Ordered to go my son a double burger with regular fries, in which he was very pleased. However, I also ordered the large fries, which usually are overflowing the cup and spilling into the bag they give you. That was not the case this time. the cup they put the fries in were less than 3/4 full. For the price I paid I could have went to McDonald's or even Popeyes and gotten a much better value. This was my first full meal in Maryland and man oh man that burger was GOOD! So were the fries! I am now a fan of Five Guys and am glad that they have locations all over the East Coast. I love the double meat burgers and I absolutely love the mayo! It's a pretty filling burger for what you pay. I like the fact that you get to pick all the toppings and it's not a generic burger. It's fully customizable and they give you good options. I also loved the fries - very crispy with just the perfect amount of seasoning. The service was decent - didn't take too long to make. I took the burger to go anyway. This isn't the very best burger I've ever had but it's certainly up there. read more

Best chain burger and fries restaurant I've had. This location is particularly wonderful in its spaciousness and very friendly staff. They are a treat to watch too, as they deal with hordes of customers during the lunch hour and have fun doing it. Despite the free peanuts and greasy food, they do a great job of keeping it clean. The classic rock fits perfectly. My only criticism is the "decorations" on the wall that proclaim how awesome Five Guys is. Ruins the classy diner mood a bit. read more

Five guys overall has been going downhill, with moldy bread, stale bread, undercooked fries, hamburgers, hotdogs and most recently, a long nasty black hair in my burger. I attempted to call the restaurant, however, there phone was busy for 40 mins. Most likely they took it off the hook so no more phone orders would come in. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and fries online, for delivery to our home. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but there was no bacon on either one of our burgers. We double checked the order and the receipt to make sure it wasn't us who had screwed up, and they both said bacon and they showed that I had indeed paid the price charged for bacon. So they got our order wrong and we were overcharged. We normally get great service and great food from other Five Guys locations, but not this one. We won't be using this location again. read more

They've drastically improved the fries here. Gone are the limp super greasy & salty things of years past & now they have some substance & fry them until they're crisp on the outside. I have a love/ hate thing with five guys. I love the idea but I want it to be like in n' out which I grew up eating. It's not. Also I find the stores terribly inconsistent. This is a good one though. I had no intention of doing here but my original destination - next door - had gone out of business & I just needed lunch so I stopped in. Burger was ok. Fries were good & now they have a normal small size. I think previously you only had two choices: bucket size or bathtub size. So ridiculous. Soda machine is awesome cause you can get cool things like lemon/ lime coke or diet dr. Pepper. (At least 2 of those stars up there are for the soda machine cause I'm an adult like that.) The music was blaring though & folks were screaming so they could converse. The peanuts seemed old as heck & dry. If you had a to pick a last meal while on death row, this would be it. The burgers are fresh and made to order. Most come with 2 patties, make sure if you don't want 2...order just 1. The french fries are delicious...and if you order delivery or pickup...they make sure your fries are fresh and do not start cooking them until you show up. The atmosphere is a little McDonald's like, but you don't even care due to the food being so great. The best burger place in town. read more

I love Five Guys, I worked at this location for two years and continued to visit to this day. The last few visits I've had have not been great, though, especially my visit today. I came in on an early Sunday evening, which are usually busy, but there were maybe ten people in the store including me. I placed my order at 4:19 and didn't get my food until 4:37. There were only three orders in front of me on the table, and plenty of crew members, four red shirts on the line and two black shirts, who disappeared to the back after taking my order. The crew seemed lethargic and uninterested in completing orders in a timely fashion. Normally I don't bother writing complaints because Im not in the crews' shoes and I dont know how the day went but this was inexcusable considering how slow it was in the store from the time I arrived to the time I left. A women in front of me ordered a milkshake and nothing else and didn't get her order until just before I did. When I worked at this store ticket time was a huge priority, and when I left the company was making strides to improve things in the store, it's a shame that it's gone in the opposite direction. read more

I'm a general fan of Five Guys, even though the pricing is rough, especially the fries - best I have ever had that weren't from a boardwalk! This review is based on cashier service. While I am grateful that Five Guys is very friendly to GF people (they ask if you have an allergy, call it back, the kitchen folks change gloves, clean the cooking surfaces, etc.), this cashier found it to be very bothersome that she had to ring in a GF order. Loud sighs when she had to ask if this was an allergy and generally very unfriendly. I will likely start going to the other location near me if this is the standard. read more

They still have an amazing burger, but the last few times we've visited the customer service has been less than stellar. On our last visit there was only one other customer so they were not busy. We were never greeted by the person taking our order, they were out of ketchup in BOTH dispensers, and the bathrooms were dirty. When my husband asked for ketchup the employee told him to use the other dispenser (of course that one was empty too). This was frustrating to me because the place was empty and the dinner rush hadn't hit yet but was surely coming so why not just fill up the ketchup now!? Been here several times when you want a real burger pretty fast. A little expensive but you get free peanuts. Fries are great with some skin and large portions order one size down. The food is pretty expensive so I believe the dollar signs should be $$. Bought a little bacon cheeseburger and little cajun fries and it was $10. It took a while for the food to be made but you see them make it so I don't mind it that much. The burger was delicous with the all the way toppings choice. Best burger i've ever eaten. The fries had too much cajun on them in my opinion so I will get french fries next time. If you have some money to spend come to five guys and go all out you will love the food.
