It took a while for a staff member to try to help me, but my size was not conveniently found, and I didn't find it easy to navigate any of the shoes in this store. They had few options for a wider toe and those were in a different area. I ended up just leaving after I couldn't find anything and I'll just try another store another time. Note. I've been to other sketcher outlet stores and feel like they're organized differently and the staff or more helpful.

Even when I load up my basket without any assistance and go to the checkout I feel like I'm imposing on the elderly checkout lady. She's obviously unhappy to be working but she should try smiling or pretend to be nice. Don't scold a customer for bringing in a paper coupon instead of using his phone. And at the very least, try a thank the customer for shopping. I'll give Dunhams 1 more shot but if there is no customer service, I'm done.

They are located inside a giant warehouse so no heating or cooling. Parking was a bit tight (in the little section off to the right of the entrance) as it gets busier on a Saturday afternoon. But there is additional parking, just not as close to the entry. The selection is huge, especially the children's books. I do wish the adult books were more organized and categorized. But for cheap, used books I am willing to go on a treasure hunt! Will be back!

What you WON'T FIND is clothing!!!!! So if you're looking for that, keep on driving and go to their sister-store in Burlington (Hospice League Clothing Store). What I love is that there are some hidden gems here. Their pricing is surprisingly high and there is no negotiation. But what is important is that you are supporting an AMAZING cause.
