Great Five Guys location with everything you have come to expect from their quality of food. Also, the manager and staff are great. My son loves to come here and spend time eating in the restaurant so that he can enjoy eating the peanuts as well. We will be back on Friday!

We went here for dinner after a while. There was no line, and we ordered pretty quickly. Inspite of me trying to pay for an extra bun, the cashier couldn't figure out a way to put it in the order, but later one of the employees was nice enough to give one to me when I went to take the food. The store was not crowded and we ate in. The hamburgers were good and the Cajun fries were a hit. We were happy to be back.

-This franchise location cooked the burger patties to a crisp and dried out all the meat juices. -My significant other foodie (SOF) found a hair in her burger. +The kosher hot dog was delicious. +The regular fries portion was just right for the SOF and toddler. +The restaurant was pretty tidy and clean. Overall, the prices have significantly risen over the years and the quality has dropped. If I am going to pay high prices for a burger, I am probably better going to a gourmet burger establishment like The Melt in Leesburg.

This Five Guys experience was super disappointing. Coming in, I expected good things, since it was pretty empty, the space was mostly clean, and free peanuts are always a win. However, when we started ordering, it was clear the employee was not happy to be there and was not at all friendly. After that, we ended up waiting 20 minutes for our order, despite being one of few people in the restaurant. When we finally got our food, I realized the cashier had charged us a regular hamburger instead of a little hamburger, but when I went to correct my order, the cashier was annoyed and not the least apologetic. I decided to take my L and just eat. I did at least enjoy the burger-- I like how Five Guys allows you to get unlimited free toppings, and my cheeseburger was great with grilled mushrooms, green peppers and lettuce. The meat was well-cooked and the bun wasn't soggy, although the cheese wasn't melted at all (as you can see in the photo). The fries were probably the best part of the meal, as we ordered a regular but got probably twice as much of a regular order (as you can see by the enormous pile of fries in the bag that were overflowing from the cup--sorry for the poor quality.) Five Guys ha: some of the best fries, and that mostly held up this trip, although they were a bit salty. The Oreo and coffee milkshake I got was good as well, no complaints. Overall, Five Guys is still good, and the meal I had here wasn't bad at all, but I definitely would not come back to this location because of the terrible service.

Fries were cold, grilled cheese was two pieces of toast with unmelted cold cheese in between. Gross.

While in NOVa we decided to visit the Ashburn location and it did not disappoint! Customer service was great , helpful and welcoming! The decor was a lot like the other locations we've visited (we've been to the then Woodbridge location as well as one in 757 and not like the OG restaurant but the Ashland location is good too). Mimi and I opted for the 1/2 lb combo (she added bacon and cheese) with wedges (could've been cooked and seasoned more but ok with cheese sauce (3.3/5) and I opted for no additional toppings but to I did upgrade to onion rings (great portion but your run of the mill o-ring 3.1/5). I like being able to add onions and other condiments myself. Downsides: Burgers are overcooked. I asked for med rare and got med well. It was raining last night and this location has more than one hole in the roof. They literally had bus pans out to catch the water. Price point is high relative to the quality. The 1/2 pound bacon cheddar burger I got was $14.49. That's roughly the same price as the vastly superior bacon cheeseburger at Melt in Leesburg.

When they arrived they seemed oddly small for what you would expect, more so trimmings than "Steak Tips." For dinner I was between a couple of items, but I rushed myself to order the Steak and Cheese. When it arrived it appeared that I received the previously mentioned "steak tips" sandwiched between bread, with some condiments and cheese. Maybe I should have read the description a bit more carefully or maybe I expected something more typical of a Steak and Cheese. I did want to order the steak tacos after both, just to see if they were the same. Someone please let me know.
