The good is the burger. Today was my 3rd time and now maybe the last. One order they incorrectly made all 3 burgers wrong after reviewing the order twice in store. The second trip was ok but when I told the manager the offer after I sat down to eat they finally offered a complimentary frie which I do not eat so I kindly declined. BurgerFi is definitely one of our favorite burger places. They are all mostly setup the same with the modern farmhouse look and I have yet to enter one that wasn't clean. Here was no exception. Have been here a few times in the past, but this review is from my most recent visit. I ordered the Garlic Jalapeño Burger, street fries and a vanilla milkshake. The vanilla milkshake was my birthday treat from their loyalty point system. I liked the burger: it was made the way I like. It was well done, but not dry. I only wish I had requested extra jalapeños though. The street fries were okay; I like my fries on the crispier side. I would've also liked more parmesan on mine. The milkshake was perfect for the meal. They used to take the orders at the counter, but I think they've since transitioned to having customers enter their orders into 2 kiosks placed at the counter. The staff were available for questions, though, if you have any like I did. They were nice and personable enough. There's plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor on a patio. There can be a lot of people dining in, and it can get loud. There's a lot of people who pick up mobile orders as well. It's your typical fast food joint in a really busy area. This place is always friendly and clean. The food is good. I have gotten the single cheeseburger and the chicken tenders which taste great. They also have drink machines with a ton of options. Below average food and way over priced. I came here for the first time looking to try their Veggie BurgerFi and Cajun fries; unfortunately, both were dry and lacked taste. The burger wasn't hot, nor did it have much of a crunch or sauce; I added mayo, mustard and ketchup to give it some flavor. The small Cajun fries, too were dry and overcooked/over fried. This was a new find for us. We visited on a Saturday evening around 5:30. There were several patrons but, it wasn't crowded. We were able to place our order right away. We did see the kiosks but the cashier offered to help us and claimed he was faster than the kiosk- he was fast so, we'll take his word for it. The location was clean, the tables were clean and so were the chairs. One of the employees saw we had a toddler and grabbed us a high-chair. She even offered to wipe it down before we put our child in it. That was a first. We usually spend the first few minutes of any dining experience sanitizing the high chair when we have our child with us. So, that was a nice touch. The food was delivered to our table fairly quickly. It arrives on tray as you see in the accompanying photos. . . I was preparing my son's food for him and my wife started eating her Yes Chef Burger and exclaimed how good it was . She prompted me to hurry getting my son's food ready so I could see what she was talking about. The bacon cheeseburger was really, really good! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries were great. Everything is ala carte here, so we ordered a large fry to split. More than enough for the two of us. All in all, the was a good outing. My son and I went to the burgerFi at the Villages at Leesburg in Leesburg Virginia tonight. We each ordered a burger and he ordered a soda totaling $28. When we ordered our food from the kiosk, there were no table locators available with is part of the checkout process. While we waited and waited and waited for our takeout order, we noticed many customers asking for the manager. When we finally got our food, the employee at the counter apologized for our long wait. The interior of this restaurant was a dump. No table surface was clean. There is trash and food on the floor. The drink machine was piled high with returned ice and soda. Later, my son said that the soda machine must not have been working because it tasted like a mix of many different soft drinks. He threw the whole soda out when we returned home. And our burgers were completely overdone. I spent $28 for absolutely nothing edible. Unbelievably poor quality at high prices. read more

This is probably my favorite "fast food" burger experience in NOVA. They use quality meat without antibiotics or fillers and it shows. Burgers are juicy and tender and toppings are fresh and tasty. The buns are fresh and perfect for holding it all together and the BurgerFi brand is a cute touch to the top of each burger. My particular favorite is the CEO burger which is their angus burger filled with delicious tender brisket and topped with aged Swiss and garlic aioli. Yum!! Definitely the boss burger! Service was quick and friendly and there's indoor and outdoor seating suitable for any size group. This was our first time at a BurgerFi Restaurant and if possible it will not be out last. I had the "junior" bacon and cheese burger as did my wife. Since we couldn't make up our minds we got an order of fries and an order of Onion Rings. It was a great choice all the way around the burger was just juicy enough and both the fries and the onion rings were among the best we've eaten. Later, because I was in the mood, I had a strawberry shake. And again it was another winner. Last Sunday my bf and I came here to grab a bite to eat. I ended up getting BonChon but not before getting grossed out by this place. Okay so my bf orders a burger with fries and a drink. Strike 1- The straws are all loose, unwrapped, and the cashier hands you a straw with his bare hands. The same cashier is touching money, the POS, the food for delivery, customers food, etc. Outside of the fact that that is gross, why during Rona are you all hanging out unwrapped straws. Yuck! My bf gets his food and gets some ketchup for his fries. I go back to the counter and ask for a milkshake straw. The cashier kindly hands me one. Those straws are individually wrapped. I get back to eat with my bf and he stops eating the fries. Strike 2- The ketchup is obviously not routinely changed or cleaned because he found a piece of gunk in his ketchup so he stopped eating the fries and ketchup. My family and I really enjoyed this place and like to order takeout from them. However you can pretty much count on them either messing up or forgetting part of your order every time. It's so bad that I double up on ordering some items like extra sauces, just because I am counting on them forgetting at least one thing. On the last visit my wife got home and we found that they forgot the fries, when I called I was told I could come back to get them and that was all they could do about it.
