The short and sweet:…read more Ya it's pretty good, those waffle fries were definitely on point. I also had no real complaints about the burger either. The in depth: Rj grill is just off of Main Street in the business center with Spankys, Costa Vida, etc. Just hopped in after a workout via the recommendation of my barber. The interior wasn't anything to write home about but that's not why I go somewhere to eat. I ordered the bacon cheese burger with waffle fries, and within 5-10 minutes they were out with my order. The star of the show turns out to be those fries, I don't know what seasoning they had in there but it was honestly fantastic. The burger itself was nice and juicy with chewy bacon. As I write this my mouth still feels the amount of salt that I just had so if you're wary of that here's your warning. They also had Mexican sodas and sweet treats, I didn't get any but it could be a fun addition to an outing here. In the end if you're in bountiful and want a good burger that isn't a chain, this is probably a top option. Burgers will also run you about $13.5-$16 before tax with fries included) Rating: 4.25/5

So we really like RJ's and the guy behind the counter was awesome, so friendly and likable. We…read moredecided to try something new at his suggestion. We usually go with the hamburgers and they're really quite good. Today we tried the following; Monte Cristo sandwich and it looked good and had good flavor but it was really thickly battered, too much so taking away from the flavor. 3/5 And the fluffy sandwich. Two grilled cheese sandwiches, as the buns, and a hamburger patty with mushrooms and bacon in the middle. Not something I would normally order but the guy at the counter said it was amazing with even better flavor than the burgers. It was good but I thought the bread took away from the overall flavor, needed more sauce, and the round patty doesn't fit with the square bread. And it was quite the bomb, as expected. 3/5 We'll be back but will go back to the burgers. Their fries are very good much like McDonalds fries if you like those. 4/5

The Spencer burger was perfect from patty to ingredients, jalapeño hot for that extra kick. The fries were bomb.com, most original take I've had in a while, though I liked the crisper ones more than the thicker/starchier ones. Super friendly service, great location with lots of seating, and the food came out lightning fast.

Overall, this was an easy five-star experience at Seven Brothers in Salt Lake City, Utah. From the…read moremoment we finished our meal and reflected on the visit, it was clear that this is one of those places that stands out not just for the food, but for the entire experience from start to finish. Great food, excellent service, a clean and comfortable environment, and a fun, laid-back atmosphere all came together to create a truly memorable visit. Seven Brothers has a unique vibe that immediately makes you feel welcome. The Hawaiian-inspired energy, friendly staff, and relaxed but lively setting make it a perfect spot whether you're grabbing a quick bite, meeting up with friends, or bringing the whole family out for a casual meal. There's a warmth to the place that feels genuine, and it sets the tone for everything that follows. The food is absolutely the star of the show. The burgers are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. Every bite feels satisfying, from the perfectly cooked patties to the soft buns and well-balanced toppings. The fries are crispy and seasoned just right, and the portions are generous enough that you definitely leave full and happy. The shakes are also a must-try--thick, rich, and indulgent, they pair perfectly with the savory menu items and really complete the experience. Service was another highlight of the visit. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and attentive without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely want customers to enjoy their time there. Orders were handled smoothly, food came out fresh and hot, and everything felt well-organized even during busy times. The restaurant itself was clean, well-kept, and had a steady energy that made it feel popular without being overwhelming. Even when it was busy, there was still a sense of comfort and ease that made dining there enjoyable. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your meal, and not feel like you're being hurried out the door. Overall, Seven Brothers in Salt Lake City is absolutely worth visiting. Whether you're a local or just passing through Utah, it's the kind of spot that leaves a lasting impression. Between the incredible burgers, welcoming atmosphere, and consistently great service, it easily earns a top recommendation. I would happily come back again, and I'd strongly suggest it to anyone looking for a satisfying, flavorful, and fun dining experience in Salt Lake City.

This salted caramel shake was to die for! I think it's a seasonal-only flavor.

There are no ice crystal's like regular ice cream but it is frozen and pliable. Scoop it with a spoon and enjoy it. This is my first time trying it. The staff at drive-thru was very nice and excellent at their work. From the way they spoke to me taking my order to handling my payment to delivering my custard. I was impressed. The inside looks very inviting; the place has been around for years. I remember seeing this place when I was a little kid and always wanting to come because it always looked like it was the place to be. I finally tried Nielsens after living here over 7 years! The burgers are so good and cheesy, but…read morethe buns ruin the experience a little. I don't like how thick they are and rip off some of the top so it doesn't take away from the cheese goodness. The fries and onion rings are phenomenal. I am currently looking for the best onion ring in the Bountiful area and Nielsens is at the top of my list (of 11 places) as of now. They are almost perfect. My only complaint was the onions had no flavor, but that probably depends on the day. They are perfectly crunchy with a thicker batter and good amount of seasoning. I also appreciate the portion size. It's perfect for one person, which makes it a decent price. Other local places have huge portions and are much more expensive.
