The neck I was able to purchase through Square online and then I went in person to the store yesterday. I love supporting small businesses and this one is family/POC owned! They have a wide variety of items from baseball, basketball, hockey jerseys and more. This place is truly a hidden gem. I would say so far the value of items is pretty good. A lot of them are vintage and they are definitely reselling for much more than what the original item would be but hey... You pay to play right? lol they are also dog friendly, I brought my dog Gigi along with me and we were welcomed so nicely! i'll definitely be continue to shop here. The only thing that sucks is depending on the time of day, parking is terrible. There is additional parking though behind the store.

I tried calling so they could tell me how to get there, but that just wasted another 10 minutes and got me lost again. There's barely any signage to direct you to the store. By the time I found it and walked in it was 4:40pm (they close at 5pm) and I told them I had donations and wanted to shop. They replied, we're closing soon and closing the fitting rooms in 4 minutes!, which made me feel very unwelcome. I brought a huge bag of really nice clothes to donate, some brand new with tags on and there was no thank you or acknowledgement of the donation or even a hello, which was really rude. I started shopping and a few minutes later they came to tell me they closed the fitting room. Not ideal at all but whatever. A couple minutes later they came and said, we're closing you have to go to the front now, essentially kicking me out. Mind you, I drove over an hour round trip to go out of my way to donate here since it supports a very good cause (when I live 5 min from a Goodwill I could've easily donated to instead and saved a ton of time). I wasn't particularly impressed by their clothing selection and forget finding anything if you're not a size small or medium. While I wouldn't discourage anyone from donating here since it supports a great cause, I would Never go back to be treated like such a huge inconvenience when I went Far out of my way to donate and shop to support the cause. They were nicer when I left saying they're open tomorrow, but at that point I never wanted to return. I've never been treated so badly at any store in my life and will not be back ever!

This stuff really is next to new. Some of the ugliest, weird-but-in-great-condition stuff mixed in with luxury bags and outfits. Some of the things are creepy lol but only as much as stores like this have. On the other hand, there are glass, crystal, ceramic etc stuff, full sets that you'd be really surprised with. Along with the home decor and antique furniture there, it's easy to understand the higher prices. As someone who loves buying secondhand, everything there really was priced accordingly, especially for the condition they were in. I'd bring my son back to see if there are any clothes he'd want. They seem to be good at checking out the items before they put them up for sale, which I appreciate bc that keeps people from feeling like they're kind of dumpster diving. I hope they do something mindful with the stuff they don't keep/sell. For such a big shopping area, they do a great job keeping it looking neat and clean. I saw some '80s records my dad would have loved, but I left them til I could figure out exactly what I'd do with them. I met a girl there that saw that a cute purse she really wanted the day before was still on the rack.. we both saw it as a sign, so she bought it :)

However, as with many thrift type stores, I found some of the items to be unreasonably priced. Take a look at my photos and videos below to see. They did have some clothes 50%, which I though was a great deal. Their shoes were in pretty good condtion and while not super cheap, I think they are reasonable if you cannot find that same shoe online or in-stores anymore. At the time I came, they did not have real gold jewelry. I asked one of the associates and I believe Deborah herself answered when she said it wouldn't be available for another hour. Deborah was deep into what very much appeared to be researching her items before listing them for sale. Cool place to check out, but definitely consider skipping the store items and bags as you can find better prices elsewhere. Unless you want to support a local business, of course.

Unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. The prices were extremely high for a thrift store, especially compared to other locations I frequent. On top of that, many of the items I came across were in poor condition, which made the pricing even harder to justify. Customer service didn't help the experience either. I asked an employee for help with an item that didn't have a price, and he seemed bothered by the request. He went to check but took quite a while and never came back. As I was heading out, he finally returned and called me over only to tell me the price, which again, was far too high. Overall, I left without purchasing anything and don't see myself returning. I will say the store is fairly organized and located in a busy shopping center with plenty of parking, which is convenient. But unless you're okay with paying high prices, this probably isn't the place for you.

My daughter politely asked if it was okay for them to look around, and the employee responded with, "Um, sure, but be careful because we're remodeling." What made this strange was that there didn't appear to be any remodeling happening at the time. On top of that, my daughter noticed that other customers who came in were greeted and treated normally, while she and her friend weren't given the same welcoming attitude. Whether someone is young or just browsing, they should still be treated with basic respect and kindness. My daughter left feeling like she and her friend weren't welcome there, which is disappointing. Aside from the customer service, I also think a lot of the items are extremely overpriced for what they are. Much of the merchandise seemed like random secondhand items or junk being sold at prices that simply didn't seem worth it. After hearing how my daughter and her friend were treated, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Customer service and making everyone feel welcome should be a priority.
