A long time ago I didn't care for Five Guys. Then my husband convinced me about two yrs ago to try it again then I was hooked. I love that they are generous by offering 15 types of toppings for free. They also offer free dry roasted salted peanuts. The walls are adorned by various awards for best burgers, fries, and milkshakes. I love their fries. It's cooked in peanut oil and just yummy. Better flavored than other fries. Burgers are juicy too. I would vote for them for best burger and fries too but I have not tried their milkshakes. The only downside is the shopping center gets crowded and is a pain waiting to get out during peak times.

My grilled cheese add a patty wasn't grillin tonight. Just soggy bread instead of the crunch from the grilled cheese. One side was ok the other looks like it didn't make it to the grill long enough.

A burger connoisseur. I've tried Fatburger, Cheeburger Cheeburger, BGR, Fudruckers, Smashburger, Caliburger, etc. My favorite by far is here. Real meat that's perfectly seasoned. The bun is delicious I have noticed that the patties have shrunk in size over the years. I do appreciate that they now serve milkshakes at select locations. I also like the self serve fountain drink machine they offer that allows for flavor shots. They aren't the best with ensuring all flavor are available, but no one is perfect I guess. Suggestion: I'd love a chili & queso option for the fries and if they'd grill the jalapeño. Now, this is a busy location so, the dining area gets neglected. Suggestion: It would be nice if they had wipes for such times so we could clean a table off ourselves. Parking in this shopping center isn't the best as it's a highly trafficked area, so good luck finding a close spot.

High quality burger, great toppings, excellent fries. Very, very good. I ordered on line and it was ready when I arrived. When I got it back to the office, it was exactly what I had ordered. Perfect.

Great burgers! Consistently great burgers and dogs. However, Slow service! Consistently slow. Need to consider changing their name to 7 guys.

Here is the open kitchen and tables.

I would've ordered via the app except I get charged a dollar per transaction and I don't like that. So for chick-fil-A, I just go to the counter unless I am in a super hurry. This place is clean and the modern trash bins are fine if they help sanitize the trash inside automatically. If not then I think It defeats the purpose of having regular trash bins cost effectively.

I stopped by this Chick-fil-A while on a week-long business trip to Columbia, Maryland. I came…read morehere for a quick meal to-go, for dinner. After parking my car, I found the premises to be clean, well maintained, and pleasant. As I approached the building, I could see that the drive-thru was busy, but it seemed to be operating efficiently. Shortly after entering, I could also see that there were several customers here inside enjoying their meal. It was clean and well maintained inside as well. I was immediately greeted by one of the Chick-fil-A employees while I entered. As I approached the counter, I was once again greeted by a different Chick-fil-A employee who was working the register. His name was Douglas. While I was placing my order, I noticed something neat that he was wearing and I complimented him on it. We then engaged in a little small talk, and we had a pleasant conversation. So, I don't know how other folks feel, but from my experience I've noticed that most of the employees at every Chick-fil-A have a higher level of professionalism and friendliness than is typical at most other fast food restaurants. I have also found that they provide good old-fashioned face-to-face customer service, instead of just adding a bunch of stupid (impersonal) kiosks like several other fast-food establishments have recently done. These are just two of the reasons that Chick-fil-A will continue to be a successful business. Several other fast food establishments have just not mastered customer service the way that Chick-fil-A has, in my opinion. Employees like Douglas are one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He was awesome. Finally, I've always enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A, and this location was no different. Not only is the chicken really delicious, but I'm also happy that Chick-fil-A is willing to let me have a bunch of sauces to go along with my meal without being annoying by charging me extra for them (like McDonald's typically does). I highly recommend this business because they provide excellent food in a pleasant environment while having professional and friendly employees. That's a well-earned five-star rating from my perspective.

She loved it as did I per the other times I had in the past including the first time trying them in AZ in mid 2010's. I visited Cane's Columbia a couple of other times in the past two years. Always great chicken strips, fries, & Texas toast. I'm not a big coleslaw person, but I like theirs ok. I normally get half sweet/half unsweet tea, which is delicious freshly brewed. It's often busy, but staff is cordial, and pretty organized and efficient.

Upon entering, we were met with graffiti inspired artwork on the walls, which was cool. We perused the menu and decided to order. They have different levels of spice for your chicken and decided on an order that was mild (2 sandwich meal) , medium, (2 sandwich meal) and extra hot (I was warned by my daughter to rethink this option, but, alas, I did not heed her warning; 1 tender 1 sandwich meal). They had the spiciest level, reaper, which you have to sign a waiver to purchase, I wasn't that crazy y'all... Food delivery service was available and they had an LED board with which ones each order was under. The service was great with the associates very pleasant at the counter. We also ordered a fruit punch slushy, but it was TOO sweet for me and I couldn't finish it. If you love sweet drinks, this would be the one for you! We were given a buzzer and we didn't wait long for our order to be ready. The orders were accompanied by crinkle cut fries (we got cheese on ours for an extra cost) along with a small container of coleslaw, pickle slices, and Dave's Sauce. The fries were good with that cheese sauce: fresh, crispy, not greasy and the sauce tasting like real cheese. Now....I pride myself on enjoying a good hot spiced item from time to time... but my extra hot tender was not to be played with. I bit into that crispy tender and instantly knew I indeed "bit off more than I could chew!" It was as if that hot spiced item shot through my whole body and I was heated on the inside for about a couple of minutes. I say that to say, if you are not into spicy SPICY, don't go above medium. So glad I chose a medium spice sandwich (yes, you can get different spice levels in your order) because that saved me. The chicken was fresh, with a crispy coating on a fresh bun with Dave's sauce. The pickles were fresh and crisp (my go-to to put out that heat from that extra hot chicken tender!), the coleslaw was fresh and ok. I really don't like sauces like the Dave's sauce on my food, so the next time I will get my sandwich without it. All in all, a nice place for a good chicken sandwich, especially with the cheese fries! Epilogue: I saved the rest of that extra hot tender to eat the next day hoping the spice level had dissipated...but no...it seems as if it intensified...but I still ate it...maybe I'm used to that spice level now...

I placed my order online for the next day to pick up during my lunch break. I was surprised they only had a location at Dobbin in no longer in the Columbia Mall and had to drive almost 15 minutes to pick up my food. I arrived and when I gave the young lady at check out my name she couldn't find my order. I ran inside thinking that it would be very quick and left my phone in the car so then I had to go back to get my phone to look up the order number to provide. As I scanned my emai, I saw a message about an error in transmission with sending my order to the restaurant. I informed her of this and she then spoke with a young lady who was preparing the dishes that I later found out was the manager, and asked me to place my order again. I gave her my order and I inform them of my coupon I had from T-Mobile and that's when everything changed. The manager got really nasty with me and said I couldn't use it and that it had expired. I informed her I placed the order online for pick up the next day and already paid and that it wasn't expired when I placed the order. I also showed her the QR code that was still in my app at that time although it did show an expiration date of the day prior, it was still there. She made a big fuss about it and stated that I wasn't able to use it and how it was expired. At this moment I found myself getting upset because I clearly paid for my meal the day prior and if I wasn't able to use the coupon, why did it allow me to. I definitely would not have wasted my time and would have made other arrangements for lunch. I wasn't doing anything unjust and I didn't appreciate her tone she now took with me. I was about to leave without my food and she stated that she would make an exception for me this time. I paused as I thought about how wrong this felt, then stated it wasn't an exception, it was the right thing to do since their website was malfunctioning. I have used codes like this many times before and purchased food days in advance to make sure I was still able to take advantage of the promo code. Other restaurants you're not able to do it. How am I supposed to know this was a restaurant where you couldn't do it when the order went through successfully? I really do not like when people who have the ability to correct whatever the problem is tells you they're not going to do it again. What sense does that make? How about fix your website so that this problem doesn't exist. She doesn't have to worry about doing it again for me because I won't be going back. The food was ok, however I feel like she gave me the bare minimum servings because of the confusion.
