So she sent the shoes back, and when the second order came in they had the same defect as my original order. Elizabeth handled that for me as well without any issues at all. I went to the store on 09-13-2019, picked up my third order, and worked with Karen, who was amazing and made my shopping experience a pleasant one. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it seemed like most of the shoes we picked up, they didn't have our size in stock which was disappointing.
