She lied to me about being able to use a coupon, saying I couldn't use it until after 4 PM, but she could not provide evidence to show me that. Then she said, "Well, I guess I'll just re-ring your items and give you a discount." She was very rude and nasty, trying to re-ring my items despite having no idea what she was doing. a new store to her; she told me she had only been there five weeks, and the system was very different from where she came from. Her unwillingness to ask an employee for help turned what could have been a normal shopping trip into the most miserable experience I've ever had at that store.
