I was originally greeted with a friendly smile by Kelsey. His's attention my need, product knowledge & customer services were exceptional. He fit me with comfortable Merrell Encore Gust 2 shoes. With gout, I wasn't wearing socks, but expected I may wear them when the gout subsided. I was amazed that Kelsey was able to add removable inserts under the heel & tongue to help improve stability without socks. Discovering exceptional selections, I went back another day looking for a pair of dressy snikers. Kelsey was off, but Mike helped me. Again, the friendly & knowledgeable customer service was exceptional. I have a wide foot & often can't find my size in most stores. But, that may not be the case at this footwear store. I found a pair of my favorite Brooks Beast shoes in my 4-E size. After two visits, I'm amazed a large footwear store, has such exceptional selections & customer services. Definitely try to keep an eye out for the next one and come the first day and not the last day. All other shoes was at least 100 and up. But I do admit they are very well made. Like the old saying goes, you pay for what you get. They even have bags and small accessories for ladies. The store was huge and the sale room was just as big with rolls and rolls of shoes. If your a woman and need to find shoes for 10 1/2 up to 11 1/2 this is your place! Only thing is there is no refund only exchange, so keep that in mind.

Rack Room Shoes is usually quite organized and clean and have a vast array of options. The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be more seats to try on the shoes (You kind of have to stand awkwardly in an aisle way, hoping not to knock into someone or something), as well as the friendliness of the employees. After checking their instagram page hours later I saw that they posted the same shoe that I purchased ( pink maison Mihari's ) for advertisement as if they were trying to make a sale on the shoe that I JUST bought from them. That warranted me to Direct Message them on instagram inquiring about when will my order (order#21498 ) be shipped out. The first response I got was "can you send a picture of your ID?" ( I was completely taken back because, are you guys requiring identification for ALL casual, anonymous online shoppers? That doesn't make sense.. but I digress) I sent them a picture of my ID (knowing that something is off with this "establishment") after that the establishment promised that the order will be shipped on Monday ( MAY 4).. on May 4 the establishment initiated communication in the DM with me, expressing that they will not be able to ship out the shoe's because the ADDRESS ON MY ID doesn't match my SHIPPING ADDRESS & BILLING ADDRESS. (As if it's not a common thing for people to have a different STATE ID from which their CURRENT address and billing address is.) I'm explaining to them that my billing address is the SAME as my shipping address that's ON THE ORDER. So what's the issue? ( If I didn't iniate communication after seeing you guys post the shoes that I JUST BOUGHT in the first place, then you guys would have just held on to the order or cancelled it ?
