The one lone guy in front and I chatted for quite a while. Told me the history over the last 30 years since I've just not been in. I came in and went directly to the sections I needed. I was able to grab just about everything with some searching. I made this my last stop since some of the items were perishable. The thing about this store that kind of is off, the customers. There are so many of them that like to just stand in the way and not allow you browse an aisle. Tip, use the self checkouts. They are your fastest route to exit the store. Also, come prepared with your bags ready to make it that much faster.

Our movie festival attendees were thrilled with the video game truck and foam party. The attendants supplied by GameTruck managed everything, from the lines to play video games in the truck, to making sure every last child was safe and enjoying the foam party. Having never hosted either a video game truck or foam party before, Erik and Dana were incredibly receptive and quick to answer our questions. Highly recommend as a GREAT and trusted entertainment business in the Maryland/DMV area!

After trying to buy a jacket online on June 29, 2026, I learned that my store credit card had expired (I didn't get a new card). I made the purchase using a 2nd card and was told they would send me a new card. Today, I just tried to make an on-line purchase, using the new Macy's card issued in July of THIS YEAR--less than two months ago. I was unable to complete the transaction AGAIN. After forty minutes on the phone with an off-shore agent, I learned that the new card had been cancelled due to inactivity. Let's see...more than an hour to travel to a brick and mortar store and a messed up on-line system. Nope. I'm done. Apparently even in this economy they don't want my money. Frankly the stores have gone downhill since our local store closed. I will happily give my money to another company.

Valencia in the woman's department had one of her managers help me - they both went out of their way to locate the purchase information and complete the return. Both Valencia and her manager were polite and professional and wanted to make sure that I was able to return the sweater. Valencia then assisted in our purchase of a replacement sweater. She displayed first class customer service!
