Good greasy grub to-go! If you want a fast-food burger, I'm not sure why you WOULDN'T go to 5 Guys. I guess the only thing you might be missing is a milk-shake. Oh sure, they don't have a 'dollar-menu', but the burgers are well worth the $4-5. And while people tout Ray's Hell Burgers (which are also tasty-delicious), you can order a 'little' burger and not have to worry about a coronary later on (though you'll probably just make it all up in the amount of fries you eat). High trafficked and centralized location. Overcrowding especially during game and events season at the Verizon Center literally right around the corner. There were trash and paper bags in the entire fast food restaurant. Very poor customer service especially on very high trafficked days and events. Management needs to develop a quicker, more efficient and well organized plan to combat overcrowding and high-traffic customer and orders. Customer were receiving more than their fair share of discrepancies with their orders. On better days, this location isn't anything special but just slight suggestion to deal with high traffic and peak hours. read more

I grew up here and ate here before they franchised, but I'm not biased. This is the best burger you can get, East or West coast. In-N-Out is child's play compared to what Five Guys has. My husband, who is an avid burger eater, had never had Five Guys before a couple years ago, and he agrees. Heck, I'm a vegetarian and and I still come here for the no patty melty goodness and fries. This location is by far the best. We've had them now in 4 others states and the other locations just don't have the right 'feel' to them, although the burger is the same in CA as it is in Arlington, thank goodness and hats off! read more

Even with Ray's down the street, I still get burgers here once in a while because they have fries and Ray's doesn't. And, as everyone knows, Five Guys makes a nice, meaty burger. The other problem is that my wife is allergic to peanuts, so since everything's cooked in yummy peanut oil, I have to decontaminate myself, lest I kill her with a passionate peanut-oily-lipped kiss... that would be a bummer. read more

I never thought I could taste a burger so good until I walked into Five Guys Burger Joint. This is by far the best burger and best fries that I have ever had in my whole life, no joke. You get to decide what to put on your burger and the bbq sauce is off the hook. I crave this five guys location because everything so fresh and made to order of course. This location is generous with their fries by always giving us extra. A regular fry enough to for two people and large fry for four people. The meat is well seasoned, the choice of toppings are awesome! I recommend grilled onions, mustard, pickles, and tomatoes! When I order I get my food pretty quick because of their staffed assembly line. My usual is little hamburger with a little fry no drink for $8.89. When I something filling, quick, and under $10 I go to 5 five guys! I have enough fries to eat and save for next day potatoes and egg breakfast! Yum! read more

I love five guys. It's one of my favorite burger spots. Anything you order will come out perfect. I definitely suggest getting the Cajun fries over the regular ones!!! So good, and if you add vinegar on them... Mouthgasm! All the options that you can add onto your burger are awesome, mostly because their free! Prices are pretty good and you get a lot more burger than you think when you order. It can be a little overwhelming with all the toppings you choose to put on at times but come on, who doesn't like a stacked and super juicy burger!! Yes, it's a chain. Yes, I have also been to Ray's. But, sometimes you just can't beat the juicy Five Guys experience. I came here after a day of fun at Six Flags, and no I am not 12 years old - I still had a good time. I had seen so many stands with burgers and fries, so I thought why not do something that's cheaper but way better? Nothing much I can really say that hasn't been said - the burger was hot and juicy, and the fries were crispy and delicious although they always give you way too many fries, which I both love and hate at the same time. This is the least greasy Five Guys I've ever been to - the burger was practically dry. Completely contrary to the point of Five Guys.

I used to love Five Guys but I haven't gone lately. This place gets to be packed beyond belief during the lunch hour and they do a pretty good job of moving the line along and cooking up the food quickly. The prices are decent (less expensive than if you were to go to a sit-down restaurant and order the same thing) but the burgers are always dripping with grease. Same with the fries. Don't go here if you're trying to eat healthy and don't expect any healthy options on the menu. If you're in the market for a juicy burger that's loaded with fat, and fries that are so greasy the paper bag they are in becomes translucent-- you are in the right placed. read more

Great burgers. Their burgers are the only fast food burgers that I will eat. I won't eat their fries...which have been soggy 3 out of the 4 times I ordered them. When my husband and I were in Virginia everyone told us to try Five Guys if we wanted a good burger. Well being a native Texan, I know what a good burger is and Five Guys definitely is not it!!! Clean place. Fast service. We were staying at the hotel across the street and need a quick late night meal.

I Placed an online order for this location for a pickup at 945pm. I showed up about 8 minutes early and because of this I was told my ticket hasn't printed yet. No biggie, I figured this was to ensure that my food is prepared fresh. I find a seat and settle down. At about 955 I go up to the counter to see if my food had been called. The manager, Elmer, incredibly rude by the way, said "your ticket didn't print, I don't know what you want me to do." I proceed to show my email confirmation with my order details including what time and what I ordered. Again, he's of not willing to help and brushes me off. Two gentleman, one named Ryan and the other whom I didn't get a name for looked up my order in the system and were able to print it out. Meanwhile, Mr. Elmer was yelling at his employees as well as these two men for helping me telling them to not give me a refund (I didn't want one, I just wanted my food which I paid for in advance for the sake of convenience) I understand people have bad days but as a manager and when dealing with customers, you have to keep it together for the sake of maintaining your franchise reputation. My experience here with Elmer in particular is more than enough of a reason to never come to this location again. It's unfortunate because I'm a huge fan of five guys! :( read more

They are very nice and personable and don't rush you through! I order mine withe all the toppings and they fries. Can't think of a time when I had a bad experience. I put off trying this place for the longest time, but I kept hearing good things. So, one day I stop by to order a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Bacon cheeseburger: it was good, but a little too greasy. I'm usually not one to complain about that kind of stuff, but even for me it was a bit too much. My impression was that the issue wasn't the bacon or cheese, but how they prepare the burger patty. The Fries: these were heaven in my mouth. Come here for the fries. I may be one of the few burger-lovers who don't worship at the alter of Five Guys, not that they're not okay. I just don't see what all the fuss is about. The burgers are usually kind of dry and the the buns are nothing special. I do like the fries, but the portions are so huge that there's no room left for the burger. The place was fairly clean, except for the peanut shells on the floor. The staff should be reminded to smile once in a while. read more

The burgers are what I'd call a modern classic, kind of 1950's thing adapted to today.
