Their hambergers are more than I can eat although I'd love to eat the entire thing if I coudl! They are absolutely wonderful and on the same buns my dad use to use when we were all kids! Their small fry is enough to feed several people so grab a single fry and a few sandwhiches for a group and you're good. The vinigar they have for dipping is delish! It's a little pricey and you can expect to sand in line for a few minutes but overall it's an amazing place to grab lunch! Getting to customize your burger is pretty awesome too :) read more

We love five guys. Its one of our go to places, however at this locations our whole idea of five guys was shook to the ground. Our burgers were made completely wrong, and when i say completely wrong i mean the only thing that was correct was cheese, and even then it was like they had just freshly placed a Kraft singles on a burger that had been sitting off the oven for an hour. When we checked the receipt we realized that everything on the receipt was correct, so we genuinely don't know how it was so difficult to make our burgers correctly when its written out right in front of them. We LOVE Five Guys. But after this experience were probably going to have to step away for awhile, the trust has been broken. read more

The burgers here are great, with many topping to choose from. The fries are also nicely seasoned and delicious. Only problem I have with this place is how overpriced everything is. If I get a double-cheese burger, medium sized fries, and a medium drink , it exceeds 15 dollars every time. If I wanted a good double-cheese burger combo I would rather go to In-N-Out for almost half the price. When I get a nice paycheck (I almost never do) I'll come here, otherwise they won't be seeing me often. read more

My wife & I are big fans of Five Guys. We ate there all the time when we lived in Georgia. So, we were really looking forward to our visit to the Bountiful, UT restaurant. The burgers were amazing, as usual. We missed the peanuts, but understand they can't have them out during the COVID-19 crisis. What really disappointed us were the fries. They are usually fresh, hot and crispy. These were greasy and limp. We figured they didn't have the oil hot enough. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars. Maybe they're one of the newer stores, and maybe they are still getting used to opening up. Next time, hope they will do better. read more

Well I never thought I would be disappointed in a five guys. I'll start by saying the counter girl was pleasant. Now...we all know when you open that bag three things happen ..first you bring out numbered wrapped burgers...two you make a comment on how huge a small fry is and good thing we only got one and third you unwrap your burger and steam floats up and you smile when you see all that melted cheese...tonight we got a numbered burger....the fries barely filled the cup and we're warmish and most disappointing of all was seeing no steam and unmelted cheese on both burgers. This tell me one thing...they are pre cooked and stacked....I have eaten at many different Five Guys and will again but never in this one. This one five Guys puts a black eye on the name. I am pretty sure i already reviewed the location in Sandy but I'll do this one as well as I finally went with a hot dog for the first time at a 5 guys. I must say they make a mean wiener!!! it's split down the middle to add more edge and to be grilled all the through and it doesn't disappoint. I am now a fan of the Hot Dogs as well. I would be basic with it though as i tried two dogs, one with mustard and pickle only and also another with cheese and bacon. I think the cheese takes away from the dog and it seems like it's out of the package sliced cheese and not a good liquid nacho style cheese. I still think an order of fries is way to many fries so i always stuff myself as i don't want to waste anything, just fill the cup 5 Guys, i don't need three orders of fries in a regular order mmmmkay? read more

Through my travels and love of burgers I've been to quite a few burger joints from Sacramento to Salt Lake. I never tried Five Guys until yesterday and although the decor reminded me of In n Out, the burger though tasty didn't live up to the hype for me. Maybe 10 years ago (Which most of their awards and magazine stories date back to) I would've had a different opinion. I like the simplicity and style but nothing made me say, "Oh yeah! I'm so coming back here!" I would give it a 2.5 if I could but like the 2 star rating states. Meh. I've experienced better. read more

A good burger place is always important, especially one with free peanuts where you don't throw the shells on the floor. The burgers are pretty good because you get to call all of toppings. These guys have mastered the burger. 5 guys delivers a consistent product and is the best chain burger I've found. My only gripe is I wish they had shakes, though there simple menu is nice. The fries are good too. If you want a casual place with a great burger that's a step above any fast food burger this is your place. I'd hold back on the peanuts to ensure you've got enough room for the double patty you're about to eat! read more

I called for takeout and was rushed thru the order with no clarification on curb side or walk in. If you order online they deliver curbside. If you order on phone you enter into the store location. I walked in with no structure on pick up and individuals standing around some closer to each other. Only one person cooking was wearing a mask. Four others not wearing masks. I'm not sure how they were cleaning counters where food was being delivered to walk in customers. How do you practice social distancing with 5 people working within a small cooking area and not all wearing masks. I get that they have to do their jobs but no masks to protect themselves with each other or customers. I double checked the written order and it was correct on the bag. The actual order was missing requested items on the burger. I asked about timing of my food and all guess work. For an organization that is supposed to pride themselves with article after article posted on their walls outlining customer service, they don't practice what they preach. read more

One of my top favorite places to get a burger and the only place I know of that serves fresh home-made fries this good. Usually the Little Bacon Cheeseburger is sufficient, but if you're really hungry, go for the regular. BBQ sauce and grilled onions are a good addition to any burger. read more

So this was the first time in 5 years to five guys, we live in Centerville and Internet is right there however today we're going to Costco so he said why not just go to five guys? And we were instantly filled with regret, the potatoes were raw and the patties didn't even fill up the whole burger due to that it was mainly just tomato. As I sit here dispensing of the gut-bomb that was created by Five-Guys, I decided to write a review. I've lived in Bountiful my whole life and have driven by this place at least a gazillion times on my way to the bar. I finally decided today that I was gonna see what all the hype is about. The customer service was friendly and personable. And I liked the fries, at first. Not really worth eating after 10 minutes. I ordered a bacon burger w/mayo, mustard, lettuce, grilled onion, grilled mushrooms, tomato, pickle, and A-1 sauce. I obviously overdid it. I couldn't taste the A-1, the grilled mushies, or the grilled onion. I felt like I had to hurry and eat it before everything got too soggy to hold. And surprisingly, I could taste the bland, unseasoned burger over all that other mess of condiments. And on top of all that, I found the music to be kinda odd. I don't think I'll be rushing back here anytime soon, but I won't count it out for another chance. I'll probably go to In-N-Out at least a dozen times before I go back here, tho. I did also order the kosher dog with relish and mustard because I read that they were good. Well cooked and better than a gas station hot dog, but not near what I expected after the reviews I read. read more

I originally went to the five guys location in west valley because it was near where I worked. That's where I was first exposed, but I live near this one and it's my go-to. Here's a tip, when you've got a big group or you order lots of fries, don't use the little weenie ketchup cups, grab a container out of their free peanuts and fill that with fry-sauce or ketchup. It's plenty for a group and means you can enjoy the fries without getting up for refills! So I love the customizations there as well as they options they give you. I add most of what they offer to a burger and I'm sure in their head the guys think I'm crazy and don't know how they'll make that burger stay together. I get the same thing every time and I always suggest coming to this place anytime someone says they want a burger. It's more $$ than lots of other burger places, but I like their food better than less expensive options and the cajun fries are probably my favorite of any fry I've ever had. I love that they post which farm today's fries are from. I love how clean this place always is and how quick my stuff is always prepared. Thanks for your great work! read more

This place must think that serving a "veggie burger" that ONLY CONTAINS CONDIMENTS will DO for a patron not wanting red meat. Their supposed veggie burger contains no traditional veggie burger patty, only items intended to make any sandwich more appealing. Their veggie burger only contains one slice grilled onion, one sliced small whitr mushroom, 4 half slices raw green pepper, 2 slices tomato, and a pinch of iceberg lettuce. Come on, 5Guys, this satisfies NOBODY. Where's the protein in this lousy excuse for a sandwich? No sauce, no pickles, either. Talk about an uninspired menu. Vegetarians like to eat as much as carnivores! What can you cheapskates be thinking? Get some decent vegetarian choices on the menu and quit embarrassing yourselves and quit making enemies of unsuspecting, paying customers. read more

Music so loud no one in restaurant could hear when their order was ready. When I went to check on my food it was cold. They turned down the music for a short time. Employees were behind counter laughing at request. Then they turned the music up again. These kids could use some adult supervision. 5 guys is my favorite burger place. I walked into an half busy restaurant, yet a filthy one. This is none other than a glorified In N' Out. The prices are outrageous. I spent $16 on a Burger, fries and a drink. Again OUTRAGEOUS. I would have been better off going to a Red Robin, with a tip, where there is higher quality, ENDLESS fries, service with a smile, cleanliness and, with tip included, walk out paying less money. To charge outrageous prices on their food can mean a few things. One; they're trying to compensate employees through wages, two they don't care about the consumer and are trying to live a greedy lifestyle, three, corporate doesn't have a grasp on how to deliver a quality product, with FAST FOOD, for a reasonable price. All in all, this will sink their business. For lack of quality and outrageous pricing to their consumers. This is only "the latest and not so greatest" fad. I would never recommend this place. I would sooner go to IN N' OUT for the same food and less money. read more
