She was friendly and warm. She told us about their sales, which Jared didn't have. I then found out that they were connected to Jared, which I didn't know. They share systems and were able to see which rings were placed on my wishlist there. We didn't purchase anything but are excited to go back to shop with Don-nisha. I recommend this location.

As a jeweler, they should know scratch tests are not meant for higher carat gold but a xrf or pmi gun. Took it to a pawn shop for testing and even the jewel recycle and they both confirmed it was 24k. Them being jewelers, they should know this and not try to scam customers. Their work is amazing from what I have seen but I can not trust them. Beware.
