So today was our day to visit. Unbelievable that we got parking right in front of the building. Walked and hoped on line. They have a pleasant atmosphere with fresh flowers on their tables and staff willing and able to assist walking the floor making sure everything is clean and tidy too. Popcorn chicken and waffle fries for my guys and for me a Chicken Caesar cool wrap with "grilled" chicken. Requested crispy chicken modification and was denied, they can not substitute. What?!? How hard an ask is that?! Apparently not allowed. We were given a plastic table tent and sat down indoors. As we sat I got to look around a bit. They have coloring for kids as well as a cute "Sit with the cow" program. Scan the QR code and you get to have the cow sit with you at your table. Fun idea. Our food arrived in a timely manner and boy did we time it right. While eating the line for dining in went out the door. After that wave another Sunami came through, two athletic teams from UMFC arrived. First their baseball team then 10 minutes later their soccer team arrived. Talk about popular. So now for the quality of the food. The p popcorn chicken were really good. No sauce needed. The waffle fries were delicious, crispy in the outside and soft I. The inside. Now for the wrap, not so great. As you will see, where's the chicken?? Looks more like deli meat than real grilled chicken. It was a dry sandwich to boot. Thankfully you get a sauce to go with, ranch for me. I ate the whole thing with the help of the sauce. Lemonade was good. The reason the substitution was not acceptable, it's pre made in a sealed plastic container. Not really sure what the hype is about this place, maybe it's the service from start to finish, maybe it's the atmosphere that makes you feel welcome, or maybe they have a favorite that keeps them coming back. I suppose I'll have to come back and find my favorite.

The lack of ordering was not from quality of food or service, but distance from closest one. I ordered from their website a medium BBQ chicken pizza with no cheese, chicken bites both plain and BBQ. Pizza was cooked perfectly, plenty of bbq sauce, decent amount of chicken (could have been more) and right amount of red onion. I ate nearly the whole thing on my own. The chicken appetizers were cooked well, came with good sauces as requested, and the kids were satisfied with it. The delivery drive was trying to be funny. He knocked on the hotel room door and when I opened it no one was there, and then he appears from my right as if he magically appeared. Simmer down delivery driver, but appreciate the humor and I was not offended by any of his actions. Give him props for entertaining himself and customers to give some flare to the work they do. There was a missing sandwich so he asked nick about the order. Nick checked the order and he was making sandwiches. He then quoted to the m, 18, black hair that you should always check to make sure the order is correct. Then they made a sandwich for the lady. He said to her if is not right let him know. After a few minutes and 5 is being nice. He came over to me he requested my order. I ordered a baked potato with cheese and pain for the one with bacon with i did not get. The sour cream and butter was cheaper and i could have gotten the cheese for a dollar which in orlando it was $.69 but he called for nick once again and nick said he was too busy making orders and shut Eric down from asking about the difference in price of the potato. It was cheaper to get the sour cream one and cup of cheese. The cup was a small chili cup with difference fill levels. So i was disgusted by nick shutting down a Eric , who he stated to me was the manager. Then i go to the drink machine which the ice was low on one and non existence on the right one facing them. Also no straws. As i was coming back i almost slipped and fell on the patch of grease. I then told Eric that i have a job that is very important to companies but not for Wendy's. And this would be a call to the rep as this was a very extreme issue and is a huge lawsuit waiting to happen by an employee or a guest. As the other customer who had a wrong order said to me that they did not use degreaser first then wash the kitchen floor and spread grease all over the dining room floor. I also told him that if i was working then the report i would make making would get top priority. And a immediate phone call. The kitchen floors were covered is grease. I said to nick that there is allot of grease at the entrance from kitchen and the entire dining room. Again telling him he needs to put a sign down as nick walked to the back of the kitchen aisle to speak to a female employee. Ignoring the safety issue. I told Eric as well that the straws were out in one of the machines. He said the right one does not make ice it is broken. Now i am going to discuss nick. 1. He reprimanded the other employee but it was his mistake about the sandwich. He should have come over and apologized if he is the manager. 2. I was a customer from out if state and was appalled at his behavior the entire visit. 4. Eric politely called over to Nick who chose to yell back he was busy. Nick if again he is the manager should have handed the work to one of the two female employees and come over to Eric upon his calling his name. I was looking at him and he saw me and again failed horribly at customer service not once but four times at least. I doubt he just started this attitude. 5. And he stopped work to help a female employee. But he failed to handle the grease spot he did put his foot on it and look at it but that was it. The other frustrated guest told me after the dining room issue after i said to him that the whole kitchen floor was full of grease. 5. He did not ask if i was okay when i told him i slipped and almost fell. I pointed out to said other guest my shoes were non slip dr martens. Nick blew off my comment after he put his foot on the spot. 6. If Nick is the manager might i suggest firing him but first privately ask the employees about him privately. Because i think they do not find him pleasant.

This place is the BOMB!…read more I've lived in Southern Maine for over 30 years, and while I have heard ALL about Dysarts, I haven't made the trek before now. It took a concert at the Maine Savings Amphitheater to get me to head north, and I am SO glad I did! We got a booth pretty quickly, and even though we were both recommended (several) times to go with the breakfast menu, we ended up ordering one hot open-face turkey sandwich and a pot roast dinner. The turkey sandwich was fantastic, plentiful, and smothered in gravy. I also requested extra cranberry sauce (always), which was perfect. The pot roast dinner started with the most excellent dinner rolls, fresh and warm, then moved to a giant portion of pot roast with gravy, real mashed potatoes, and a side of peas (also perfect). We would have stayed longer and ordered more, but it was time to go, and we were stuffed. Next time.

The chicken broccoli Alfredo and the pineapple rice chicken dish were also okay.
