My self checkout cashier was so helpful and friendly! The tee shirts have a great price and variety!

Enjoyed shopping here with my grands. They had many items to choose from, all of which these toddlers placed in my shopping cart

Go to another target if you have a return or pickup order. I've only needed to return about 3 items…read morein my life and all of those times I've came to this target, and left angry and confused. I don't know if the employees are just having a bad day, and I know retail is difficult so I like to walk in with a smile and not make their jobs any more stressful. But my god, it's like they are trying to upset costumers so they leave them alone. They can be very short with you and rude, and I'll be honest it's usually the younger employees who behave this way. Most of the employees are left to stock shelves by themselves which I'm sure is very overwhelming and if you try to ask them something 5/10 they are irritated or don't know where the item is. There is usually only 1-3 registers open and the self checkout is constantly packed due to this. Which makes self checkout even slower than normal. To me, it seems like this location doesn't hire enough employees to stock, do returns/pickups and work registers and they are overworking the employees they do have. Everything else is fine. The store is decently organized and they do offer price matching here, which is great! Usually the employees assisting with self checkout are very kind.

Saw some cute little Easter tumblers for kids and found Olipop in a four pack of mini cans. Wish they had more flavors but I like the lemon lime. I also like that they have Starbucks, which I discovered does not take tips. This is rather refreshing to me, TBH, because EVERYBODY has an "ask for a tip" point of sale these days, even on to go orders and I feel obligated to tip for the smallest of things, which I always end up doing. Anyway, the coffee shop also has two little tables and four chairs which I enjoyed while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby.

You almost can't live without purchasing something from them because they are the only ones that sell what you need. I am thankful to have the resources and access, regardless. While I don't like how slow the check-out process can be (due to long lines and lack of cashiers), and I get frustrated at how often items I want are out of stock, there are some things I can appreciate. The employees at this Walmart are always nice and helpful. I have not met one yet that wasn't willing to stop and assist me. I also notice that they are always busy doing their work, which I can't day I observe at other locations. This is a very busy location, so the employees are ways restocking and keeping the shelves looking presentable, also. Kudos to the staff for that. We recently had a winter "storm," and this store helped me prepare by shopping for me and delivering what I needed to my door. I am very thankful for that. Although it needs some improvement, I would still recommend this store above some of the other locations in the city.

There was a time when Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks, etc. were about on par with each other. That time…read morehas passed. Clothing is always strewn everywhere, shelves are disorganized, and the words "neat and tidy" have no connection to this retailer. Imagine shelves of stacked shirts; someone pulls one out from the bottom, opens it up, and then shoves it back on top of the stack wadded up. No,w repeat that with the next one on the bottom, etc., and that is pretty much how the shelves are. The racks are the same, with stuff on the floors, hanging over the top of the racks, hanging by one end of a hanger, etc. Even the jewelry and watches in cases are not neat or aligned. Finding an employee here is like panning for gold in the Pacific Ocean, which is probably why nobody is around to clean things up. Finding a cashier is even more challenging than that. And when you do find an open cashier, expect silly lines. On this visit, there was a place with 3 cash registers but only 1 cashier and 9 people in line in front of us. Macy's is trying to emulate WalMart and doing a fine job. The only reason we stayed in line was that our granddaughter ate a bite of a lollipop so we needed to pay for it. We have stopped going to Macy's; this was the last time we went to one. Pretty much the only thing you find there now is store brands and clutter. You are better off going to Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus, or smaller stores like Black Market, White House, Ann Taylor, Talbot's, etc. Two stars and sadness at what this brand has become.

Went back to the store and at first it was an apology, and ended with store credit. Had no option for my money back. Wasn't about the money, but customer respect.
