A friend invited me to their Galentine's event with The Loaded Grape, and it turned out to be such a highlight and a fun way to spend a Wednesday evening. It was one of those nights that really reinforced the importance of supporting local businesses, and I'm already looking forward to the next event they host. The boutique is conveniently located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and other fun shops, making it an easy and inviting place to visit. The staff is friendly and upbeat, and the store offers gorgeous clothing and accessories. As I say in most of my reviews, I can't wait to visit again soon.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! --------------------------------…read morePurchased a pullover in late Nov. paid full price ($42) and +$10 for monogramming. Looked so good she put it on website for advertising. Pick the pullover up, first time I wear it the snap rips off the top. Husband takes back to store, she says they'll try to get me a new one or I can pick from what they have there. I don't like the colors so I wait. A MONTH goes by with no word. She posts the remaining pullovers on sale (bc they're the colors nobody wants) and I message asking about mine...her response? You can have one of the ones in store but monogramming is extra. Uh no thanks. I already told you I don't want those colors. How about a refund? She offered 1/2 price store credit! Not even full price! And she still has my damaged pullover!

With the gossamer curtains welcoming you as you enter, it felt like walking into a life-sized Barbie's dream shop! Not quite as many clothing options as I was hoping for, but the ones they had were definitely modern fashions. It was the accessories that will keep me coming back, though. Some of the cutest jewelry, tumblers, candles, car coasters, etc. adorn the glass and wooden shelving. Place was clean and sanitized with staff wearing masks for my safety. Also, we were told that the dressing rooms were open now and they are steam cleaned after every use. We were greeted warmly upon entry and were introduced to the different sections of the store. All in all a good experience, even though we didn't find any clothing that suited us. But, we'll be back for those accessories!
