I went there to return 2 items that I had purchased online. Labels attached and receipt on hand. She took a deep breath and made me feel like I was committing some sort of fraud. Meanwhile I was purchasing at least $250 worth of items and returning just 2 pieces of clothing. I asked to speak with a supervisor but never showed up. I will take this matter further, because I love Tjmaxx and don't want to stop shopping because of this location.

However, I did find an insane amount of deluxe edition books that I love at the back of the store, near all their stationery products. As the bibliophile that I am, I couldn't pass up the opportunity and bought a few copies that will keep me entertained while freezing at the beach. I tried them on, they were slingbacks, they had a velcro strap instead of a buckle, and they had a heel. They were also priced at $24.99, which was a good price. I looked around the remainder of the store, and luckily for me I didn't find anything else, because I really didn't need anything else. I wound up purchasing the sandals. On my last visit Sunday, I was able to find several Christmas gifts. But don't wait much longer as most will be picked over. They had lots of tables with nothing but gifts throughout the store, but mostly near the back. This location has the least amount of shoes of any other store I've visited. But lots of cloths!
