Great store. Only thing left inside the abandoned from 2017 High Point's Oak Hollow Mall. A LOT cheaper than a regular Dillard's, you can find some really good things in here and have a great selection of stuff to choose from in this store. VERY FAST SERVICE! Sometimes called "Discount Dillards" or "Dillards Clearance" or a few more disparaging names.. one thing is for certain, it doesn't feel like regular Dillards. It has the feel of TJ Maxx or Marshall. That can be nice sometimes, but I personally wouldn't drive to it again. It does have a really large collection, especially of shirts and pants. I did find that the type of "look" seemed to target a different demographic, so I had trouble finding clothes that I liked. When I looked at the tags, most of the clothing was made in China though, so I'm not sure how long it will last. There were a couple of sections with actual Dillards brands, and they were nicer (in my opinion), but then the prices were more like going to the Mall, so I don't really have a need to drive there. If I lived in High Point, I'd probably visit from time to time, but it's not worth the visit from Winston. read more

This store had such a strong odor...like mold/dust that I could not stay very long. I could feel it in my lungs and throat. I will wear a mask if I ever visit again. They had a lot of racks full of clothes. Surprisingly all of it was very neat. I rated this a 3 because it wasn't my cup of tea, but I can imagine folks who like to pick through racks of clothing would find this place a hidden gem. Plus none of the clothing were my style. I saw ladies with carts full of clothing. The store had great deals and they were loading up. It is attached to an abandoned mall so the visuals are very old and dated. There is plenty of parking and lots of room that you aren't on top of each other. Those who like to dig for treasure. Have fun exploring! read more

Although I thought this place was in Greensboro in actuality its more in High Point within Oak Hollow mall. I started out on Westchester Dr and it was not that close to my destination as I had thought. Once there I was glad to see it was so big and still open for business. Its not well advertised; High Point's little secret. Inside its huge! The big area w mostly garments is a big clearance center for Dillards. The clothing is mostly last season's styles but there is a smattering of different seasons inventory as well. I did see other items besides garments. I spied luggage and there's probably more hard goods but I stayed w garments. I got a nice upscale pair of party slacks and casual blouse only $14.99 each! Dillards is known for its quality mens and women's clothing along with other goods. They have areas where you can try on your prospective purchases and bathrooms, which is a plus in my book. The check out area is very well organized so the customer doesn't wait very long to purchase their items. Cards are accepted. But beware there are no exchanges or returns! I plan to return again since there is so much merchandise to see! It's a good way to spend a day! read more

I never knew this existed! WHY WASN'T I INFORMED?!?! While visiting the area, I happened to come across this Dillard's & didn't realize it was a Dillard's Clearance? I wish I had more time -but they close at 7pm! Honestly, this store has many of the same clearance items that my local Dillard's has back home (where, I'm not ashamed to say, I've come to have a relationship with many of the crew at Dillard's Oak Court) -only there is much more selection here. But I also found some incredible deals: $8 tops & pants! $8 button down shirts! In my short time here, everyone was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood looks like it needs some desperate help (Death of the Shopping Malls.) Hope this one keeps going strong! read more

Okay this one is for all the Momma's (& Daddy's too) doing all that back to school shopping. Dillards in High Point is almost always one of my favorite go to spots for clothes shopping with my Little Lady. This is a discount Dillards location and if you have never experienced the discounts here well my darlin where in the world have you been ?! So my first suggestion is Always check their web site this is where you will find the deals of the week/month. This is a big store and lots of different sales going on so I always check so I am prepared once I arrive. For example I my trip yesterday for back to school shopping was based on the sale they were running in the kids department ( all short sleeve shirts ( tanks tops too ) , shorts, rompers, and dresses were 2.99 !! Junior sizes were still a very reasonable 7.99. All name brand clothing for hugely discounted prices make this momma happy. Name brands such as Jessica Simpson, North Face, Roxy, Converse ect. Even the items that were not 2.99 were very reasonably priced I purchased my daughter 2 pair of Jessica Simpson jeans one was 10.00 and One was 15.00. Now if you expect this store to be spotless it is not , however it is still a clean store things are organized and easily accessed. All departments are clearly labeled for your convenience. The restrooms in the ladies department are clean and very handicapped accessible. The dressing rooms are big my daughter and I were able to both be in one with plenty of room as she tried on all her outfits. There is a 10 item limit once you try those on you must come back out and get back in line ( I like this concept keeps people moving through). For the parents looking for a deal this is the place. I left here today with one happy and excited 10 year old and feeling great knowing the deals I got . I've been shopping here for years and I've always left happy with my purchases. Love this Dillards! It's an outlet center with great prices. I was surprised to see how organized the whole store is. It's basically clearance items from the regular Dillards but in every size. Whole free people section and cheap leather goods. I look forward to getting great deals at this store. Can't recommend enough! read more

This is a Dillards Clearance Center. Much better then a regular store. All the items here have been marked down at regular Dillards stores and at the end of the season, the items are sent here. Most everything is marked at 65% off the regular price. The best thing about the Dillards Clearance Center is that they are always having additional discounts off of the 65% off. They have a recording on their phone that will tell you what the current extra discounts are. There is a LOT of stock here. It's not for someone who doesn't like to shop. Racks and racks of clothing . It makes for a great weekend day trip from Cary. read more

A gigantic store of clothes. I was a bit overwhelmed when I first went in until I gave myself a mission. After that it was fairly easy to sort through things. At the same time if someone is the to just browse then it is also fun. Styles seem to repeat in every size. It does seem as though they go through specific styles and seasons of clothing. When I was there there was a boatload of summer high heels, spring/summer shirts, holiday dresses, and prom dresses. The prices are insane. The item I purchased was originally priced at $40+ and I acquired it for $7.50. Very very steep discounts! There are fitting rooms throughout the store. On big sale weekends be prepared to wait in line and have a limit of 10 items if you want to try things on. read more

Dillard's is still open, and is offering weekly specials on just about everything. This is a clearance center, but well organized, and very well stocked. Operating hours have been reduced, so call before you go. You will get the latest weekly specials, and operating hours before the operator picks up. Listen closely! The Mall appears closed, and many of the stores have vacated, but don't let that fool you. The main mall entrance is still open, as is Dillard's parking lot entrance. Plenty of parking, no long lines, great deals! What more could you want? read more

Rude manager, most employees act as if they would rather be somewhere else and don't care to help you. I was there two weeks ago, had a nasty encounter with the manager, called corporate who insisted the district manager would be in contact with me but I never heard a word. Only use cash at this store! I have shopped here many times and have used a credit card TWICE. The first time was a couple of years ago over the christmas holidays. I used a card that I never had used before. Within a few days, charges were appearing on my card at high point area gas stations and then it was being used at walmart to make purchases. The card was closed and I was not held liable. I broke my own rule last weekend and found myself finding more bargains than I anticipated so I used my credit card and got a phone call last night that large purchases had been made at kohls.com and walmart.com. Now, I am having to close yet another card. The only commonality was I had used both cards at dillard's outlet in high point. Again, I do not use the card often so this is where it HAD to be stolen. I still have possession of the card but I believe the registers may have skimmers attached and employees may be stealing credit card information. I tried to call to speak to the manager but I was hung up on before I was connected. So, yes, if you dig you can find great bargains but remember to take CASH with you!! read more
