The neck I was able to purchase through Square online and then I went in person to the store yesterday. I love supporting small businesses and this one is family/POC owned! They have a wide variety of items from baseball, basketball, hockey jerseys and more. This place is truly a hidden gem. I would say so far the value of items is pretty good. A lot of them are vintage and they are definitely reselling for much more than what the original item would be but hey... Customer service says "some partners come earlier and we state that on our website"....when I read the website there was no mention of partners, this was branded as an in house service. I don't know why you would give customers a pickup window and then argue with them when you don't adhere to your own statement. Also, when you set up your account you select preferences around detergent (scented or not) and any affitional instructions. None of these have ever been followed, out laundry always comes back smelling scented. There are other laundry services out there and I am off to try them!
