The store was busy on a Friday evening and I was assisted by Dominique who provided the best customer service and treated me as if I was his only customer. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was patient as I was deciding which fragrance to buy. All the fragrances smell so good and they had a large selection. Once I narrowed it down to the fragrance I wanted, Dominique packaged my purchase so nicely as if I was going to give it as a gift (to myself) The brand is a bit pricey but as Dominique stated "it's the Rolls Royce of Parfums". read more

I came here to smell and sample fragrances for some personal fragrance pickups. I was amazed by their extremely large selection and display of some very well known as well as high end niche/designer fragrances. I was being assisted by Stephanie and she went above and beyond to assist me and make sure my experience was great. I had no problem taking my time and smelling all the cologne I wanted. (Which is great) and I was able to sample what I needed to and left very happy. read more

I visited here at 5:40pm on a Sunday afternoon to help my brother shop for a beige suit jacket and a vest to match with some pants he already had. We had just left JCPENNEY, where we were unsuccessful. The mens items are on the first floor. We did find a suit jacket that was close in color and his size. Apparently, it was a return from an online order. He asked a staff person if they had vests. He was told they don't have linen vests and nothing in beige. I observed that there very few many suit options for big and tall. He did ultimately buy the jacket and it was like $60 something, which wasn't bad. This is got to be the most annoying place to shop. I go in trying to find a address and everywhere I turn two of the sales ladies are trying to take it out of my hand and put it into a dressing room. I kept telling them I'm still shopping But every time I turn around, they're coming by to try to take it out of my hands which is so freaking annoying. I found a beautiful dress. I was going to buy the dress but the experience ruined it for me. I will never ever visit that Dillards again they're the most annoying sales people. read more

OMG! So this is the closest real mall/shopping experience I've encountered since pre-pandemic. The most recent trips to malls have been lackluster at best and by no fault of their own, it's just the nature of the post/present pandemic unfortunately...but this store inside of the Four Seasons Town Center mall is fully stocked!! Articles of everything are plenty in number and the selections and variety is very good!! I'm so pumped, it's bringing back that old time mall experience that I have so missed. COVID-19 precautions are still in place and being followed. It's clean, bright, smells good and the mall music is jamming. This was a really good visit, I feel like we are slowly making a comeback!! read more

I literally have not been in a mall in a decade and had a terrific experience in Dillards today. The store was well organized, had plenty of inventory and the associates were the most friendly and helpful that I have ever experienced at a mass retailer. I'll definitely be back! read more

As a resident of Western PA, my "local" Dillard's store is two hours away in Ohio. The glass elevator is very unique for a department store. It's an OTIS hydraulic elevator from 1974, which received new buttons in 1990, when the store was expanded. The store has a classy feel to it, the escalator atrium is GORGEOUS. I have to say thank you to Mrs. Keisha Johnson and her team for their help today. I purchased a handbag before the stay at home order and the handle broke. I was able to use a credit card bill in order to return the item and Mrs. Johnson was eager and happy to help. I really appreciate the high level of customer service and I definitely plan on visiting again to make a purchase of another handbag, specifically with Sandy because she was also very helpful. Had a great experience at this location today. We were visiting from out of town and had to get my boyfriend some dress clothes. LET ME TELL YOU. we were helped by a miss Diedre (hope I'm spelling that correctly) in the men's Murano/Armani exchange section and she was by far THE BEST person to ever help me in a department store. I rarely review but this woman was a saint and made us feel so welcomed. She was one of those employees who truly cared. 10,000 stars for miss deidre. read more

Dillards is my favorite place to shop for clothes, and this place is one of the best locations I have visited. Its large, its clean, and it has a large variety of men's clothes and styles to choose from. Unlike the location in Flagstaff, they did not lack anything in my size so I was able to do all my shopping at this location, which is a first for any Dillards. The customer service here was great, and I had someone help me locate what I needed quickly. The only thing I would have changed was the aggression they showed in getting me to sign up for their credit card. While I kept saying no, they relented to keep talking about it. I am sure that the did this under pressure from corporate, but it was jarring to say the least. Still, that doesn't take away from the fact that this is now my go to Dillards store. read more

Friday November 15th I went into Dillard to return a Michael Kors coat that I purchased. The coat was a feather down and all of the feathers were coming out of the coat. First I took the coat to the register in the coat department and two young girls refused to help me. I told them I needed to return the coat and showed my receipt. One girl said there was nothing they can do if the item doesn't have the pop sticker and that my receipt didn't mean anything without the sticker. I asked her when has that been a requirement because I have a Dillard's credit card and haven't had an issue in the past and she told me to go to customer service and see if they will help me. I went to customer service they called the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do. I read the back of my receipt to him and he rudely told me that he cant return the coat because he doesn't have proof that I bought it from there and he doesn't know if its their product. I informed him the coat is still on the shelf I bought it two weeks ago. he said he cant return it to call Michael Kors. I declined because I didn't buy the coat from Michael Kors. he declined my return and also a store credit. offered to give him my Dillard's credit cards I used for the purchase but he said he cant pull up my purchase with my card. he was very dismissive. I asked for corporates number and he refused to provide me with any information. I left and the next day drove to another city to go to the Dillard's there and they returned the coat with no issue. I had to drive 30 mins out of town and that is unacceptable. I will be canceling my Dillard's card and putting up my review about Dillard's on ever social media site because this happens to offer and I should never have to fight with a manager about getting a refund on a defective product. I paid $200 for that coat there is no reason it should matter if I have a pop sticker or the receipt. I will be calling corporate and will never recommend any of my followers, friends, or family to shop here read more

The store is currently becoming a clearance store as they prepare to move to their new store. This means all sales are final, no returns no adjustments. Most things that are regular price are now 30% off. Cosmetics however are not included. The store seems a little empty but there are still some good buys to be found. Clean location and special daily deals here. I usually shop at Friendly Center but sometimes this location is okay. This weekend was 40% off redlines so I was able to pick up 4 Ralph Lauren shirts at $29.99 2 Ralph Lauren T-shirts for 18.99 and a pair of suit slacks by Ralph Lauren for $29.99. Love it when they have sales like this. The one thing about this location is the employees. They are so helpful and actually try to fit you with what fits and looks current. read more

I purchased 2 rings. The amount came to 20 dollars and 13 cents. I placed the money on the counter and the woman said again, 20 dollars and 13 cents. I had my head down at the counter and said yes, there are 21 dollars there. She repeated the amount again. I was looking at the 21 dollars on the counter and became confused. Once again I repeated the 21 dollars there. She again said 21 dollars and 13 cents. I looked at her and said there are 21 dollars there. Then I noticed her palm up by her waist.. It then clicked that she wanted the money placed in her hand. I said " oh, you want me to place it in you hand". She replied yes, it's a courtesy thing. I did not realize her palm was up by her waist for my eyes were fixated on the money on the counter. The back and forth was ridiculous. I've worked in retail myself and have had people place money in my hand as well as others placing it on the counter. As I walked away I thought I just should have left. Now, I'll just take my business elsewhere. read more
