Great customer service and my food is always fresh hot and delicious. Not to mention you can eat all the free peanuts you want.

The young man at the cashier was awesome very friendly. Smiles the ticket said his name was Kevin. The hamburger was awesome as always. Hey those coke machines work here read more

Friendly staff made for a nice conversation. Quick service and a great burger! Paired great with the peanut butter milkshake.

Yummy burgers and super friendly staff. It seemed like they loved their job which is awesome. We also came here at 8pm and the establishment was fairly clean. read more

The attitude from the cashier was nothing short of hateful. 2 cheeseburgers, and a little cheeseburger...$40 ?!?!?. Tried to find a clean table to eat at... no luck read more

Ordered a double all the way and a large order of fries to go. I have a 35 mile drive home. The fries had at least half a box of salt on them and the "all-the-way" double was two pieces of meat, cheese and mayonnaise! All for $20.33! So not worth it! read more

Ordered through grub hub (via Yelp). It came very quickly, but was missing mayo, lettuce, pickle, tomato, and mustard. The only thing they got right on this burger was ketchup. The fries were crispy with lots of seasoning. Milkshake was creamy and thick. Very disappointed in the burger. Would not order online again. read more

Five Guys - a hamburger wrapped in aluminum foil - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, South Carolina

The service was very friendly and everyone working was attentive. The food came out fast. Our burgers and fries were fantastic. Even though the burgers fell apart, what do expect it's Five Guys. We'll be back! read more

Well, I once again ventured to this location as a reward for my daughter, as she brought her school grades way up. Guess who was there to greet us....the same guy who I wrote about in my previous review! He was at the entrance as before, high on something and begging for money, bothering each customer as they entered. I mentioned this to the manager, and a few minutes later----the guy was still there! What is management afraid of? read more

Five Guys - Disruptive customer manager would not remove - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, South Carolina

I ordered at 7:35pm, 1 small burger and fries, I was number 58, they served 10 orders after me before I got my cold burger at 8:00. I noticed several of the orders were for Uber Eats or similar delivery services, apparently they take priority to customers actually coming in and buying their food. I won't be back or order from them again. read more

Covid restrictions but not on everything? Get it together Five guys. The drink machines were disgusting and all the tables that are labeled that you can't sit at people were sitting at waiting on their orders... Kind of stupid if you ask me... I guess it's back to the drive-through at sonic read more

See all

This was a great Five Guys location. Order came out correctly and the store was clean. We were the first customers in the store, so the order did not take long to be ready. Employees were very friendly. This is a great stop when getting off I-26. read more

This was the worst 5 Guys experience I have ever had. Food took 25 minutes longer after the app said it was completed. Then my order was wrong and burger was cold even though I ate it on site. 5 Guys is usually consistent and great. This makes me never want to go back. read more

So how many employees do you need standing around to do nothing? One guy in black walks out from the back room and everyone starts moving. He goes back and it's break time again. Worst five guys I've been to. read more

Food was hot and fresh . will definitely be coming back the staff was nice and establishment was clean.

We were unable to sit in the restaurant. Customer service was non-existent. The bacon was old and burnt. read more

Five Guys - All tables had this sign. However we have been to other 5 guys and have been able eat inside and socially distance. - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, South Carolina

Visited this location on a Saturday before our movie. The young lady ringing up the orders was all alone while the other four women sat in the back office talking. There was no urgency to make the orders and the customers before me had raw bacon on their burger. The fries were awful. Tasted like the fries were cooked twice. The workers seems lazy and didn't want to be at work. Didn't like the vibe and will not return. read more

I hate leaving this feedback because I used to love this place. I came all the time when they first opened. But over the years, the service has gone downhill. I get the same order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and EXTRA A-1 sauce. They didn't just forget the A-1 sauce once, not twice but last night marks the FIFTH time this has happened. We were already all the way home and it's ridiculous to have to drive back for them to fix my order. Which, by the way, I will say that we have done before. Shape up Five Guys! Your staff needs to pay attention and provide quality service!! read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, South Carolina

i did not get their names. the sweet lady at the register, the amazing manager, or the wonderful bagger. by my complete dumb mistake i ordered my to go food for myself and my 4 kids. it had been a LONG day all over irmo and lexington. we waited longer than usual. the sweet lady noticed and asked for my name. that's when they realized they didn't have a ticket for me. i looked at my receipt and realized my order was at Sunset Blvd NOT irmo. i panicked for a second thinking about that long drive with tired and hungry kiddos, $50 wasted dollars. this AMAZING team... y'all. i can't make this up. they must have seen my devastated face. the manager still made my food. free of charge. that is something an exhausted mother of 4 will be forever greatful for. you dont know how much that small gesture meant to me, my kids, and my wallet. the sweet lady kept apologizing to ME even though it was my fault! it really helped my embarrassment. thank you thank you thank you. read more

Usually Five Guys does pretty good but this time was pretty slack. Ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, no bun (in a bowl), with extra lettuce, extra onion, extra tomato, extra mushrooms, pickle, peppers, mayo and A1. Got all the ingredients (although not extra!) except the burger, bacon, and cheese. Come in Five Guys! Do better! I paid $8 bucks for a tiny salad. Picked this order up to take home and didn't realize the bowl was wrong. I don't live close so it wasn't worth the gas to drive back. read more

Five Guys - LBC bowl...with no LBC! - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, South Carolina

Five guys has never let me down. I love coming here. The burgers are absolutely delicious and the fries are fresh and plentiful. Five guys is one of the fastest-growing franchises for a reason. They have a great thing going for them. A lot of folks like to compare/contrast Five Guys and Smash Burger. Although they have a couple of similarities (both have burgers, both "smash" them on a flat top), they're so very different. They're both good in their own right, but in my opinion Five Guys is the king of the franchise burger joints. Don't forget to enjoy the complimentary peanuts while you wait for your food! read more

This place is worth your time. We stopped in for fries as I knew how good Five Guys fries are since they're cut freshly daily. This location has proven to go above & beyond with the exceptional staff friendliness today. Add to that the building cleanliness & ease of setup which makes getting drinks and condiments so easy! Five Star Day for sure!! Thanks for the experience read more

I've been reluctant to give this review but today's visit marks four in a row in the dissatisfied category. Lets start with the fries. To me the fries are the main dish! I love them but each of the last for visits I got WAY less fries than I used to. They used to always fill your cup then top it off in the bag with the little tray but no more. If that weren't bad enough the fries I do get are terrible. There's no "meat" in them because they've been cooked so long that they're not burnt but like a fry-shaped potato chip. The burgers are still good but the numbers NEVER match the ticket anymore. Sorry Five Guys but when I spend that much money on some fries and burgers I want to enjoy it. read more

This place is a joke. The crew running this location are awful. Tried to give it a few chances to get it right, and the last 3 times everything has been wrong. Order is never ready and constantly incorrect. Staff constantly has confrontations with customers each time I have been in. We will be making the drive out of the way to the Lexington location from now on, I suggest you do the same and save yourself a headache. read more

Normally I love getting food here, but I picked up food for work and they didn't number each burger according to each order read more

Anytime my wife and I want a great burger we come to this location!! The people are always great and the burgers and fries are wonderful!! Highly recommend this Five Guys location read more

They used to be amazing but we have noticed a major decline. They make small thin patties and overload with condiments. Literally it's like the essence of beef bc the patties are so thin and small. read more

Finally open, unfortunately the new equipment doesn't work or the employees don't know how to operate. Two ketchup dispensers, two drink machines and two tea machines. Equals; no ketchup, no tea and no ice. The tea machine was ready to make tea, so I had to make it. Unfortunately there was no ice and I'm not British, I like mine cold. The staff was told about the deficiencies but did not do anything about it. On the plus side the burgers were good. A lot of money to spend on poor equipment. read more

Five Guys on Columbiana Drive is now open after a remodel that went longer than expected per the sign on the door. I just had lunch there. Four stars because I missed their burgers, and my food was good. The music is still too loud even though they added an acoustic tile ceiling. The seating and counter was all refreshed. Milkshakes were added to the menu. There are two Freestyle Coke machines. The staff seemed more engaged than during my recent past visits to this location. read more

The service was great but the burgers were to greasy and the fries were soaking through the bag. I ended up trashing the whole order when the dogs wouldn't touch it. read more

Homestly is there anything better? Five guys is the closest you can come to backyard family get together without the family and the bbq. I adore being able to create my owl personal burger rather than have it already set in stone for me. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very posotive definitlt a must in my book . read more

My husband and I witnessed a kid drinking from the soda fountain and then went to the back kitchen. We went to alert the manager and she responds with "of which one" so you have more than 1 child in the back kitchen?!? She tried to justify it by saying it's a office not a kitchen. But never once said she would take care of things or apologize. It's a kitchen, a dangerous place to be with hot grills and fryers. No place for a kid to be. I love the food but the management needs some serious work! read more

Slow slow slow slow and rude. Watched employees flirting behind the counter while ignoring customers ... burgers were good - just have to lower your service expectations at this one. :-/ Merp read more

Great take on a old school diner with yummy burgers oozing flavor (coming from a vegetarian! I had the cheese veggie sandwich and it was very very good and hot!
