My husband raved about the superb customer service offered by the kind staff working at the Dollar Tree Mira Mesa, three lanes were open and the staff were friendly and hard working. Exemplary service was offered by cashier attendant Diego. He was courteous, timely, and made my husband feel welcome. This service really seems to stem from the top down. The store manager Johnny welcomed customers and was very personable. Johnny genuinely cared for the customers and was setting a great example for his team. The store manager Johnny also modeled to all how a leader should be. He made sure his staff were comfortable and assured them that their breaks would be coming. I think more retailers should exemplify this as staff can feel overloaded during the Christmas Holiday Season. This review, however, is focused on the staffers at the 4-S Ranch/Del Sur location, employees who know the meaning of customer service. Like all Targets, the store is huge and my elderly legs don't enjoy wandering too much in the search for products, so I often ask for help in finding things. To a person, the staff is willing and eager to help, often checking a handheld computer to locate items and offering to walk me to them. If the shelf is empty, they check "in the back" to see if they can be found there. Above and beyond. I am grateful for their service and it makes me want to return.

My friend and I were in the area and decided hey, why not stop in here to see what they had. Massive variety of toys at very good price points, I'd say. We were wandering around when we stopped in front of this bin of wigglitz. We decided to check it out and just play (pick out which ones we wanted to buy) with some of the wigglitz, for a bit. Tell me why we ended up standing there for over 20 minutes, trying incredibly hard not to buy the entire bin. :) We got our goodies, got distracted with a bunch of other cool looking things in the shop, then paid and left but LOL (Positively) Dangerous place to take the kids (and young adults too, I guess), might end up buying a bunch of stuff from the shop. There was a few hairs on it so tangled and stuck, and the blond woman/ supervisor was a complete sour meat resting b face and said "well we can't sell it with the hair on it". Never in a million years would i think they would try to resell it after i had to cut it off my head, and i told them as soon as i approached the cash wrap. God help you if the blond is working the register area. The rest of the cashiers have always been kind.
