They've moved since then, but only about 200 feet down the road. Same small shopping area. It's much more open so I do miss the stacks on top of stacks of comic books. The one lone guy in front and I chatted for quite a while. Told me the history over the last 30 years since I've just not been in. I traded about half my stack of cards and took back the other half to trade somewhere else upon trading somewhere else I was told the cards were in great shape and was offered around $200. Four different occasions I've gone in paid over market price walk away unhappy but because they have such a big selection it's one of the only places you can go... I came in and went directly to the sections I needed. I was able to grab just about everything with some searching. I made this my last stop since some of the items were perishable. The thing about this store that kind of is off, the customers. There are so many of them that like to just stand in the way and not allow you browse an aisle. Tip, use the self checkouts. They are your fastest route to exit the store. Also, come prepared with your bags ready to make it that much faster.

After reading a few mom blogs, I learned about GameTruck. The owner (I think he's the owner) Erik and his assistants are great. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The kids really enjoyed themselves, and Erik and his two assistants that he was training did an excellent job of managing all 20 (yes, 20!) kids. If I had to do it all again, I would book GameTruck in a heartbeat.

Valencia in the woman's department had one of her managers help me - they both went out of their way to locate the purchase information and complete the return. Both Valencia and her manager were polite and professional and wanted to make sure that I was able to return the sweater. Valencia then assisted in our purchase of a replacement sweater. She displayed first class customer service!

Stood in line with the return and get up to the register and the employee told me she could do the return but she's new and don't trust herself and sent me to the customer service area. There was a small line there but it moved quickly. The guy who processed the return was not friendly at all. I had the barcode on my phone to scan and he told me it was too dark. I asked if he wanted me to brighten the screen and he said it didn't matter. I read the order number out loud to him and he kept saying he couldn't understand me and pointed to my mask. No I was not taking my mask off. All that to say, not a great experience and I won't be coming back to this location for anything! Ever!
