I went to this location for return and to get refunded. First off, line is always long and incredibly slow. They finally ring me up and the manager is called to approve return. She tells me to not return in store and to do it over the phone. The app clearly states you can return anywhere, including in store. Terrible customer service.

I found it odd that the retail prices were different online versus the physical tag. Glad that I checked. Otherwise, the shirts were cute and given as gifts.

Multiple customers sighed, eyes rolled and a couple even commented "Hello?" and "um, open another register..?" It took him well over 10+ minutes but he finally picked up the telephone intercom and called for rescue help to come open up a 2nd register and they finally did when an extremely morbidly obese bald guy employee immediately gave me some attitude, instead of saying "hello" or "sorry for the wait" he snapped "geez, can't you wait?!" What? We were all waiting 10+ minutes, then he said " you were not next in line" he was mistaken so I told him "no, actually I was next in line" (I don't cut lines) and how would he even know? He didn't see me standing in line amongst the crowd, he was looking nervously waiting on deck in the corner folding party balloons and waiting for the call to step up to the plate (pun intended...) and to be fair I did not wait for him to say "next in line" and I just put my 5 items on the belt, so "my bad" sorry not sorry, he then said "if you don't like waiting, there's the door". Yes, thank you Porky I'm well aware of the door location and ready to leave this disaster. I refrained from asking him the location of the nearest all-you-can-eat buffet because he was clearly looking stressed out, both sweating a lot and breathing heavily...after that I simply said "I don't know why it took so long to open a 2nd register with all these people waiting" then the "manager" yelled "DUDE, ENOUGH!!" I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or to his co-worker that started the entire unnecessary verbal exchange. My girlfriend had to talk me out of countless other 8+ items, but I might spin the block and buy them for myself. The advancement in nerf gun technology is fascinating. In total I spent $300 on toys and filled a life-sized stocking with toys for him, as my personal theme for his party was "Christmas in July." Best $300 I've ever spent. I went in there today and while I was checking out, I noticed that one of the items was not on sale so I told the guy I didn't want it. He seemed so inconvenienced when all he had to do was re-scan the item and delete it! He gave me attitude because I was paying with a gift card and then he shoved the receipt in the bag and gave me the bag with an attitude. I wouldn't make it a big deal but I always get an attitude here from the employees! Today was the last straw.
