Sandwiches are consistent with other Jersey Mike's. Staff is always polite and helpful. They keep busy between in store and take out. My big reason for this review is that I use the app to order, which is why I normally pull up to the drive through window, but for at least 3 years the doorbell on the drive through has been broken! Seems like a simple fix? So why not fix it? Always clean and a nice place to eat a sandwich, but come on. read more

We actually have stopped going to Jersey Mike's Subs for a while now because the last store we went was so cheap with the food portion and the service was slow and terrible. However, since I have plenty of points to redeem I convinced my family to get some subs while we stopped for gas. We got The Original Italian (Cold sub) and Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak (Hot sub) in wrap. We placed the orders in app and set the pick up time. The orders were all ready when we got there even though there were many customers in the store. Staff at the pick up area was friendly and helpful. We were surprised to how fresh the food was and how generous they gave the amount of meat in the subs. We liked how they not just put the food on the pick-up counter so random people can't just grab and steal the food. Few questions to the store are 1. We asked to toast the bread but it was written on the paper that "We don't toast the bread ". I am wondering why. 2. Why didn't they cut the wrap into half ? The only complaint is that the chicken was very dry and bland. It tasted like overcooked frozen chicken. I probably wouldn't order hot sub again. But I'll definitely be back to this store. read more

I've eaten at a lot of Jersey Mike's locations and it is unusual for me to leave anything less than 5 stars. First the good news. Staff members were polite and our order was technically correct. The place was packed as it was Sunday afternoon. The team was well organized in getting orders recorded and filled. Now for the not so great news. I got the Italian as I usually do. The provolone was sliced very, very thin as was the salami, pepperoni and the capocolla. There was supposed to be proscuittini on this sandwich but there was not. All of the coldcuts and cheese were 1 micro thin slice thick along the sandwich and then an inch thick pile of regular boiled ham was added to plump it up. It was pretty much a ham sandwich because I couldn't even taste the other meat and cheese. My husband had a Philly chicken sandwich and he said the chicken was very much over cooked and dried out. I used the ladies room after lunch and it was a disaster. For the volume this place is pumping out, I suggest they add one additional team member to take care of the bathrooms, wipe down tables and manage the overflowing rubbish in the dining room. Management would do well to provide the quality of subs that Jersey Mike's is known for rather than paper thin cold cuts. Not sure if stop by this location again. read more

this place used to be good very poor service, took them almost 30 min to make 1 chicken bacon ranch regular. there was barely any pickles less than a hand full of lettuce and talk about the amount of grease, so greasy that the bread was soggy. never again. read more

I placed my order online today at 12:42; the system automatically told me that my order (one regular sized cold sub) would be ready at 12:55. I understand that lunch time can be busy and arrived shortly after 1pm. I was not acknowledged until 1:10 at which time I was told my order was not ready. I asked how much longer and was told there were 12 subs ahead of me. The two in front of me had been waiting 45 minutes for their online order and were still not next and I knew I didn't have that kind of time to wait. I asked to cancel my order. No one in the store knew how to cancel and refund me. The gentleman attempted to call his manager but had no luck. I took the receipt and left at 1:20 - 25 minutes past my order pick up time (that the company picked not me). I called back at 3pm. Jordan (on shift supervisor) was very helpful. That was the only positive. This is not the first time I have had an excessive wait beyond my estimated pick up time. People use this service to ensure timely lunch pickup so we can get back to work. If you are short staffed/overwhelmed with orders, why not disable online ordering? And have someone who can help with issues on shift? Poorly organized and management. Bummer. read more

Ordered 2 mini subs. One was grilled one was not, the Stickball came in a timely fashion and was prepped by the cashier only after the guy at the slicer asked her to do so. She was not doing anything else. She rolled her eyes and my companions asked for it Mike's way and she asked what that meant! The cold sub got wrapped and the person I was with went to car to wait as both of us had seen another employee at the grill. The man at the grill and the woman cashiering then had a very loud conversation about how expensive it is to eat at Jersey Mike's and how she had chosen McDonald's and they both really wished the was a Bonjangles in Bangor. The man at the grill kept going into the back and adding things to what was on the grill. After about 10 minutes he wrapped the sandwich and took it into the back. When I asked what the he'll was going on to my sandwich the man from the grill looked straight at me and yelled that was MY sandwich not yours and the employee who was taking orders and slicing, the only one working, ran over and started my sandwich. I then figured out that this guy had taken up the grill for his free lunch and customers had to wait while he and the female cashier bullcrapped as loud as they could and watched the other guy work. No direct supervision at any time from management and I was there for 45 minutes. Poor poor work ethic read more

I ordered a giant Philly and we also ordered a Portabella beef. We received both sandwiches in size regular and with chicken .... Had the conversation today about fixing the issues been anything like Kim had explained last night I would have given the restaurant 3 stars. Since we didn't receive a giant they just gave another regular to make it a giant in total (first regular was wrong). They also replaced my Portabella beef with actual beef not chicken. I don't know what we got for sandwiches today, but the sandwiches we got last night were much better! even though they were wrong and who knows what they were?ill end this review with the woman that was Kim's boss was a miserable person, I will never deal with that restaurant again strictly on the strength of her attitude! Kim was great! Her way of thinking actually made sense! Lines were insane! Customer service sucked. Dont order menu items from the grill (hot subs) at the Stillwater Ave location. You'll be waiting LONGG past the time you were told that the food would be ready. Never mind if you're on a lunch break like I was - I only get a half hour. I arrived at the time the website told me to when I placed the order. I then waited for a half hour past that time. The worst part was that there was a ton of employees on shift, but no one helping to finish the orders for the customers waiting. I get busy, not lazy. Just one guy on a sinking ship trying his best to put out orders. I felt bad for him. I didn't even have time to eat the food on my break and I was also late clocking back in. To the employees, y'all gotta do better by each other. There should not be just one person working tickets while the rest of you watch him drown. That's not good teamwork. read more

I was told Jersey Mike's made a gluten free sub that actually tastes good. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2017 and gave up on bread a long time ago! Tonight i went to Jersey Mike's and what a great sub! Hats off to the young lady that waited on me. She had to be in her teens! She asked if my choice was preference or Celiac. She immediately changed her gloves, got a clean tray and knife and covered the tray with a fresh paper and proceeded to make my sandwich. She carefully wiped down the slicer before and after slicing my meat and cheese. My sandwich was made exactly how I asked and the price didn't even break the bank! I will definitely go back! The sandwiches had all the ingredients of great Jersey Mike's sandwiches. HOWEVER, they were thrown together and closely resembled slop. The cherry on top of this bad lunch sundae was the slooowwww service. We used the mobile app, because we mistakenly thought the intent of it was to save the customers time, obviously not. We placed our mobile order a good 20 minutes before we arrived and waited another 25 minutes for the sandwiches. There were 3 customers waiting in the mobile order line for at least 20 mins, while a minimum of 7 customers walked-in were waited on and cashed out. There is no sense of urgency for mobile orders at this location..been a rewards member for as long as JM's has been open...worst experience I have had ..this store needs attention read more

I went into the Stillwater ave jersey mikes location 3 times today to try and quench my thunderous appetite. Oh boy was my wish fulfilled. Each time I was welcomed with the most spectacular service. Nathan and Caleb both packed my bun full of the finest meats and cheeses a person could ask for. Drenched my Sando in extra extra virgin olive oil just like I requested. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Those to young men are going places. Need more workers like them in this country! God bless America! read more
