra crisp for me. read more

This is a better burger than In-n-Out with the variety of toppings and it is definitely tasty and delicious. However, I'll still go to In-n-Out due to the budget factor. This was a $45 dinner for 5, whereas, In-n-Out is $30 for 5 people, and still pretty darn yummy. I do like that they write the calorie info, for the burgers on the menu and they have a wider selection than In-n-Out. read more

I went to Five Guys a couple of weeks ago and I loved it! It is as good as In N Out but in a less fast-foody kind of way. It's a more home-style kind of burger with more choices for toppings. More expensive than In N Out but worth it in my opinion. I'll be going to In N Out AND Five Guys because both are great in different ways. Keep up the awesome job guys! read more

The burger is always good and juicy and the fries are flavorful but as far as fast food goes, you can get more for your money somewhere else. However, I will say that the employees who work here are nice and if you ask for extra ranch they will give it to you which I always appreciate. read more

Like this place a lot. Especially that the burgers are customizable, so I can get Jalapeno's on my burger. It's like a less-complicated Fuddruckers with better burgers in my opinion. I think I let myself buy too heavily into the hype machine about 5 guys. A few of my coworkers absolutely swear by the place. IMHO it seemed pricey for a quick burger and I've definately had better burgers. For a couple bucks less I'll stick to In N Out or for a couple bucks more hit up Fudruckers or Nations. read more

I was met with an attitude from the employee at the cash register when I made a simple request. I only wanted to switch the bread on my sandwich from the regular sourdough to the Parmesan sourdough that was being offered. The first time I made this request, there was no issue at all, so I assumed it would be a simple adjustment. However, this time I was told that it could not be done and that it would be up to the cooks. The employee did not make an effort to ask the cooks if they were able to accommodate the request and instead gave me my sandwich on the regular sourdough. I did not complain at the time because I had to return to work, but I did want to speak with a manager and unfortunately did not have the time to do so. Moving forward, I would appreciate it if customer requests were handled with more effort and communication. Even if a request cannot be fulfilled, employees should still take the proper steps to ask the appropriate team members rather than dismissing the request. A simple bread substitution should not have turned into such a difficult experience. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this location.

I always use mobile app to do pick up and it never disappoints. The quality of food is good and consistent with other locations too. Service is always good, employees are pleasant. I am very happy with this location and this is my to-go location for Chick-fil-A.
