    Picked out birthday cards3
    Natalie F.

Straight to the point, such a beautiful store. High low gift shop is one of the best gift shops I've been to. The store is full of cosita home decor items and their birthday cards are some of the prettiest cards especially since I feel like they bring a personal cards meant for a significant someone (family or lover). Also very affordable cards. I really appreciate how the store highlights many diverse cultural items. beyond adorable!

I was quoted a little over $200 for the diamond replacement and a very minor resize of ¼ size down. When I went to pick up the ring, I was informed--after the work was already completed--that additional prongs had been replaced on both sides of the ring and that I now owed an extra $240. I was never contacted, informed, or asked for approval before this additional work was done. The explanation given was that some of the prong work was necessary due to resizing. However, after waiting over 40 minutes at pickup because the ring was "in billing," I was then told the resize had actually been forgotten entirely and had to be done on the spot. This made the justification for the unapproved prong work even more concerning. After calling twice and initially being brushed off by sales associates, I finally spoke with the owner, who acknowledged that I had not consented to the extra work and agreed to waive the additional charge. While I appreciate the owner ultimately correcting the billing, the situation itself should never have occurred. Jewelry--especially a wedding band--is deeply personal. Any additional work, design changes, or charges should never be performed without explicit customer approval. Between the unapproved services, forgotten resize, and billing delay, the experience felt disorganized and stressful. I would urge future customers to proceed with caution, insist on written estimates, and require approval before any additional work is done.

The 18KW Simon ring G in white gold and .57Ct was priced at $2750 Fast forward we get divorced and my settlement includes my wedding ring. I take all my receipts to Robbin's Brothers which they said I can trade it in for something double the price $16k. I go to a vendor to sell it, he's also a certified gemologist. He said the diamond has lots cracks and not in good condition. Thinking I cracked it I asked how... he said no natural diamonds are grown in the ground. The cracking happened before we got it. He said he can't buy it and the most it might be worth is $1,200!!!!! The Simon G ring is only worth $300! Now it makes sense why they clean it for free and are still in business after so many years. I'm speechless. This ring was not an investment and I gave them 2 stars because staff is nice and they have plenty of parking and coffee and water. It's not the employees fault, it's the brand who is ok pricing up and selling not so good quality diamonds.

Anthony and Freda were so helpful in the whole process, so professional, kind, patient and listened to my all style ideas. They showed me a few rings to try on and my eye was drawn to the most beautiful ring and bridal set with the matching wedding band. Which fast forward to November 2025 my fiancée surprised me and proposed to me with that exact ring! I needed to get my rings resized smaller and the process was very easy and quick. Besides getting my engagement ring here we also picked out my fiancée wedding band, he had such a nice experience trying on different bands and styles, they even included a silicone band for him to wear at work. Not only do they have a wide variety of jewelry they also have stunning watches. My fiancée had his eye on a Cartier watch which was discounted. I decided to surprise him and get this for him as a wedding gift. Again the process to finance and do a payment plan was so smooth and easy. Anthony and Freda have been such a pleasure to work with. I visit them every few months to get my ring cleaned and checked by the jeweler free of charge included in my warranty. Every time I visit we are treated like family, offered refreshments, I love chatting and updating them on my wedding planning. I could not recommend Anthony & Co more! I am so sad writing this bc I wish my experience was different…read more Last year my husband and I came in for a wedding ring update for our 10 year anniversary. We walked in and found one ring right then and there, it was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We also purchased an additional ring to go with the new ring. My husband also brought his Super Bowl ring to sized. We were happy. With 2-3 months, while I was shutting our closet door, I moved my hand awkwardly, hit my hand on the door (not enough to hurt) but I noticed a one of the diamonds had fell off my diamond wrapped band (luckily, when I noticed I found it on the ground). Later that week, I noticed a tiny diamond and fallen off the petite ring. I was heartbroken-- I am pretty rough with my hands and have two little kids so my hands get a lot of action but I had never had actual diamonds fall off rings. I called my jeweler, let her know and she said to bring them in. She offered to fix it and change the style of ring for the petite to make it more secure. She told me she would send me the design before creating it. That same day we went to pick up my husbands ring -- when we got home, we found water damage inside of the ring (writhing a hallow part of the design). Our jeweler took many months to fix my ring -- so much I had to follow up with her twice. She never sent me the design before creating. Months later she sent me a photo of the finished product and told me to come in and get my rings. We did but the entire time, I was irritated. I didn't like the look the re-designed ring but at that point I didn't even say anything bc I wanted to leave. I have been waiting 10 years for the upgrade and I wanted it to be special. Now every time I look at my rings I either worry that a diamond is going to fall off or it reminds me that I never want to go to the jeweler again. And probably going to getting a new rain eventually -- but I'm mostly just so unhappy with the service. I expected a lot more. And now, my husbands ring has dried water stains inside the design for life -- this is a family heirloom. My jeweler was Callie -- very nice but not a great experience and not very apologetic at all. I wish my experience was different. I'm still upset about it a year later.
