I ordered the Shrimp Fries Rice and my husband got the 2PC Fish and Shrimp. I would always enjoy their service, but this time was a big NO for me! The rice was a little soggy, and I promise it only seemed as if it was 5 shrimp in that whole box. My husband stated that his fries tasted as if they had been cooked for a while. His fish tasted okay, but he wasn't pleased with his meal. As for customer service, the lady at the register was rude. Instead of saying hello, may I take your order? She said yes! This is the worst place you can eat at. I ordered a hamburger meal ; which comes with seasoned fries and something to drink. On my hamburger i asked for nothing but lettuce ketchup and light mayonnaise. When I picked up my food, there was everything that i did not ask for on my hamburger including, cheese, tomatoes, mustard, etc, AND honeymustard sauce beneath the fries. Food is pretty good and fastly made. However, I had a 6 piece wing from here and the chicken tasted a little odd but I didn't think anything of it. Later on that night, I discovered I had food poisoning. I believe their meat needs to be checked out. I spoke with a friend about this and they stated they had food poisoning as well a few months back from here. read more

This place isn't a deli but a fast casual fast food place wit America classics like Philly cheesesteaks, wings and burgers. You pay at the counter and wait for you ticket to be called. I ordered a burger with fries combo. My burger was not seasoned and was dry. The fries were really good and they give you a huge portion which is a bonus. They were crinkle cut and not too big. That burger though was a let down. My friend got the Philly cheesesteak which was way better than my meal. Try that instead. read more

I had heard of American Deli because of my homies from ATL but never tasted it until a few short weeks ago. I came in -- staff was straight, establishment was clean, and scanned the menu for some wings. I settled for a #7 wing combo: 6 pieces, fries, celery and ranch plus a drink. This totaled to be around $8.00 and some change. Now, if you know me, you know I LOVE A PERFECTLY SEASONED LEMON PEPPER WING. And baby...THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THESE WERE. Some establishments (I won't name any names, B Dubs) really do the absolute fucking most when it comes to LPWs. They either over season, over cook, or don't do enough of either. We've been eating here for a while & their food is pretty good! We've been going here for about 3 months now and the prices have gone up a little too high for whatever reason. My husband and I usually stick with the 10 pc wing combo and paid no more than $20 when we first started buying here. We ordered our usual today and our total came to $27. Almost $30 at a wing spot like this? I think not! Plus the lady who works the counter is SO RUDE! I literally just send my husband in to get the order because if I do, I will address her. Went here today for lunch, 12ish and it's Friday, the place was pretty busy. The menu wasn't what I expect I guess thought it was more along the lines of a sandwich place but they serve a variety of food. I ordered the Philly cheese steak, it was good but wasn't all that, just ok. I felt as though they added mushrooms to cover up the small amount of actual meat you get with the sandwich. I only gave it 3 stars because seating was extremely limited, customers waiting for their food sat in all the tables making space for people eating there impossible. Their customer service is the WORST!!! Called in my order...arrived 10 mins later, paid and food wasn't ready. Waited 20 more minutes...still wasn't ready. People who came in after I paid had already received their orders. Finally got back in line and asked and all I got was attitude. They finally found the order sitting back in the kitchen. The girl who waited on me had a serious attitude...didn't apologize or anything and seemed like she was doing a favor by giving me my food.
