But the worst part was the bottom of the bag busted well getting in the car, resulting in all the fries being left in the parking lot....total letdown. Being that we were the last customers, they locked the door behind us. Upon arriving home to eat, my bun was completely soggy, however, the meat itself was tasty. Therefore, this is a mixed review. I've always had pretty good experiences here! It's easy to place your order and the food is always ready pretty quickly considering it is made fresh. I absolutely love their fries and the amount you get. Only thing docking it a star is just how expensive it is. The food was good, I mean Five Guys is always good. The only problem was that they made my cousins sandwich completely wrong. she ordered a Jr burger with ketchup onion and lettuce and got a normal burger with cheese mayo bacon lettuce and tomato. She really hates tomatoes so she didn't eat that much of the sandwich even after she removed everything she didn't want. read more

Five Guys Delivered!!! (Via Uber Eats) I had been craving Five Guys for weeks, and ended up picking up a shift for a coworker last minute, so I didn't have any food packed to eat for dinner, que Five Guys. I went with the 'Little Bacon Cheeseburger' (which is a normal burger anywhere else, and the 'Little Fry'. I love the portions that Five Guys serve, especially the fact that they ALWAYS give you extra fries in the bag. Delivery with Uber Eats was seamless, and my only complaint is that the bread was a bit soggy due to how liberal they were with the A1 sauce I asked for on my burger. But even after not eating at a Five Guys for a few years they've managed to keep the taste and quality at a very high level. May I present to you: my first dine-in meal after the shutdown! It was an accident. Took mom to the store, stopped to pick up lunch to take home. Surprised they were open for dine-in, and burgers and fries taste better close to the source, so we stayed. They had most of the tables closed off, and the staff will get your fountain drink, just like in the old days. I like 5 Guys well enough, far better than fast food, but in this category I prefer Smashburger (better, cheaper, more options.) Mom got a single with everything and liked it. I got a BLT and was a little disappointed. Plastic tomato, of course; overcooked bacon. But, lots of it, and the sandwich held together well and tasted good. Service was great. Fries were good. This is handy if you're going to Meijer, in the relatively new strip mall out front. I might be back for the sheer convenience. read more

Went to Five Guys with my brother today for lunch. When we walked in we were greeted right away and there was no line to order. We waited over 10 minutes for our food which is a little much as it was not very busy and normally order then sit down restaurants are faster. The food was overpriced but was worth it. This is the BEST aplace for burgers! In comparison to the others, you get a freshly made burger to order. I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms and it was delicious. Their fries are also amazing. I think Five Guys overall review here is suffering the bad luck of having some moody individuals visit who were expecting McDonald's pricing lol. I don't mean any offense to others but yikes at some of the reviews. A quick google search or...you know...checking out the menu online in 30 seconds will reveal this ain't the place to go for the 99 menu. I digress. Five Guys is great and this location is awesome. Always fresh and the employees are phenomenal here. The food is delicious. The burgers are juicy and seasoned perfectly. Also, this location is always very consistent with their food. One time the fries were a little too greasy (soggy) but that was once in about 30 times going here. The burgers taste flat out amazing. Toppings are fresh, etc. The only knock (and this is to be expected) is the calorie count is out of this world. A regular bacon cheeseburger is going to run about 920 calories and the little bacon cheeseburger around 650. We really only go there on Saturday "cheat days" because two burgers, fries, and a milkshake will cost me about 4,000 calories in one meal. But that's why the food taste great and we go there when it's time to let loose! Overall this is one of the beat Five Guys locations I've been to. Major kudos during COVID 19. I work in healthcare and I want to lose my mind because people do not use gloves correctly but all the employees were properly using them and the place was immaculately clean. read more

Sweet, sweet staff. I felt so welcomed upon entering because I was greeted by all the employees in the kitchen, as well as the man out on the floor cleaning! I'm a frequenter at Five Guys but am usually not out & about in this area, however I was craving some cajun fries. Food was fantastic as expected and was ready in just a few minutes. Only complaint- the restaurant itself was not the cleanest it could be, however I find this to be true of most Five Guys locations. Five Guys is one of my new favorite places to eat. Let me tell you why. My family has been doing a keto diet for about three months. The first two, we were mostly cooking at home. In the past month, though, we have had more situations where we either wanted to eat out or we were on the road and needed a place we could eat and not "cheat" on our diet. Right now, Five Guys is our go-to for something delicious that works really well for us, and I think anyone trying to cut carbs would be happy ordering and eating here. Here's why: 1. They have options that make it easy for you! You can order bunless and they put it in a bowl or you can order it with a lettuce wrap and they wrap it in paper like a regular burger (tip: go with the bowl if you are getting a lot of messy additions like grilled onions and mushrooms). 2. If you want to track what you are eating, Five Guys makes your life so much easier!! Their nutrition menu lists each ingredient separately. Off the top of my head, I don't recall seeing the information listed this way for any other restaurant. 3. They have peanuts to snack on while you wait for your tasty burger. 4. If you want to double-up on something, say extra grilled mushrooms, just ask - it's no extra charge. You may think I'm crazy, but I've discovered that when you don't have a bun, the burger is far more tasty... delicious, fresh-cooked meat and fresh veggies. Yum! During my last visit, my husband and I ordered double burgers with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, grilled mushrooms, and mayo on the side. It was an incredibly delicious meal. Although their burgers taste great with American cheese, if I were to ask them to change anything, it would be to add a couple of options for the type of cheese, maybe cheddar and pepper Jack. BTW, I have had the same great experience at other locations, but I am reviewing this location because it's nearest to my house. For this location specifically, I would like to add that the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had no idea what I was doing the first time I came here since starting this diet and the order taker was so friendly and helpful and patient as I asked questions and placed my order. Eating at 5 Guys is always a treat for me and my family. First off, you can get whatever you want on a burger and it's guaranteed to be a big sloppy mess. Additionally , if your more of a hot dog person they have that too. I personally enjoy the veggie sandwich with a side of Cajun fries. My toppings include mushrooms, onions, green peppers, lettuce, pickle, ketchup and mustard. Cheese is a luxury that i only allow myself once a week so sometimes i get it and sometimes I don't. So about the fries. Thank you 5 Guys for now offering a smaller size! Back in the day, it was either size big or bigger and more than enough for 2 people. My boyfriend isn't the biggest fan of fries so I would have a full order of fries gone to waste. Next, you can get Cajun fries here and if you like a little heat, these are amazing. Next, they PURPOSELY throw a handful of fries in the bag! Yes!! So while eating on the way home, you still have a full order when you get there. The reason for 4/5 stars in the price. This place is pretty expensive. I used to compensate by eating buckets of free peanuts while I waited (while in the restaurant) but since I get delivery now, chalking up $12 for a sandwich and fries is a little harder to swallow. I haven't had Five Guys in forever so when we ordered it for dinner, I was pretty pumped. The online ordering was super easy but I have to admit, the prices are pretty steep for both burgers and fries. Two burgers and fries were $25 which isn't the worst, but definitely up there for a quick meal. A large fry at $6, yikes! The burgers were juicy and the fries were still crispy once home so I did enjoy my meal. A 3.5 star meal and 5 star prices. All in all, I would not rule out Five Guys for dinner but it won't be on the top of my list for fast food take out since it's pricy for what you get. read more

I've been going to Five Guys for several years, all over Columbus and the surrounding area, plus a couple of airport locations. I love their burgers and I think it's a smart idea to offer as many and as much of any extra toppings as you want without nickel and diming you to death. I like just paying one price. So one evening I wanted a coney. My husband wanted burgers. He won and he went to Five Guys with our orders. Once there, he called me and said, did you know they have hot dogs here? Great! Get me one! I told him what I wanted on mine and he arrived home about 15 minuets later, with my hotdog in hand. I ordered it with cheese, grilled onions, jalapeños, mustard & cheese. Unfortunately, they didn't have coney sauce. It was ok. Just average, no better than average and really quite disappointing. Maybe I was disappointed that there was no coney sauce, maybe it was that I was still hungry after I had already eaten my hotdog, or maybe it was the price or maybe I was disappointed bc it just wasn't that good. Honestly, I don't know why I was so disappointed, but I sure was! I do know one thing, and that is that I will never order another hotdog from that place again, and that is a shame bc it was really close and I am always in the mood for a good coney, at least 5-6 nites per week! We got a large fry to split between three peeps and it was plenty, even for my love of all things fried. This location is easy to access rather than making the haul to Easton. I don't mind the friendly staff that some say they, "yell" I call it being efficient and keeping me abreast of my food order status. So, the drawback, why do they give everyone their order in a brown paper bag? I want to sit and enjoy it, possibly from a tray and not in a bag. I am not ordering out for goodness sake. OK, I don't get it. Some folks say 5 Guys is great, not me. I have tried this product at 4 different stores over a few years.The music is very loud and the hamburgers are not all that. There doesn't seem to be much flavor, the bun is too soft and it is Not cheap. The Coka Cola seems to be too sweet. Yes the French Fries are hot, crispy and tasty, but who needs 2 lbs. of fries. I am so mad right now. I came to this location on 12/8 and got two cheese burgers one with bacon lettuce tomatoes and mayo and ketchup the other with mushroom lettuce tomato and onion. I get home they only put cheese mayo and ketchup on both. First what is the point of taking my order if your just going to put whatever on it. So of course I called seeing how this is not what I paid for the manger Tye told me that she was sorry about the mistake and to write her name on the receipt and keep the receipt and bring it back in to replace the order. So I go to replace the order tonight (date is 1/2/19) and the same girl tells me that she can't replace the order because it's been a month and that's just too long. First I don't know if you can't count is hasn't even been a full month and that I don't come here that often. I tell her that when I talked to her she never said anything about how long I had to replace the order just to keep the receipt! So we go back and forth and she then tells me that her district Manager keeps getting mad at her for replacing orders. Here's a hint if you made them right in the first place you wouldn't have to replace them everything I wanted was right there on the receipt!! She then tells me to hold on helps another person behind me takes a picture of it and says that she won't replace it the number is on the door and I can leave a complaint there which I will definitely will do along with Yelp and Facebook and anywhere else I can post.
